Little Bird Kitchen Santa Barbara Reviews
Excellent kale salad with cranberries, mango & almonds. The Public Market is like the so called Food Hall in other areas. Many small businesses under one roof. Nice atmosphere & I'd suggest giving The Little Bird options a try
hardly could speak biting into this burger. so much flavor, secret sauce, tomato, pickles, onion and American cheese smashed into the freshest ground beef.

Perfect dinning for families with kids. Their kids burger and fries is perfect for your 5 year old and senior citizens like myself. But what I really want to say is that there was a mistake in my order and they handled it PERFECTLY. They replaced the order extremely fast and correct. Excellent management. I will say it again EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT.
Had the most delectable onion rings known to man at this establishment. Came with ranch, didn’t even have to ask. Onion rings were a variety of sizes and the crispy breading to onion ratio was sublime. No notes. Compliments to the chef.
This is our go-to burger and chicken sandwich spot downtown. Family friendly and chill vibe in the back corner of the public market.
Amazing, fresh, high-quality food with options for every palate! I ordered the Greek salad with salmon and avocado, along with a side of fries. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend Little Bird Kitchen!
14$ for a nice Chicken fillet sandwich! Very nice price compare with other restaurants inside the market, and taste really good! The seasoning of the Little Bird sandwich is quite well balanced , and the chicken fillet is already better than the chicken katsu meal in wabi sabi ( I do ordered both).
Went with my family to this market and after trying my mom's salad, I had to have one of my own. Then i watched my brother eat the burger and had to copy him too. The portions are great, amazing quality of food, delicious fries... If you're in SB, you should go here! The market can sometimes get loud and busy, but you can take the food to go and eat at the beach or a park or home. I highly recommend it!
One of our favorite places for chicken strips and fries! Good salads, good burgers, Family friendly, Excellent service! They are always so nice at the counter. We have been over five times now and we are definitely fans!
The staff were just wonderful! I don’t have enough stars to give. The food was delish and I can see it was made with care. Kudos to Albert, Aiden, and Brooke are awesome. They should get a raise ASAP. They make the owners of this little place look good. Cheers 🥰🍾🎉
Tried the LBK Burger, and it was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with pickles and LBK sauce. The vibe at Little Bird Kitchen is great, and the service was friendly. Definitely worth a visit!
Awesome little comfort food place with truly delicious options. They are currently located in the Public Market so keep in mind there are many options if your party doesn't want to only eat here. I highly encourage you to eat here however because the food is top notch! Their fried chicken sandwich has easily become my most favorite in town. The onion rings are slightly better than the fries; but both are mouthwatering. Great salad selection with the Caesar being my favorite but the Greek also scrumptious. The pièce de résistance is their chocolate malted. I'm fairly certain there's something addictive in it. I've been craving it since I've had one and plan to return soon for one. Honestly do not miss out on it; hands down the most perfect chocolate malt I've ever experienced. Kudos to whoever figured this recipe out. I haven't tried their other shake but I have to imagine it's just as good. If you like chocolate skip any other dessert and go straight for this shake. Seriously stop reading this review and go get that chocolate malt... Then bring me one... Or three...
Absolutely love little bird kitchen! Everything is amazing, but especially love their burger, chicken sandwich and greek salad. Worth checking out, and good prices!
Homemade mac & cheese & fried chicken sandwich!!!! Need I say more? But there is so much more, try the burger, you won't be disappointed. And if you like onion rings, these are the best in town!
Wonderful food in the public market setting. The owner is always extremely friendly and is wonderful with kids. This is my go to in the public market!
This is a killer chicken sandwich. The fish sandwich is definitely worth trying too. Excellent food all around, and the craft soda fridge is worth a visit.

they close an hour before the SBPM market, you can’t order after 8 ;(
Pretty disappointing fried chicken sandwich. The "hot style" doesn't have much spice. Certainly doesn't have any flavor. The sandwich was bland and had no crunch. No way of knowing it was fried chicken. The fries were so salty I could barely finish them.

The cashier with the red curly hair was nice when I ordered, but when my sons Mac and cheese was burning hot, even after waiting 10 minutes for it to cool off, we tried to ask if there was anything they could do to cool it down or help us out and she was so rude to my mother who was just trying to help her grandson. We then watched her go complain about us to all the staff and could visibly see them complaining about us. Would never return here simply for the terrible customer service. How sad. Also for a place with a kids menu, you should really be considerate of kids. Now my son won’t eat because he burnt his mouth trying to eat his dinner.
I eat in the Public Mkt everyday for lunch, usually a fish taco at Corozon Cocina or sushi. Today I thought I would try new restaurant, little bird kitchen. I was horrible. The man at counter was unfriendly, did not say one word to me, and food was awful. I ordered a fish sandwich for $20, just sandwich, it came with nothing. The sandwich had absolutely no flavor. The fish was a square piece of fish that I'm sure was pre breaded and frozen. It tasted like nothing but crispy mush. The bun was tiny and was completely flat after 2 bites. I would have been so much better off for the price by getting 2 fish tacos at Cocina or delicious fish and chips at Brophys!!! Even a fish sandwich from McDonald s would of been better!
