It is a pretty nice place. I like the new manager, they are very consistent even, with the drinks now. Even with all the new hires. Been going here 18 years and I have seen it all, the highs and the Lowes. The pandemic hit all the businesses in the shopping center. Glad to see things picking up. No we're close to per pandemic but it should come back. The greatest drawbacks to any business are the increase in prices. So, all businesses are going to take a hit. But, the coffee is great and the people behind the counter are too. Now I work in sf and can not visit as often as I use to, You should not be disappointed.

I like this place. They pick good happy people to work here. It’s always refreshing when someone is happy and kind while helping you. I also love that you can save about 20 % by buying gifts cards from Costco for peets. So load up and save. They are on the corner and there is always parking in that big lot. They also make great egg sandwiches here. You can custom order them.

Today I went to Peet's Coffee and Emilio, who works at Crow Canyon location was amazing. He did a excellent customer service. I asked for 2 small latte. He made a mistake he gave a two big latte. He apologized to me immediately because he charged me for 2 big. Instead he gave me a refund and my original order. He demonstrates that he care about a customer. He knows what means customer service satisfaction. I will come always to Peet if I find someone as Emilio. Thank you.

The manager working on Oct 16th at 10am ish was handling her job flawlessly. She had to deal with a line out the door, me complaining about my door dash order, among making sure the customers knew she was backed up from the register being down while making food and drinks. She was on it and I appreciated her and the other employee helping me with my complaints and finding a solution.

Really enjoy Peet's coffee and usually get it when I'm in NorCal. This location has been really good in the two weeks that I've been here and the service is top notch. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good cup of coffee.

I miss this place so much! I used to get sent here with my office, once every two months. The baristas are always really kind; the coffee is delicious; and the customers are great to chat with. It's almost always busy, with business meetings, lap tops, and books out. The soundtrack is soothing. Really great coffee shop. Can't wait to visit soon!

Generally a good Peet's location. I've only been here a few times, I usually go to the one over on Bollinger, but next time I want to get work done from a coffee shop I think I'll give this one a go. The one on Bollinger has better outdoor seating though, it's not on the walkway. It seems to have a more relaxed atmosphere with a slightly less polite clientele. Not sure why the people who go here seem so different from one exit over to this one, but that's the feeling I get. That said the people behind the counter are nice, and I think that has a lot to do with the general vibe of the place. Like most Peet's they do a good, sometimes fairly good, cappuccino and a very good cup of drip coffee. They do better than some locations at getting things out to the customers in good time. Much better than the local SB when it comes to coffee quality, though not as many sweet drinks of which my son prefers.

The young woman at the counter took my wife’s order then asked her to wait. The employee said she would bring my wife the coffee when it was ready. Three or four more customers ordered after my wife. Finally the employee pulled the beans out of the drawer, but immediately stopped because she recognized another customer coming in the door. She began to chat with that man. Soon he pulled out his phone and began showing the employee pictures. After they finished looking at pictures, she took his order. At that moment, another employee came off break and finished my wife’s order. Basically, it took almost 15 minutes after my wife ordered to get her coffee because four customers were bumped ahead of her. Peet’s - you can do better.

Horrible shift leader. Went to get my coffee refilled and she refused to do it. Not recommended to go specially if you look for a better service.
