Panera Bread

This Panera doesn't get great lighting which is a downer if you are trying to work there. However, it does have more outlets, booths, and long communal tables if you are looking for that. The pick-up orders are all the way in the back corner right in front of the bathroom. It has outdoor tables like most Panera stores. There's some in the shade in this alley and some right in front. It's pretty distracting to eat there because it is located in a very busy plaza with just about everything you may need, including a Stretch Lab. They have a screen showing you if your order is ready. The food I've never had a problem with. Their new salads are so good and they don't skimp on ingredients.

Healthy options available here! Queue to order and pay. They don't have self service qiosk in this branch. Was looking for breakfast item even though pass 1030am and was glad they still have one last one for me.

I came here for a quick something to eat, and get a coffee. The facilities were neat and well-maintained. I opted for the half/ half sandwich and soup. I had the light roast coffee which is why this review is not a 5 star review. I was quite disappointed that the coffee was barely warm, and it was obviously past its prime. Everything else was good, but I dumped out the coffee and made a tea. I expect more from Panera Bread than old and luke warm coffee.

Will note that my invoice asked me if I wanted to tip and if so how much which I didn't understand that you have to walk up to a counter and order and then you have to go pick up your own food and then clean the table at the very end so why would you tip before you eat the food and know if you like it or not?

My experiences here have all been pretty mid. It’s chill and private and decently clean. The food gives cafeteria. I don’t know what possessed them to try to pass off their lentil and rice soup as chicken tikka masala beware you might be disappointed. The area is nice and has a lot of good food options for groups. It’s a really good spot to play Pokémon go.

I don’t know what possessed them to try to pass off their lentil and rice soup as chicken tikka masala beware you might be disappointed. The salad portion seems very small here. I customized my order and they didn't follow it. Also I ordered a fountain drink and they didn't bother giving me the cup unless I asked. They only have two kiosks and often they don't work well. There is no one at the front desk too when you need help. If you prefer outdoor seating, this location has a nice seating area.

She called the manager, I when to the self serving machine to retrieve my order, I verified the order with the manager, the mistake was made by the kitchen, I was told that my order will be made. The audacity of the kitchen staff, not even an apology after her rudeness. And to add insult, the manager didn’t even apologize

this chain has slowly become more and more of a ripoff over the years, $7 for just a cup of soup which took them 30 seconds to whip up. I give it two stars for having a large space to gather and get to work done (although the Wi-Fi is extremely slow) but they really need to find ways to make their meals better value

I just ordered Kids' meal with apple on the side. And they gave me most oldest apples they could provide. Look, what you gave me is trash, not what I can give to my kids. Will never go back

The people there are very nice and the manager is extremely nice person. The last time I went to this place it was last week after coming from work and very tired. I ordered the hot broccoli soup bowl. I do not know what to say, it was more than half empty, I was about to give it back. I took several pictures of the bowl of soup that I will send to the company, and share with you. Every time I go there, it seems that the serving gets smaller. I do not have this experience in the other Paneras places, especially the one we go to at Coleman and Taylor in San Jose. also, not to mention, they do not help you to understand the menu.

The front desk guy discriminated me and intentionally lower the voice and cause the confusion on the menu(why there is pick 2 for every salad). I told him I wanna the salad and 2 picks. But end up getting 2 picks without salad. I am grateful the lady in the kitchen gave me the half salad to de escalate the issue
