Brandy is a super friendly host who helped make the experience just that much better. Genise is a highly attentive host who makes sure her patrons are well cared for and also super friendly to boot. Those two are the type of employee’s company’s should hire more of, the fun and attentive employees who care for their patrons. Will highly recommend this establishment to others

Great happy hour menu right now during football season from Thursday to Sunday. Great place to catch up with friends over a couple drinks and appetizers. the bartender's double as servers and are attentive near the bar area.

First time here and I love it. I didn't know what I should order and the cashier ( a girl) was very nice ans helpful to guide me through the menu. She suggested honey bbq and asian zing as sauce and they are delicious. The wings were hot, crunchy and covered in sauce. The fries were very good too. I only had to wait about 10 min for my take out order. Overall, it was a very nice experience. I love chicken wings so much so will definitely try again if I pass by Santa Maria.

Good food and service. The men’s bathroom has an automatic sink AND a normal handle sink just in case the automatic thing pisses you off. Freaking great.

Great food and service, there's an odd thing though. Seems like the ladies serving are faster and more efficient than the males. Other than that I love this place. And if you're a female working there, wow you are doing a wonderful job. Keep it up :)

The only reason why I'm giving this review a 5 star is because of Jorge. Not because of the food and sure as heck it isn't the quickness of getting a table. Jorge demonstrates the best service and does it with hospitality. I commented him on the gentlemen that he is and said your mama raised you RIGHT! Jorge is friendly and excellent customer service! The upper management im not to impressed with but it is Buffalo wild wings. Thanks Jorge the service with a smile!

I have been to BWW all over this country, a lot of them, a favorite place for me, I’m happy this one was probably one of the best ones yet, only one issue, the bathroom was a major mess, sink full of paper, floors wet, but only the bathroom, everything outside of that was really clean and on point.

Had an amazing time at Buffalo Wild Wings with my wife! Huge shoutout to our server Liz—she was fantastic. Super friendly, quick with refills, and really made sure we were taken care of the whole time. We both did the endless wings and they totally hit the spot. I tried the Sweet Barbecue, Nashville Hot, and added some Lemon Pepper bone-in wings—all were packed with flavor. My wife went with the Lemon Pepper tenders, Buffalo, and BBQ—she loved every bite. The drinks were great too—just strong enough to give us a nice buzz and keep the good vibes going. Awesome food, awesome drinks, and amazing service from Liz. We’ll definitely be back!

It's hard these days to find good service at any buisness. But its also not easy working with customers who bring out the worst in u, too. Last night was our first visit at bww. It was a full house. People waiting to b seated outside. I turned around & changed my mind. But my family have been waiting all day so we came inside. We were seated right away. Our server was a pleasant person to talk to. He was very busy trying to keep up with everyone sitting around us but after he Interduced himself, he made us feel like the only ones there. Brought our food out 10 mins after we ordered. Made sure we had what we needed. Food was delicious. We all could not finish we were so full. We enjoyed our first visit here. But I believe even if the food wasn't good, we still would of stayed to enjoy our servers conversation & the welcoming smile made us feel like we were home. Good service comes from people who enjoy working with customer service. I believe our server makes all his customers feel that way. So shout to our server last night. His name is Joey. We will be back in few days asking for his section. To Joey. Thank u for making us feel like family. See u soon.

Low budget type eats. First encounter with buffaloes wild wings. Was in Arizona. I was impressed with th the atmosphere it was packed. Our humble sorts bar was aadly not as lit. Great staff. Food seemed like frozen Tyson type chicken fries felt frozen categorie also. Just speaking experience. Hopes strengths.

We really enjoyed our meals today. We did get the bottomless appetizers, we got the onion rings, chips and salsa and the mozzarella sticks. I ordered the cheese steak sandwich and got french fries with it. Mama got the BLT with the cheese curds. Both of us really enjoy our meals. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had diet Coke. I'll definitely go back.

I have to give the credit when it is due. That credit being due is today. After going to this restaurant on different occasions, I have to say this one was honestly the best one. From the second we were seated, we were attended to accordingly in a timely manner. The food was served in a reasonable amount of time, and the waiter made sure everything went well.

I love B-dubs. This place is new to Santa Maria when I went and did not disappoint. Most times new places take a while to get their groove, but this one hit the mark right off the bat. It is exactly what you expect from a wing and bar place. Brought my mom for the first time and she loved it also. Good job buffalo wild wings!

Great place to watch sports with friends or by yourself. Food is good and prices are normal for this type of venue. Wait staff weee working hard, but the service suffered due to staffing!

Great service and great wings. They do like to keep their lights on very bright compared to other locations that have more of a mood lighting effect going on. You should try the wings "dry" with the sauce on the side. It's less messy and allows you to try hotter sauses by allowing you to put as much sauce as you want on each wing.

I like the deals they have on the wings. The food is good and the service is fast. Last week I had one of the best cheeseburgers I've had in a long time. I have nick name this place Bdubs. This is a sports bar that is great for all games, so many tvs, you won't miss anything. I go to the one in Santa Maria but i have been to many. they don't disappoint. Last time I was here my food took 45 min and my wife ordered shredded chicken wrap and it came out in chunks and cold. Sooo, now I am a little upset they ran out of bird dawgs. The bartender and I were going through the menu and she sold me on bird dawgs. I order them and they were out. This is the 5th time they were out of something. The bartenders are very nice. But I left hungry. This is a great place to go see friends and people you have not seen in a long time.

Went to have some wings and watch the College Football Championship. Boisterous atmosphere with TVs everywhere. I had the wings with Maple Chipotle sauce and Cheese Curds. The wings were big and meaty; the sauce was perfect. I could actually taste the maple flavor and the spice level was just right. I included a Coors Light which complemented the wings. Overall an enjoyable experience despite the fact that the table next to me was antagonizing their 2 year old daughter causing her to repeatedly scream which was nearly drowned out by the restaurant noise and the game.

Enjoyed football Sunday and BWW. You can never go wrong with wings and beer! The servers were very nice just very busy. Anna the server recommended the Carmel with the cheese curds and it was a winner!

The wings here are good but it gets awful loud and service its really slow. Our server was nice and friendly but expect to wait a while. Plus be prepared to yell to be able to communicate with ppl around you because of the loud noise and other tables too close to yours. Prices seem too high for appetizers.$50 for 2 appetizers and 2 drinks tip not included. I liked all the tvs everywhere.

I give this place three stars because the food was good:) however the service was not! We sat and waited 10 minutes to even have our drink order taken. Then after we got our food they didn't come back to check on us. All of our drinks were empty and we had to get up to ask a waitress to get us refills.

I hate writing bad reviews but buffalo been disappointing me more and more. the service was good. nice waitress but I took my kids and they seated us in a booth. when they brought out my nachos they were cold. Never had cold nachos but they must have been sitting for a while to be that cold. cheese, chili and all were cooold. when I told the waitress she was quick to get me a new order. when I got home I had diarrhea. kids liked their burger and fries.

Had a good time. It's a pretty typical buffalo wild wings. The selection was perhaps a bit smaller than usual, but that is likely just a factor of the times. Outdoor seating is available currently. The staff was nice as well. The drinks were pretty bad and weak otherwise more stars would be given. All in all a place to return to every once in a while.

The bad: It was busy for Thursday night football so the service was super slow. They forgot my wife's food and ran out of chicken breast for my friends salad. The server was fine but he definitely could have used some more help. The good: I was Super surprised how good the burger was. Flavorful and a large portion. Would definitely recommend the burger if you like burgers.

Service is slow and not as good as most BW 12/21/2024- Went again to see if anything approved. The waitress was amazing, however the place was dirty, other team members were watching the games on TV. They could have been bussing the tables and picking the food up off the floor. Overall the place is disorganized.

I really want this place to be good. We keep coming back because we like wings, the setup, and the overall concept. Having both worked in service, we know what it takes to run a good business, and that’s probably why this is so frustrating. If you can sit at the bar, you’ll usually have a great experience. The bar staff consistently hustles, keeps things friendly, and handles way more than they should. But when you’re seated elsewhere, it’s a completely different story. The managers move at the pace of sloths. The issue isn’t just that things are slow. It’s that they’re visible, standing around while tables sit unbussed, food gets cold, and guests wait. The restaurant is rarely full, yet somehow there’s always a wait, even when it’s maybe 40% capacity. If it were just a short-staffing issue, I’d understand. But when you see multiple managers not stepping in and several employees on their phones, it’s clear the culture is off. We hung in there because we were hungry and wanted to watch the game, but we probably should have left. We ordered an appetizer right away and watched as every table around us got food before we did. When we finally asked, the server checked with the manager and brought out cold fried pickles. The wings were good, but you could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp. I want this location to succeed. There’s potential here, and I think a lot of people want to support it too. But if things keep going the way they are, I can see why most guests might not come back after the first visit. We’ll keep trying, at least for now.

Me and my co-worker got seated right away, at the time of this visit the business had been open for a couple of months so everything is still new looking. Our server came to us pretty quickly and asked if we needed to order or if we needed a few minutes, so we ordered or drinks and told her give us a few more minutes. So we got our drinks and began to order, one thing I was surprised was that I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken, she asked if I wanted ranch dressing and then I said no, but I'd like an extra heaping of Caesar dressing, good thing because I needed it. So we got our meals and the presentation looked great on both our meals. Well I ate most of my salad, I liked the garlic bread they gave me but the Caesar dressing was not what I expected, this salad would of been just as good of I made it at home with a Kraft dressing. I didn't really feel all that great when I left that place especially for the cost. Not sure if I would come back especially seeing string shoe fries on my co-worker's plate.

We caught them at the end of the night, but we still had slow service, missing napkins/utensils, and had to find the waitress to get the check. Not my best experience at Buffalo, and I've been to a few different ones. I hope their service improves, since this is a rather newer location.

We did a large 100 piece order online for work, they only let us choose 4 sauces, super annoying. They also only gave use 4 ranch dressings, for 13 people and the tiniest little containers, ridiculous. I ordered fried pickles and they couldn't even remember to add the sauce for the pickles. We use BBW regularly since the $10 bundle is such a good deal but I just always regret it when we do larger orders.

Went for a game. Order some appetizers and they came out half the size they are at other locations. Asked the server and he stated that's their normal size. It isn't, we go to a few different locations in other states. Additionally, this location doesn't do the BOGO on wing days. Had to flag the waiter down several times for additional drinks. This location is skimping on everything. I'll stick to local pubs and breweries.

Went on a Saturday at 9. Slow service. Wing sauce wasn't melted. Drinks took 20 minutes. No manager to be seen. And my girlfriend got food poisoning. I've tried giving this location a few chances. They can't seem to get staffing right. On a Saturday night the manager should be taking control. Who ever is the service manager needs to be replaced.

This Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant is so over rated. The food was terrible. My daughter and I went out to eat on a Sunday afternoon. There was very little to no one there. It took a while to be seated and the young female hostess was very rude and didn't seem as of she wanted to be there. With very little customers you would think we would of been offered great service. Nope nothing like that. We had to call out each time we needed service because our waitress was to busy hanging out doing nothing in the back. Over all this is not as returning restaurant for us.

Good food, but WAY too expensive! Started with $3.29 for a Pepsi. A snack plate of wings was 9.99. And it went way up from there. It's chicken! Probably the cheapest meat available! And wings, no less, which are the cheapest part of the chicken! The positive side was that the wings were well prepared, with a choice of several different sauces, from mild to so hot they recommend asking the server about it. The service was a bit slow, but polite. Obviously we won't be back because of the ridiculous prices.

I order 7 boneless hot wings to go by the internet at 9:20pm And I got it till 10:02pm. So order way ahead and wings were warm to cold when I got home from a 4 min drive and the wings were pretty small

Was okay at first but then after ordering our appetizer we waited 15-20 min to order our main dish that we didn’t even order because by then we just wanted to leave. We would understand if it were busy but it Frl wasn’t. Bruh and when the waitress came she asked if we wanted to order anything else or are we done you know damn well we were by the look of her face, not hating on her or anything but damn customer service the same as Applebees straight buns.

Called store to let them know that they sent me the wrong order as you can tell by the receipt I ordered boneless not bone in. I asked for a coupon for their error and was put on hold repeatedly and was told i needed to drive over to pick it up tonight instead of tomorrow like I wanted, I told him that if I wanted to drive I would have came in to get the food. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled manager would not come to the phone and talk to me just had someone put me on hold again and again. Thank you for your help with this

There's a black manager female she's new she have favorite coworkers. I saw how she treat her colleagues and she has favoritism. Food and drinks was great but once I came across her she was rude. I had someone els taking care of me before the "manger" came in and kicked me out. I wasn't causing trouble either. Buffalo you guy's need to check her because shes taking the "manger" position rudely not only to me but her colleagues that she doesn't like. I wouldn't come here again if I see her again.

Natcho’s sucked, not nearly enough cheese with massive chunks of chicken as if the cook was too lazy to break it up. Santa Maria location refuses to serve the sampler, because they’ve been out of onion rings and cannot substitute which is ridiculous. It’s been WEEKS. We come here for a beer and some chicken, but I think after this last visit, we will be finding somewhere else to go that has better service and shorter wait times. Staff your locations properly. You have a ton of open tables and people waiting 30-45 min or more. DO BETTER.

Very dissatisfied! Hostess was very friendly. They sat us in a small table. There is 6 of us 2 adults, my 3 girls and my 1 year old. We asked them to sit us in a booth because the tables are bigger(they did). We ordered our drinks and the waitress gets one wrong. We then ordered but when we received our order they had messed up our large order of wings(ordered traditional bone in but they gave us boneless). They re-made and we asked for it to go due to baby being fussy. When we got home we then realized they had not giving us what a large order is suppose to come with. They only gave us basically 2/3 order of usual wings large order has. Very disappointed! This was our second time never again! San Luis is way better.

Each time we've visited in the last 6 months it's been terrible service. No matter if it's slow or packed for a game, servers are delayed, rarely check on us, and often stand around not working. We were waiting for service and decided to buy to go, once we paid there wasn't any change in the drawer so we had to wait for our change. If you decide to go, just prepare to be there for a while and not need any refills.

Just an awful experience all around. I grew up in NY back before BWW became heavily franchised and this location is a complete disgrace to their wings. The service was awfully slow. They got our orders wrong despite their seemingly foolproof tablet based system. And even the checks were wrong at the end of this 2 hour ordeal. When the wings finally came they were dry and my buddy's fries were stone cold. On top of that they weren't cleaning tables very promptly so it was like we were eating garbage while being surrounded by garbage. I wouldn't recommend coming here for mediocre wings, they aren't even worth the unexplainable wait.

Got there at 3:25 on a Sunday, sat outside and waited. After 15 minutes they completely forgot about a party of 5. I walked inside, asked for a server to help on our order, the Philippine manager just swerved around the employees asking them "who is in charge of outside?" Being in no rush, we still waited but we ended up walking away at 4:20. Never thought a great reviewed place would have such an uncoordinated crew.

Very disappointed with this location. Came in on Sunday afternoon. Took the bar tender ten minutes to even notice I was sitting at the bar! I also put in a food order that she never put in. She was more interested in her friends that where at the bar then anyone one else. Sure would have been nice to have some wings with my beer! Won’t be back!

I've been to this location numerous times and it had always been pleasant. Today unfortunately was not the case. Took my daughter out for dinner to BBW's. When we walked in it didn't look busy, so we asked if they had outside seating which they did. The guy in the front his name tag read LUIS "service manager" which seemed like a joke. First he tells us it's very cold outside, ok? Then asked us for our info really pushing for us to order to go. I finally said fine we will order to go can you take our order, he stated he could not that someone else would.... Meanwhile he's standing at the host area watching the clippers game.... After just standing there not knowing who or what we were waiting for we asked LUIS if we could take a look outside for ourselves, and we did. We came back and told him there was a side table near the brick wall near a heater and that we would love that table. He rudly replied "NO" someone already made a reservation, but if they don't show you can have it.... We continued to wait... The first couple that walked in he told them he had a table ready, which I asked him- how did you know this is the party who had the reservation without asking for their names? He ignored me. He then tells me your table is ready. Giving my daughter and I a table furthest from the heater. I noticed that there was a man and a little girl finishing up at a table closer to a heater so I asked the waitress if we could have that table instead, to which she said yes. Luis walked towards our table and began yelling saying "that is not your table!" he had new guests he was trying to sit behind him, to which I asked if they had a reservation? He said no, so I asked then why yell at me? I told him I am a paying customer who had waited my turn and wanted a warm table for my daughter. He called me rude and made inappropriate comments about me to the new guests as if I had robbed them. The waitress with a very pretty & unique name I can't fully remember except that it starts with D apologized for Luis and stated that he over reacted and it wasn't necessary. She apologized for the embarrassment. She also gave me the location managers name, Alison, who she said was new & I plan to talk too about this bad experience because no one should ever be treated like this! They either need to replace Luis or properly train him on customer service!

I had the worst experience ever at this location. I’ve eaten at many locations over the years. This place and their mgmt almost had a “Gang Like” atmosphere. No Customer service, food was cold, they were extremely rude to everyone in the restaurant. I will never eat there again. Please retrain and get new staff. Starts from the top!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but leave it to Santa Maria to take a good place and run it to the ground. I ordered a medium size boneless wings. Waited 40 minutes and my food still did not come out. So I ended up leaving without my food. I would understand stand it if they were busy but this was at 9:45pm on a Sunday. The place was practically dead and they closed at midnight. Completely unacceptable. It will be a long time before I consider coming back to the Santa Maria Buffalo Wild Wings.

Is it possible to leave 0 stars? That is what this place deserves. We were seated and no one acknowledged us for 20 minutes. More than 4-5 different servers and staff members looked at us. No one offered to help us or notify our server. This is a safurday night. They were not slammed. Plenty of open tables and staff. I have worked in restaurants my whole life. You take care of customers regardless of it being your section or rotation. If you see a table uncared for you step up ask to get them started. Perhaps if they didn't hire toddlers the service would have existed. Pretty certain I could have walked into the server station got my own water and no one would have noticed. Maybe a manager should be on staff on a saturday night. Or their baby sitter could have popped their head out and looked around. I'm pretty surprised the Disney channel wasn't on at least 3 of the tv's. Didn't step into the bathrooms but they probably have extra changing tables for the staff.Do yourself a favor don't go here.

This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings in Santa Maria and the experience was Horrible.... •I had drinks spilled on me from a waitress • the Manager named Jessie is incompetent and his rude Careless behavior baffled everyone at our table when I asked Jessie for his district manager or regional manager information he chuckled and said I don’t know •Disorganized However, towards the end we had an AMAZING waiter named ALBERTO who managed to uplift everyone’s spirits. He was conscientious and very polite!

The server was nice but only came to deliver food and bring the check while our drinks stood empty. The boneless wings were so over cooked and hard that we couldn’t chew them, and they didn’t toss them in sauce: they poured puddles over the wings so all the sauces were mixed together. Then the regular order of wedges was about ten small wedges spread on a large platter. It was actually comical. I told the server how bad the wings were but no response. It was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. Won’t go back.

The restaurant was fairly empty, as only one section was open. Despite that, I waited over 45 minutes to get my food, and then the order was wrong, and the food was cold. A good portion of our boneless wings didn't contain any chicken, our bone-in wings had little to no sauce and seasonings. Our waiter was fantastic, however, incredibly busy as he seemed to be the only person in the restaurant actually working. My sympathy for the poor guy, he never stopped as he frantically attempted to check and serve all of the patrons in the restaurant while 4-5 other staff members socialized with eachother in the empty sections. We tasted our food, hoping that some part of it might be edible, but it was all cold, dry, rubbery garbage. We waited 20 minutes without touching most of our food and asked for our check, waited longer, paid full price on our bill even though they got the order wrong, and left. One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. The incredibly overworked waiter deserves a raise and some better coworkers. Management needs to implement some type of quality control, because clearly there is none. I should have gone to Wing Stop. :(

We went for lunch for my son's 16th birthday and our service was horrible. First the host did not even help us move chairs around for a wheelchair then our waitress finally came and took our drink order 10 minutes after we sat down and then was annoyed. We then ended up ordering about 25 Minutes after we got there and we got there at 1pm. We then had our food brought out within 10 minutes of each other. Needless to say by the time everyone got their food my son had finished his good and everyone else's food was cold because we wanted to eat together. We asked the waitress why our food was being brought out one by one and she said that is normal and they were short staffed.. When I addressed the issue with the manager he was very nice and was very sorry. After speaking to the manager the waitress had the nerve to approach our table with a attitude and when I told her we complained because of the service and her attitude she told me she was not in the wrong and I asked her to please leave our table and she refused to leave until we heard what she had to say. It was very unprofessional and we left with a very bad taste in our mouth. UPDATE: Thank you for responding, I did submit this through that link. I look forward to hearing from you through that.

We had seen this place had poor reviews and decided to give it a try anyways. We were seated pretty fast, and had our drink and wings order taken in decent time. DO NOT ORDER ANY COCKTAILS. They have NO alcohol in them. Waitress was understanding (said everyone complains about it) and took them off the bill once we asked if she could. Wings were actually pretty good. However, once we ordered our actual meals, they brought my boyfriend’s main course out first. Five minutes later we let our waitress know that we were still waiting on my salad, to which she followed up it should be out any minute. 25 minutes later and my salad is nowhere to be seen and my boyfriend’s food is now cold. We let the manager know and ended up just paying for the wings we’d already eaten and left. Not a good experience at all.

They sat us no problem but it took 10 min to order our drinks. Then another 10 min just for them to bring us our drinks. Then after we ordered our food it took 30 min for them to bring it to us, but they brought 1 item, then a good 10 min later brought another one, then we waited another 20 min for the rest of our food to come. And when we did get the food it was cold.

Service started out well. Then the manager sat with our server for well over 20 minutes. Then I guess the server went to break. The 4 guys sitting next to us got their beer never did order food and then the 2 guys behind us finally got up and moved to the bar, I stepped up to the bar to get my wife a glass of water and then the bar keeps left the bar. I gave up getting water, my wife ran out of water at the beginning of the meal. never got to order a second beer After 35 minutes of waiting finally our server showed back up gave us our bill and we left truly discouraged. Will never dine here again. No problem sitting outside due to COVID-19. But when it takes 25 min to get a water when there’s 2 waiters and only 5 tables not a good start. Then another 15 to bring my daughters sodas and take my onion ring order. By then my daughters are freezing and ready to just take it to go. We stick it out and order and food takes over 30 min arrives cold. Ask for fresh fries waitress cones back with stale fries. Someone else working there stopped by our table asked how we were doing. Told him the circumstances he said oh my manager will take care of you. Get the bill he takes off “$3” lol I mean if that’s not a slap in the face $3 off an $80 bill. Go to pay and it takes 15 for pour waitress to figure out how to use gift card all while her “manager” is standing day dreaming out the front door. I don’t blame the waitress I blame the manager running it for not addressing the issues I had and for being satisfied with serving and charging for non mediocre food. Beware of dinning on the patio the SM wind is brutal and it’s not the normal watch a game enjoy a beer and wings B-Dubs anymore. The manager needs some training!!!!! Then fill out the online survey they said to the GM reaches out a week later says she would get back to us the following day. Haven’t heard a thing yet??? Still got that windy wing disaster on my mind..

I ordered food on line for Father’s Day, my first time trying Buffalo Wild Wings. The website was great and the food was ready and brought out to the car immediately - great considering Covid. HOWEVER - once I got home I found the ranch, blue cheese and carrots/celery were missing. I phoned and spoke to the manager and he said if I hadn’t asked for them when ordering they wouldn’t have been added. When I told him I ordered on line he didn’t know what to say. He then said well they are free anyway! I explained that this was terrible service. He said well I’m sorry but there isn’t anything I can do. When I told him I would post this poor review he pleaded that I didn’t. I hung up. The boneless chicken wings were delicious, the only positive. They were overpriced - 6 what are basically chicken breast bites for $10. The potato wedges were undercooked, some were raw. The large coleslaw wasn’t even enough for one person. Overall this place is overpriced and has no idea how to satisfy customers in my opinion. My first and last visit ever. I received a reply basically saying "Oh well" and not accepting any responsibility for their failures. AVOID!!!!

Horrible service. Upon arrival, I asked to be seated at a booth. Was told all booth seating was closed for the night. I was seated on a table instead. About 20 minutes later, a party of 4 were seated at a booth next to my table. I asked my waitress why the party of 4 were able to get a booth, her response made no sense. Ok, back to when I was seated, It took about 15 minutes for a waitress to come to my table and take my drink order. It appeared she was in a bad mood. Overall bad service. I still gave the waitress a tip just to show some grace. All I want is standard service. Could even get that.

While we acknowledge that service hiccups can occur, the extent of our encounters negatively impacted our overall impression of the establishment. Improved coordination among the staff and consistency in communicating availability could enhance the dining experience for patrons. We hope Buffalo Wild Wings takes note of these concerns to ensure a more satisfying experience for future diners in Santa Maria.

They have no control over the quality of the food, on Sunday my burger was terrible and my wife's wrap was perfect. Tuesday was the opposite, excellent burger and wrap was terrible, we both went at about 7:30 pm, the waiter Alberto bad attention with his mocking laugh to my wife because she does not speak English, I saw him leave the kitchen with a plate of a customer and he took a french fries and ate it, when he saw me I saw him laughed and after a while he came and said that if he wanted to give me some mozarella stick, I said no and he brought my account to me pay without me having asked for it.

Good food but horrible service ! You guys need to do something about this because it's not the first time it happens. Me and my friends stopped by to grab some late dinner after work. It was around 12:40 on Friday not busy at all but still managed to take over an hour to give me my food after my friends had already gotten theirs, it took so long that I ended up getting it to go. Server's name is Caitlin, I will definitely ask for a different server IF!!!!!!!!! I go again because this is not the first time we get this horrible service from her.

Went to eat dinner at 4:30 with my daughter and was very disappointed. Not crowded at all and was sar down at a high table in bar area. Waited and waited and waited some more....no menu...no drinks...no waiter....20 minutes passed and nobody even came to check on us. Walked out and said goodbye to the hostess. She just looked at us and said Bye!! They had no clue we were ever there. I would give 0 stars but one is for being sat down immediately because there was nobody really there......

The traditional sampler was terrible. Don’t order bone in wings. The chicken on the nachos was dry and didn’t taste good. Get dry rub and not sauce for the wings. The cheeseburger was probably the best thing, but it was just OK. Too much mustard and my fries were cold and thin cut. The chicken street tacos had the same issue with dryness. Chipotle ranch sauce was too chipotle flavored. Not sure why you’d put parmesan garlic on tacos. Their tortilla chips were good, but their salsa was bland. The music was too loud. Servers did not earn their tips because of their great service, we tipped out of obligation. I’m not planning to return to another BWWs ever again.

I visited with a group of friends and ordered a double shot, but it seemed more like a single and was quite expensive. I politely asked the waiter if it was the right size for the price, and he spoke to the manager. When he came back, he told us we could either go to the bar to check or leave. This was a huge letdown, especially since we were being respectful. We decided to pay the tab and leave. The service was terrible, and the manager didn’t even come to talk to us—he had the waiter deliver the message, which felt unprofessional. Because of this, we won’t be coming back. We’ll stick to places like Applebee’s or Red Robin, where we know the service will be better.

We went today, as soon as it opened at 11:00AM and we used the restroom and only 2 of the 4 bathrooms worked. And the 2 bathrooms that were working had absono toilet paper! They just opened! It was my 1st time there and I was very disappointed

This waitress Alicia ruined my post meal experience because she was The most greedy and selfish waitress I've ever had. To the point where she becomes self entitled, and self absorbed when she asked for a bigger tip (original tip was 4$ from half our table and the other half gave 33$) she haggled and nagged for a bigger tip from the 4$ half of our table when she convinced our party to pay an extra 15$ in a condescending way. It's absolutely unacceptable for waitresses to force customers to tip, tips are, and always should be optional, and only given for exceptional service. Our initial tip of 33$ was more then enough for the service we received and her forcing us to pay more ruined our experience.

Night Shift here is a joke. I waited 15 minutes just for someone to come up and help me after the people before me waited over 30 minutes then when they finally came to talk to me, they said that my order was still waiting on the tenders so I had to wait another 10 minutes then they give me my food without the tenders and proceed to tell me, they never made the tenders and my wings have been sitting there the entire time and are cold now

Apparently this place is allowed to pretend to be another establishment called “Wild Burger” on Grubhub and DoorDash and trick people into buying their nasty food. My $15 burger was a dry joke. Forgot the cheese and there was practically a dot of bbq sauce on the bun. I’m so annoyed that I fell for their scam.

Couldnt get 50% off appetizers because we were here 5 minutes before than 3pm. Then we order something but it was not available at the moment but menu didnt state anything and we ended up ordering something we didnt care for. Server's attitude was awful aswell. Never going back!

So I just left the establishment, did wait at the front of the house for about 10-15 minutes wondering if anyone was even working the front. Other people standkng in line weren't happy either. Saying things like, "Does anyone work here??" Wait for a booth for about 35 minutes. After dealing with the guy having a stroke or something with putting in my phone number. He repeated it back wrong like 5 or 6 times, ended up having to put it in for him. After getting up to look around and seeing people who just walked in the door getting seated at a booth, we pointed out 2 more open booths and asked if we could be seated now at one of those. The trainee at the front of the house said, "Yes. I actually forgot about you guys." Impossible, we were sitting right there.. whatever. I had a reward for 6 birthday wings which originally our first server said it was okay. We ended up with another server who then later blamed the system then manager that he couldn't do the reward. 1st blaming the system because it couldn't find my number, (okay but I have my app). "Well maybe you changed your number." (Nope I've had this same number). "Well maybe you need to verify the number." (Okay? I'm showing you the reward). "Well my manager said there isn't anything he could do. But I'll check again." Then he comes back, "It's just weird we couldn't find you in the system, but my manager said that we couldn't give it to you because you can't combine it with the pick 6 deal." Then I showed him that it doesn't say that anywhere on the reward, which is why it should be fine. Then I showed him the other rewards where it does say you can't combine with any other deals. (See pictures). Idk seemed like such a stupid thing to be going back and forth over. And then on top of that like shoving the "I can't find you in the system" thing down my throat. That isn't anything I have control over, not my problem. I don't know but as someone who works cust. satis. this was definitely solvable 💯. Since we paid cash, I have a feeling that they're going to take the 6ct wings off and just keep the rest. Seems like the BS. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND

Anytime there is an issue they are very quick to brush it off and do not offer any compensation for screw ups on there end. The manager from 2/23/23 at 629pm has a very big attitude problem. I understand that it's food service and your busy but show respect to your customers maybe? They have gotten my order wrong the last 8 times I have eaten there. Save your money and make wings at home.

So I came to eat with my family at Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesday which is when they have a buy 1 get 1 traditional wings 50% off, and we waited 15-20 min waiting for the hostess to even acknowledge us. When she finally did we had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for a table for 3 people… we finally get seated and turns out the hostess was our server which she was the nicest person ever so no blame on her. Our server ended up messing up our order and ordered us extra wings (about 20 extra wings) but hey everyone makes mistakes we just wanted her to have a manager correct the cost at the end, as every other restaurant does but not this restaurant apparently … the manager forced the server to “collect” the extra wings that were served to us (keep in mind we had the wings for least 15 minutes and we were eating them so we touched them and all) …. I have never been to a restaurant that” collected” the food back that was the servers mistake. Belen which is the manager who forced the server to take back the wings and did want to even come to our table to apologize or anything.I feel sorry for the servers who have a manager like that because I can’t imagine how “ghetto” she treats other customers or even the servers… won’t be retuning.

Went over the weekend here with my boyfriend for some lunch and our waitress Cici was just not it. She didn’t bring us any napkins or silverware at all, she definitely saw us struggling to grab our drinks cause of dirty hands yet she still provided her other tables behind us with napkins and silverware. We also accidentally spilt a drink and she saw us trying to clean it up and still didn’t offer any napkins or towels for us, same goes for this guy walking around in front of us cleaning already cleaned tables seeing we needed help. Our bill ended up being $51.62 I still tipped $5 despite our waitress being not the best so my total should’ve been $56.62 coming out of my bank and instead I was charged $61.62, double the tip I originally put for her.

This is the first review I’ve ever done. But Buffalo Wild Wings in SM is so bad I had to. The food is fine…when it’s not served cold. But the service is so historically bad it’s a running joke among everyone I know. It’s not a recent issue. It’s been this bad since it opened. I’ve never once had a good dining experience there. I wait a few months before trying again hoping for something different but it never is. The last time I went I took someone who had never been. Not for the food, but for entertainment. I told the person I went with how horrible the service was beforehand and how in the 10 times I’ve been there not one time was it decent. Buffalo Wild Wings did not disappoint. The food wasn’t worth it…but the laughs my friend and I had with every thing wrong with the experience was. LOL. I won’t get too much into the details about all of things consistently wrong with this place. But here’s the short version. Long waits for food even if the place is empty, cold food, wrong food, charged for food I didn’t order, hair in food, staff never returns after food is brought. You name it…I’ve experienced it. Anywhere from one of those to a few of those have happened. Every….single….time. It’s not bad. It’s the worst. Hands down. By the way…if you do go…save yourself the cost of buying drinks. Their tea and soda are so watered down they taste like water anyways. Geez. There you go Buffalo. You’re so bad you made someone who doesn’t do reviews do their first. LOL.

We had a simple order of 10 wings and a ceasar salad. The wings took almost 50 minutes to be served, after the salad arrived. I asked for all the food at the same time. The wings arrived cold and not prepared properly with the dry rub. Will not be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings in SM, or any location. The food simply sucks and so does the service! 👎

First time trying this place out. Had a gift card. I ordered bone in traditional wings. Got jerk Chicken and Buffalo flavors. Jerk chicken is bomb. But the chicken that the sauce was on was like jerky on a bone. Superdry! I burnt wings on the BBQ before that had more moisture. Too bad won't be going back

Lazy employees don’t bring me my food when it was ready so it was cold. Waited 20 extra minutes when I ordered online and they didn’t even get my order right. Nobody cares there, they seriously need to get their act together. Worst customer service ever. Tried to call because I paid extra for a mushroom Swiss burger and got a sad cheeseburger instead. Ignored the phone when I called numerous amounts of times to complain. Look at the photos of the supposed mushroom Swiss cheeseburger and see how much they don’t care.

Since they day they opened until today, service has been the same. Absolutely terrible. I come here about once or twice a year, hoping things would improve and unfortunately not much has changed except the menu. Usually we make the drive all the way to SLO because the service is always fantastic. Sure it's a long drive but service is everything. Today we were seated at a terrible booth. Table was a bit sticky and we noticed there was some mold on this thing. Absolutely terrible.

The wings were great! The burger sucked. My wife and i only had an hour for lunch. We waited for almost an hour for two burgers with our watress not checking up on us once. We had to flag a manager who then disappeared without a trace. When we finally got our waitresses attention, she blamed the cook. We then asked her why the table next to us got their food first when they came in 15 minutes after us, she asked if we wanted to take it to her manager. Wow! By the way, the restaurant was only half full when we arrived.
