Good evening, I was passing by last night and came across this Mac. The parking lot lights were off around 6:00 PM. Honestly, it was my wife who wanted Mac, but I didn't feel like it, but luckily I listened to her and ate the best Mac I've ever had. If I'm in Aosta, Turin, or the area again, I'll definitely try to return. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Kudos to the staff.

I was passing through on the highway. I'd rather go to McDonald's than to a service station that offers subpar food at unjustified prices. The food, quality of service, and layout are in line with the brand. Located just off the highway so you don't waste too much time. PS: Tables should be cleaned for every customer.

Excellent food, fast service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The restaurant is well-managed... the only downside is the small parking lot; we had to wait a bit to park.

The food was good and fresh, and the staff was friendly and professional. The only problem was the wait time. We ordered through the app to pick up at the McD Drive, but it took 26 minutes from when we arrived to when our order was delivered. There wasn't even a long line, only three cars ahead of us. It couldn't be considered "fast" food like that.

A cute place just outside Santhià. You can order games for the little ones from the machine. The staff is well-trained and friendly. It's a great place to spend an evening with friends. They also host birthday parties.

Nice McDonald's near Torino. Pretty new. However, the food compared with the food in America pretty off. I normally eat once in McDonald's when I travel, and this is the worse food I ever had.

This is the third time I've shown up at the drive thru and 3 times I haven't been able to take advantage of the in-app offers because this MC lacks the ingredients... So what's the point of putting the offers on?

The staff is completely lacking in attention and absolutely uninterested: every order is always missing, every time you have to go back to ask for sandwiches or fries (perhaps even driving 5 or 6 kilometers after work), the sandwiches and fries are often served cold and seem to be thrown from a distance instead of being prepared. I have no idea how McDonald's manages not to close this store: the staff is absolutely incompetent, and so are the supervisors. Furthermore, closing times are decided by gut feeling; you hope you can make it before the staff closes when they get fed up (even 35 minutes before closing time). This is written by a semi-regular customer: WAKE UP!!!!! I hope the staff improves for the sake of their jobs.

Even though there were few people and it was lunchtime (around 1:30 PM), there were only three staff on hand (one for prep, one at the bar, and one for delivery). All of this obviously led (compared to my other experiences at McDonald's locations) to a significant delay in getting the food to the table.

I asked to have 2 doubles without cucumber as per the receipt and they added the cucumber plus I had also asked for the spicy sauce which was on the monitor but then in the receipt it was no longer there I don't know why it's not the first time it happens to me in the MC of Santhià.

The place is empty, and the girl is talking to her boyfriend! 30 minutes of waiting for my order, then I go to ask for it, and it's delivered cold! I'd avoid it if I saw the girl named Sara! No desire to work.
