Because I have lactose intolerance, I often have to work hard to keep cheese out of my food. Today, after ordering in the app, and pulling up to the drive-thru, the person helping me listened diligently to my concerns and the people in charge of assembling my food did so with excellence, meeting my order to perfection. 🤌 Not only that, but the the food was the best I've had at Taco Bell in recent memory. It's usually pretty good, and I don't know what they did different, but my mouth and tummy are very happy 😁
They have a good group of people working there, that care about there customers and community! There efforts and kindness are vary much appreciated!

I love Taco Bell! They're classics box is just fantastic. A nice combination of different items plus a drink, all for $7.
They now have a kiosk at the door where you can order & pay (you can still order at the register). The district managers were there chatting it up and drinking sodas, talking about changing the menu prices 😕. My Nachos Bell Grande & soda already cost a couple $ under a good size Carne Asada nachos soooo....
Everything is cool n all. However what's with the bathroom not having a lock? Walked in on a mother and her young child. Come to find out there is zero way to lock the door. Wth guys?
I understand that no matter where you go, if you go consistently there will be errors and bad employees so my review is trying to be as objective as possible after using the drive through many times. Pros: -Stays open past midnight, - food is good, -the drive through employees have been professional and courteous to me as far as I’ve gone. Perhaps they are trying to wash away many of the bad reviews I see from other customers; regardless I can tell they try hard to be polite and nice even when it’s not their true self so I commend them for their great efforts. As a former Pizza Hut and Dominós pizza shift manager many years ago I can understand fast food industry is not easy as you also have a lot of rude, entitled people, and crazy busy times. Cons: -The nacho cheese container is only half full. - I asked twice for light ice on my drink and made sure to be clear and that they heard me as I always get half or more of the bottle full of ice with only a little of drink, yet they seem to mess this part up quite frequently. -There are shortages of certain items and also condiments. -They don’t accept bills larger the 20$ which is kinda outrageous to me specially if you are spending more than 20 bucks and only have bigger bills s
Wrong order completely 😑, something i have experienced across all Taco Bells, and of course I used the drive thru and didn't discover it until I was home. BUT, they always are willing to replace your order.
I hate the kiosk ordering system. If you wanna pay cash or get drinks right away good luck. Your better off ordering in the drive through and bringing your order in to dine in. I don't work at Taco Bell and I don't like having to try to figure out their computer to order my food. Ring back customer service. Aldo the drink sizes are getting a little dumb. Stop shinking the drinks and charging a butt load for them.
We have dined in at this location three separate times recently, and each visit has resulted in a wait of over 20 minutes for our food. Tonight, we arrived at 6:16 PM and did not receive our order until 6:43 PM. When we asked to speak with a manager about this recurring issue, she was completely dismissive and did not offer so much as an apology. She simply stated she would “talk to them,” which did not address the ongoing problem or our concerns. During the 30 minutes we were waiting, we also observed several customers returning due to incorrect drive-thru orders. The consistent delays, lack of accountability, and unfriendly, dismissive service are unacceptable. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both efficiency and customer service.
I ordered 3 items. And you gave me 4 hot sauces. SERIOUSLY!!!!! Do I have to specify how many. Like it’s common sense.
Went drive thru and got a box, the tacos had something like a piece of clothing thread ! I will add pictures later, but was disgusting! Threw everything to the trash...
Food tasted burnt and like it cleaner on it. The crunchwrap had a weird distribution of meat
I ordered online for pick up at the drive thru. No one in line when I got there. Drive thru speaker said one moment please. I waited four minutes and asked if any one was there. He said one moment again. Waited another two minutes and asked how many more moments does he need. No response so I drove up to the window. He said now I have to drive around again. Of course the app won’t let me cancel, so I had to go around. Now there are five cars ahead of me. A quick pre-paid order took over 20 minutes. When I came back around he was extremely rude. 11/7/25 betting 4:05 and 4:30 pm. I’ve deleted the app and will never return.
Sat. 7/26/25 cashier was so rude. When there was an issue she was afraid to handle the situation and hide behind her manager. She also turned to us smiled and laughed. Training at your store is so bad. She must be young and doesn’t understand customer service Everywhere I go I am going to give bad reviews and tell Santee residents that your store isn’t fit to serve people
Guy was laughing at me while ordering, i then received my tacos, drove an hour home, and saw nothing but shell, all i asked was for beef and cheese, and instead got a half assed 4 tacos for my time. DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL IN SANTEE. Thank you Taco Bell, my one year old, wont be eating anymore.
First tyme there after covid. No counter staff. Hard tyme navigating the kiosk. Asked for help. Very rude. No help. Ordered the 5$ box. Wanted to change to soft shell. Couldn't modify. Food not the same. Either is the staff. Bathroom locked. Asked for code. Didnt work. Asked again an was different. Food gave me explosive diarrhea. Missed the crapper an went on the floor.
From 5 stars to 1 and if I could it would be 0. It is amazing how difference does it make when you have rude employees just kidding around playing around among themselves and speaking with profanity. Poor quality on the food, lots of mistakes. While eating I noticed they were making lots of mistakes on their drive thru. As far as I am concerned this is it for me at this location. Who is the owner of this place? Does corporate in Irvine CA cares? Does anyone care for God's aches. Look at the picture I am sharing, a 5 layer burrito, where we are supposed to enjoy the flavor from every single ingredient from the first bite to the last, first bite I had a bunch of beans, cheese in the middle bites and a joke of meat by the end. We customers now are doing part of their job by ordering at the kiosk so these punks have more time to play and screw up our orders. Never ever again.
Edit: This time we had more sauce in our COLD burritos than beans and they were so cold the cheese didn't even melt The! Dont waste your time or money! !The service and food quality here has consistently gone down to the point that we regret stopping here for food anytime we do. If you order anything with potatoes they give you literally 2 pieces of potato per item, and they're so old and stale I am not even kidding when I say I chipped a tooth on one. Food is never warm enough to melt the cheese on the items, and now they make sides of items in sauce containers and still charge you full price. The soda has been out of syrup for weeks so we stopped ordering drinks here, and they won't even give us receipts now. Please get a new staff, manager, SOMETHING so that we can eat here again. ☹ This is the "side" of beans I was charged for, every other location gives it to you in one of their bean cups not a sauce container 😑
