The food here is the same as any other Subway, but the staff are awesome. I come in often with my friend who has non-verbal autism and the staff are always patient and kind to us. Also it's always very clean 👍

Ronald at Subway did a great job today. He was welcoming, patient, and very attentive while preparing my order. His positive attitude really stood out and made my experience much better. Employees like him make customers want to come back.
This is the best subway I go to get my food. The staff is always amazing super friendly and super helpful with smiles on their faces. The store is always clean plus food presentation is always fresh the restrooms are always stocked and cleaned so it shows the staff is caring for the store and their customers id come back all the time.

The cookie wasnt cooked all the way and was chewy and made my stomach hurt after I couldn't even stand up I needed milk to eat the cookie from how doughy it was
Not very friendly. When I asked for them to make me a sub with no roll, due to an allergy they told me no they couldn't do it I had to order a salad 🙃 I wanted a sub with no bread 😕
The place isn't clean at all and it has a weird smell. The bathroom is disgusting and no toilet paper! Subway you have money💰💰💰💰 You can do better!
Worst customer service I had ever seen in my life. I asked for Italian herb bread and the lady gave me Italian and when I asked her she so rude in replying back. And then I said I want Italian herb bread. Even if she could have said a single sorry In normal tone I could I have taken watever she gave me. But she was really rude and said u really want me to change the bread now. She gave other bread and removed the meat from the other one and put it on the new one partially. This was not what I was expecting. I would never visit this subway back again.
Horrible service by Estefany she make a tuna sandwich and place it on the Oven after I taste it the tuna black and taste very bag when I ask her to look the sandwich her respond was very inappropriate and unprofessional she lie on my face saying that “I ask her to put it on the oven” I will never come Back to this place I ask for a manager and she say comen back tomorrow he will be here I will never come back

That subway does not accept promotions, for example BOGO50. Choose another Subway. The one in the city of Malden they are accepting.
Service was horrible, there is a guy that usually provides great services; however, this time the two ladies servicing the customer had a horrible demeanor towards every customer. Such a shame for a place that has always been pretty good.
Terrible service. It is not the first time that we have been treated with ignorance by the lady who performs the first stage of the sub. In addition to not delivering the right order as if they didn't hear what we were saying, for example: we order Mayo and honey mustard and they deliver ketchup. Terrible!
Associates are rude , cannot communicate with patrons. No courtesy for how the customer wants their sub made, both associates were rushing. We went one hour before closing, there should be no need to rush. Id rather take a longer drive and head to a different city. This subway management and associates are always less than excellent for as long as this subway has been in Northgate mall.
Worst service that any subway can give. The lady that made my sandwich wasn't able to understand English. And I tried to explain more so she could understand how I want my sandwich. Until on the register I asked for a bad to carry 2 foot longs. And she told me they don’t have a bag. When at the same time some guy is picking up his order In a bag. She refused 3 times for a bag. Finally I asked if I can get that kind of bag she’s giving to that customer. And then rudely she just put the bag over my sandwich and just left to help another customer. That so unprofessional specially during Covid it’s her Job responsibility to make a customer less touch things.

The sandwiches are delicious, but the service at Revere's restaurant at Northgate Shopping Center is terrible !! I've never been as poorly attended as I was today 02/22/20. Two feisty employees were in that place. When we arrived, at 08:30 pm, they already looked at us in a horrible way, as they were already cleaning the store, and the chairs were all on the tables. At the entrance, it is said that the store closes at 10:00 pm, and it was only 08:30 pm. My husband didn't even want to make his request, after the faces that the attendants made when answering us. Subway should simply train its employees better, as it is horrible to be in a place where you are not well received, well attended, and where you cannot sit down to eat, as the chairs are already on the tables, even long before store hours close!!!

Sign and website says closes at 9pm. Picking up someone from the airport coming in later who wanted Subway. So at 8:55pm I went to get my order. Everything is locked up. People cleaning inside tell me that they are closed. I said that it isn't 9pm and point to the sign. They shrugged and walked away.

One of the girls taking my order was really rude. From what I saw her friends walked in while she was attending me and completely stopped making my sub and started making theirs. Before she stopped making my order she was talking to her friends and not paying attention, she was doing it all really slow. I understand having a job at subway isn't the best but at least show some decent customer service and common sense. horrible service
The worst experience ever. Crew members doesn’t respect customers. Standing in line for long time waiting, when another customer arrives and he speaks to them in their language they prioritised him. When I asked why and I was waiting for long time. They said no english and I was talking to them and they just ignoring me. So I asked if she can hear what I was saying, she replied yes, I can hear you. And she said she doesn’t speak English. Nobody apologized. And I just walked away. That was the worst location with the worst employees. Sorry to say that😖
This particular location close at 10:00pm I went at 9:25 pm and the employee was in a rush to handle a 5 minutes order..I don't believe the order needs to be rushed and stressful 30 minutes prior closing. Very disappointing with the service. Very bad attitude with the person who handled my order. This person did not understand the customers make it your own way and it is not the way they want to make it. I strongly urge management to train the team better, it is a simple sub and the client decides how and what to add...Please be patient especially if the customer is going respectfully nice, and slow to make sure the is no rush to make the order right. Not satisfied, same issue with the same location same time of ordering different dates.
