Peet's Coffee Santa Rosa Reviews
Peet’s Coffee is my go-to local coffee spots, and this location truly stands out thanks to the people behind the counter. Their customer service always stands out! I have been served by Natalia, Cori, and Melissa and they consistently deliver outstanding customer service that is warm, attentive, and genuinely kind every time you walk in. The coffee drinks are always expertly made, fast, and delicious, whether you’re grabbing a morning latte, espresso, or an afternoon pick-me-up. You can tell they care about quality and the customer experience, which is what keeps this Peet’s Coffee a favorite in the local coffee scene. If you’re looking for great coffee near me, friendly baristas, and a reliable neighborhood café, this Peet’s Coffee location is hard to beat.
Willing to travel a distance to this Peets. Staff is informed, friendly and professional. Management is gracious and without airs of diva-ness found in some other coffee venues. 5 stars. And oh yes....the coffee is always great, fair market and wonderful business model.
Awesome and cozy place. Spacious enough to sit and drink coffee or have breakfast. Loved the service. All the ladies are very warm and sweet. Loved the hot breakfast. We ordered Mediterranean flatbread, croissant and egg and cheese sandwich and everything was perfectly warmed and was super delicious. If your around do visit this place!!!
Super attentive and nice staff. Got a great coffee in a jiffy!

Best coffee shop in the North Bay! I wish there were more than one in Santa Rosa.
The latte was fantastic—rich, flavorful, and just perfect. I know this will be my go-to coffee from now on!
Staff is always friendly and it's one of the few places you can get coffee half calf
What can I say about Peets, that it doesn't speak for the strong , aromatic flavor of coffees.
We go there every Wednesday and we look forward to having our drinks and talking. There are 4 of us ladies
We live out of the area now and so we never get good access to Peet's coffee. This is one of our constant stopovers anytime we're driving through the area. This location in particular seems to be much better then others in the area. They always make the drinks, they always have a really nice positive attitude, in the store and the bathrooms are always clean.
The inside of Pete's was renovated recently, and it looks and feels great. There is lots more light and inclusive furniture like a large family style table that can seat 8-10 people comfortably. Same great quality coffees and fancy blended coffee drinks matching the season.
I actually stayed in the van while others got the beans of happiness. But I got a full report and it sound s like everything is hunky dory at this location, Santa Rosa representing! I suggest the mocha Java decafe for the next couple of years.
I love Peet’s warm welcoming staff and ambiance. It’s just the coffee, particularly the drip medium and dark roast are categorized in my book as a ticket to heartburn city. I’ve had coffee everyday of my life since 1991. If I wanted to poison my body with Prevacid or Prilosec, I’d probably avoid the feeling but there are just too many other coffee places that don’t bother me as much as the roasting process at Peet’s. I was told by an employee that the oils are what create the acidity and I just think it’s not for me. I wish it were.
Red Flag Warning There's an employee who treated me rudely who sports dyed pink hair. I had gone to Peet's dozens of times over the past few years with a couple of small harmless dogs. I got my cup of coffee and went outside to have it and on one occasion needed to use the restroom which they opened for me. I finished my first cup and wanted a refill so when I got to the door this pink haired woman sternly yelled at me that I was not allowed to bring the the dogs inside just to get that cup and return outside. She flatly rejected to make any accomodations to make it possible. She had an ATTITUDE. Meanwhile the other baristas probably didn't want to speak up on my behalf or hers. This is a problem. When customers are treated with utter disrespect it will hurt a business because People Talk. I do not recommend that you patronize this particular Peet's until this woman is working there. We deserve better especially when I had been served courteously by a team member without issue only to have a woman with a Napoleon Complex exercise her authority in the manner that she did. I urge upper management to find a place for her where she does not have any contact with the public and preferably at a different Peet's. She has some developing to do to say the least. If you can't be nice you are in the wrong type of business and should look for another job.
Store was pretty empty as it was early on a Sunday, waited to be told my order was ready, and found out it was but nobody cared calling my name and if they did, didn't care I obviously didn't hear it. My croissant was days old. Bathroom is really dirty, quite schoking for such a franchise
I've tried to give this place more than one shot, yet nearly EVERY time we go the batistas will give half a cup of coffee and the other half foam. When we come to the front and mentioned that it is requested with no foam, they instead complain to us of why they can't and threaten to charge us for extra milk next time (they never do). Out of all of the times we've come here, they've only prepared it correctly ONCE. This place is on my commute south and I have NEVER had an issue with the peets in rohnert park, the two in petaluma, or in Novato. If there was a minor mistake, the baristas understand and fix it without complaints. I don't know if they're not morning folk or don't enjoy their job but they clearly can't do it right more than once.
Im a Peets FANATIC. Been drinking it for decades. Was introduced to it from my mom long ago.. growing up in the Bay Area! I buy there beans. . Been to many up and down the state of California! Boston! Anywhere I can find it I go! an OG to PEETS! Sooo when I was driving down from ukiah to LA. Thought I’d stop of course and get my Peets. Was excited! Welp. Made the mistake of going out of my way to this one!! Customer service was no bueno. They only had major Dickinson. Which I do not like. I pretty much would take anything dark roasted.. but nope. They could not accommodate. Only two huge large crafts if that one. No poor over . No problem solving. No ideas for customer service. So on to the next Peets. To get a dark cup of coffee. Pure black coffee which I love from Peets! If you’re a local it’s super cute but if you’re a Peets person. I’d pick another one! Not the service I know and love. Driving to the next Peets! ( they did say because of corporate they couldn’t do a pour over. Which is super unfortunate) Peets please upgrade to the service I know and love! Might just be this one!
One of the Bartistas (could be the manager)are very discriminatory towards travelers with backpacks. Also, doesn't know the definition of "loitering" To loiter would mean I would not have bought something. But I did, I have a digital receipt to prove it... They may as well be a Starbucks with the treatment that I got here. Usually peetes gets 5 stars not this time
