Great tasting, healthy smoothies and drinks with help against ailments, energy, lack of sleep or just for fun. I had a classic strawberry banana smoothie while my mom took shots of silver water. For my 3 hours drive up north the owner suggested I carry a few shots (shall plastic shot cups) of lemon ginger root. On occasion when I felt sleepy on the road I took a shot of the lemon ginger root and was wide awake for the entire ride. Best part of it is that all drinks are made with real natural fruit, vegetables and additives. Eating from the earth and not artificially. Prices are extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this spot to folks.

The drinks are refreshing and freshly made it's and the service is fast and friendly. Will be a loyal customer I recommend it to everyone who is health conscious or anyone who just up for something different to drink. The menu has something for everyone try it and see.
After arriving a little late Sunday for the Greenmarket and Raw store on Jay St in downtown Schenectady, I craved a protein shake. I then searched Google and drove to Lifestyle Juice Bar on Bradley St. What a gem! A tall and smiling young man named Junior answered my questions and produced a delightful Almond milk, vegan vanilla and cacao blend of strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and peanut butter with a termeric shot. After chatting, Junior said that next month a second location will be opened on Jay St. Check them out for the best protein shake I've ever had!
