We are so happy with the quality and prices of the brunch options. We ordered Crab Eggs Benedict, kids sliders and a key lime pie.Our server Klaudia was attentive and served our table well. 5 out of 5.

Myra is an exceptional server and everything was brought to us in a very timely manner and the food was excellent. The almost 5 star rating for this restaurant is deserved. If you like dessert, try the bread pudding. My wife couldn’t finish, but she certainly was compelled by flavor to do her best

This dining experience is one of the best that I have ever had! We went to Libby's to enjoy brunch. The menu options are wonderful and the food is delicious. Are server (Jessica) also helped us make good choices. The atmosphere is nice and inviting while giving your eyes many great eclectic items to view and enjoy. The biggest thing for our visit is the top-notch service! We had a little issue with our brunch burger and our server (Jessica) apologized and immediately jumped into action. Before long the manager (Michael) came to our table to also address the issue. It was not just the apology and returning with a whole new meal - it was the fact that they came back to us with accommodations to ensure that we knew that our time as guests in their restaurant is valued. Ultimately, we were amazed at how everyone connected with us during our meal before the issue and after. Plus, we got some good tips on things to enjoy, visit, and do while we are in the area. To better put this into perspective - think about a place where you received resort style service like the Ritz-Carlton or that caliber and that's what you receive at Libby's. *** So, not only will we return when we come back to the area but we have already been telling our family and friends that they also need to go enjoy a meal at Libby's!

Tonight I celebrated my birthday with friends. We were at Libby’s for like two hours, but the food was good. I ate the Chicken Milanese. That my favorite dish at Libby’s. My birthday dessert, was the Chocolate Decadence Cake. It’s the best flourless chocolate cake that I have had. The cake was way better than I assumed it would be. We all loved it. Thank you. I was disappointed that you got rid of the strawberry short cake. That was yummy. The Fried Mac & Cheese are also very good. My friend loved the Chicken Carbonara. The French onion soup was different, interesting tasting. I liked it, but there were too many onions and not enough broth. I’m more of a broth lover.

Simply lovely food, location and decor. We sat out on the porch. Let down for me by very poor staff, who were hard to hear and managed to get drink and food orders incorrect and gave us the bill before asking about any desert or coffee. The tuna was divine and the food we did eat was delicious. The key lime pie was lush. I would go again but it would be lovely to be served by someone who did not very obviously want to go home.

First time here I was given the location by my aunt who recommended this place, look forward to seeing what it's all about as well as the atmosphere. Definitely recommend this joint super awesome great everybody was very professional the food is amazing the the quantities are good the portions I mean

On vacation and 1st timer and Alex B our waiter was very polite, attentive, provided amazing service. Food was delicious, well seasoned, well cooked, absolutely 💯 will recommend this restaurant

First time here with my husband, recommended by a friend. Overall good experience, I had the chicken Milanese and my husband had the steak. Good portion enough to have dessert and a coffee at the end of dinner. Waitress and host were nice and great attitude.

Made a reservation for my little sister’s birthday and I was not disappointed. I’m literally still sitting in the restaurant and had to write a review! Our server Josie was extremely attentive even though I had already preordered our dinner(yes, we preordered it and they had everything out exactly when I wanted it!!!) Tens across the board, the food was perfectly delicious. The fried Mac and cheese was extremely flavorful, Caesar salad was perfect and not to mention the meatballs! to die for. Will be coming back for more of those melt in your mouth ribs and the most amazing coleslaw I’ve had in ages!!!!!!

To begin with, I would have given this restaurant only 4 stars just for finding a hair in my carbonara pasta, but the wait was worth it. I truly loved our waitress, Cecilia; she was incredibly kind to us, and to top it all off, the manager, Francisco, came over to ask how we were doing. I really appreciated that; they were so attentive to their customers. And the dessert they gave us was delicious! But besides all that, which was MY experience, the food was really good, although the chicken in my second pasta dish was a little less impressive, sadly. But I would 100% recommend it. The atmosphere is also very nice.

Enjoyed our first experience at Libbys, and it definitely won't be our last! Food was outstanding, the service was on point (Casey was our waiter) and the ambiance was perfect.

My husband and I had an excellent lunch at Libby's today! Klaudia provided us with excellent service and knows the menu very well. I had the brussel sprouts appetizer and it was SO GOOD! My crab cake sandwich and fries were great, my husband had the shrimp scampi and he ate every bite! We finished our lunch with a shared piece of key lime pie and some excellent coffee. We will definitely go back the next time we're in Sarasota!

Francisco made our first experience wonderful. Highly recommend Libbys and will return when in the area!

I have no words for how GREAT THE FOOD WAS at Libby’s. My absolute favorite was the avocado egg rolls. Our server was really nice. The place is pet friendly and we were able to bring our fur baby. Will absolutely come back if we are in the area.

Libby’s in Sarasota is an absolute must-visit! The food is amazing — from crispy Chicken Milanese to fried mac & cheese bites that are dangerously addictive. Drinks? Spot on. Vibe? Cozy, fun, and perfect for any occasion. But the real highlight? Connor, our server. This guy is legendary — refills your water before you notice it’s empty, knows exactly what dish to recommend, and delivers it all with a smile and a joke that will have your whole table laughing. Connor makes the experience unforgettable! Friendly staff, fantastic food, and Connor’s service make this place 5 stars every time. Don’t miss it!

I wanted to come and leave a review because my server, Hannah, was SO nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I ended up getting the Santa Fe salad and French fries (my regular), but I’ll be back to try some of her recommendations. Like the catch of the day sounds yummy. Love this place!

The wife and I were just driving by and decided to stop in. From the moment we stepped into Libbys, we were treated like family. Our server Avelina was a 10/10. She was kind, funny and made the best recommendations. The food was excellent btw and the vibe in there was exceptional....very cool. As we were leaving, the manager Francisco came up to us and insisted we get the chocolate cake (on the house) because it was our first time there. The cake was amazing!!! ....ya simply gotta check this place out.....the service and food is unmatched!! Highly recommend!!

This was our first time here and we will definitely return Avelina, our waitress was fun, so helpful and so friendly and kind! I ordered the wedge salad and my husband ordered the crabby patty. Both were delicious. Francisco, one of the managers, came by to check on us and ended up giving us a free dessert and app for next time because this was our first time here. Top notch all the way!

As a vegan, I’m always so happy to see plant based options on a menu of a restaurant others love so much. I have had the vegan bolognese, French fries and salad. The French fries were sooo crispy and good. I am a tough critic since that’s typically the only plant based food I can order. The star of the show was my server Hannah! She is from Sarasota so was able to give recommendations for our visit in the area and she was obviously a well-versed professional in food service. Really great experience overall!

We went here for my 30th birthday and had a fabulous time! Great service. They gave us a free dessert which was a lovely decadent chocolate cake. We tried the avocado eggrolls and brussels sprouts for apps, and would happily get them both again. The Krabby Patty crab and shrimp "burger" was flakey and delicious. Cannot recommend enough!

Friends introduced us to Libby’s - and what a charming restaurant a charming little area of Sarasota! Even though it was early December, the weather was fine and we were immediately seated in their outdoor covered patio area. Very quiet even with other diners nearby. Matthew was “Matthew on the spot” and right there to take our order. The table shared a perfectly sized order of egg rolls, and I ordered the Honey Bourbon Salmon - which was perfectly cooked: not dry at all! My husband ordered the Kale Caesar with grilled salmon. We were on our way to a local event, and again Matthew was ready with our bill. Most certainly a venue to be revisited - and next time we will make the time to walk and shop the quaint shops in the area

We had such a great experience at Libby’s! Our server, Jack Daniel, was absolutely awesome, friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal even better. The service was top notch from start to finish. I had the salmon lunch, and it was incredible, perfectly prepared and so flavorful. We also love the manager, Francisco. He checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was perfect and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing dining experience. This kind of service is why we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

We came to Libby’s as a second choice when we couldn’t get into Owen’s. We all agree we are sooo happy to have discovered this gem!!! Staff was all amazing….. friendly, attentive and just overall on their A game. Cannot say enough about the food!! I wish I lived here so I could come in more regularly but this will definitely be on the must visit list whenever I’m in Sarasota.

Once again incredible service and food… Kai took care of us and went above and beyond. So attentive and professional. He recommended the filet with the port reduction sauce which I fell in love it. We also loved the Chicken Melina’s that my husband ordered. Will definitely be back to see Kai and have Libby’s amazing food!!!

Lunch at Libby’s on Osprey in Sarasota was a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned for a relaxed midday meal. What really stood out was the service. Francisco and Jack Daniel were excellent, attentive and genuinely welcoming. They made the lunch easy and enjoyable from start to finish. A spot I’d happily return to.

Myra gave us exceptional service! She was kind, thoughtful and always right there when we needed her! The manager came over and touched our table twice which we appreciated. Don’t sleep on the mojitos and definitely worth it to try the crabby patty sandwich. Great spot for a 2 drink lunch ;) or a romantic date night!

Connor is amazing. He kept everything flowing effortlessly, suggested dishes that were perfect for our table, and somehow managed to make the whole meal feel fun and relaxed. He’s professional but playful, and dinners at Libby’s are just better with him serving. If you're in the area, Libby's is definitely worth a try!

My fourth visit to Libby’s and I’m still grinning from ear to ear! Cozy vibes, dreamy dishes, and the kind of food that makes you want to hug the chef. We had Kai as our waiter and he was amazing! He was very nice and had amazing food recommendations! Definitely recommend this restaurant! I am very picky on food and the service and it was amazing! I never do reviews but this deserves an amazing one! They did amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful brunch experience. Our server, Derek, was truly the best—attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The customer service, the attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere were exceptional. A special thank you as well to Francisco, the manager, whose leadership clearly shows in the quality and warmth of this beautiful place. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Solid eatery! I enjoyed my brunch here. Endless mimosas were a GREAT deal and delish. I had the smoked salmon avocado toast and it was great. We also tried their keylime pie which was really smooth and a great treat to wrap those meal up! Oh - and your plates were so pretty.

Libby’s is a good casual spot for nice food and ambience . We ordered their brasserie beef burger which were good but the eye catching or the feather in hat was crabby patty burger . The cocktail was good too. Decadent chocolate cake is OK.

The food was excellent, and the service was very good as well. The fish was fresh and well prepared. Lots of good vegetables. The portions were a decent size although they could’ve been a little larger. The seats were comfortable. One thing I noticed, though is it very noisy inside and at times difficult to hear the other people at our table. I know this is nothing that can be changed but just be aware that if you’re trying to have a conversation with others this restaurant may make it difficult. If you can get past that part, the meal and desserts are certainly top-notch.

Our first impression was not good. The hostess was very rude to multiple people in our party. But other than that the service was great. The food was excellent, especially the meatballs, spaghetti and avocado egg rolls. Salads were very fresh. Will return for the great service and food.

We got an email from Libby's advertising packaged take-out turkey dinners for Thanksgiving and thought great idea! Libby's is known for good food at a fair price. First the good news... all the food was good or very good. Hats off to the guys in the kitchen who prepared those really tasty meals for us. The not-so-good news... the staff seemed unprepared for the pick-up/take-out process. We'd chosen the first pick-up timeslot option, along with about half a dozen other customers, to avoid any rush. But nothing was ready. When orders began to trickle out 20- 30 minutes later, there were no expediters assigned to the task. The 'hostesses', although polite and nicely dressed, didn't seem to know what to do with the orders, so they sat unattended. There wasn't any teamwork. Hopefully they'll have ironed out the kinks for next year, because generally speaking both Libby's locations earn and deserve their good reputations. So to all the Libby's employees- thanks for the nice job preparing the food, and thanks for working T'giving away from your own families. We appreciate you! We'll give you another try next year.

Libby’s is an okay spot! the food is decent and the atmosphere is pleasant, but nothing really stood out. Service was fine, and it’s a decent option if you’re nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t quite live up to the hype on our first visit. The soup and avocado egg rolls were excellent and easily the highlights of the meal. Drinks and service were great, and the space itself is beautiful. The shrimp scampi, however, arrived cold and lacked flavor. The steak was unevenly cut, with one side much thinner than the other, which resulted in an inconsistent cook. Half was medium-rare while the other half was well done, and like the scampi, it was under-seasoned. The manager did replace the scampi, which was appreciated. I probably should have asked for the steak to be replaced as well, but didn’t want to wait for another to be cooked as the pace was incredibly busy.. At the end of the day, a steak in that condition shouldn’t have left the kitchen, especially given this restaurant’s reputation. That said, this was our first visit, and based on the restaurant’s popularity, I’m willing to give it another try.
