Honestly, I didn't know what to expect when i came in, I haven't eaten here before. But this pizza was BOGO, so my mom and I both got one. I got a pepperoni and mushroom personal 10" pizza. When I tell you that this pizza is probably the best pizza I've ever had, im not joking. I've had a lot of pizza, but none quite like this one. The soft, yet crunchy crust wad perfectly baked, the flavor profile of the pepperoni and mushroom blended perfectly with the sauce and cheese. The proportions of cheese and pizza sauce was also perfect; there wasn't too much cheese or too much sauce on the pizza. I really wanted to finish the pizza as well, but it was surprisingly filling for a 10" personal size. Bringing 2/6 slices home, along with the strawberry lemonade, which I found to be extremely tasty. It wasn't too tart or too sweet, my perfect balance for a perfect lemonade. 10/10, I would highly recommend checking this place out at least once. That's all you'll need to be hooked like me. I will be returning to this location very soon.

Very busy locations you have to stop is professional quick to serve.. the food was amazing it look better then what was on the pictures. I felt bad Because I paid him $10 in quarters yet the gentleman behind the counter was so kind and respectful. The place was clean and had plenty of room to eat comfortably. Once again the food was delicious the bread they use is amazing. And of course they have a dessert offer.

I’ve always liked their sandwiches. I like to try different things and I think I’ve had every sandwich over the years. Today was no exception but, I wanted to try the potato soup. Oh I was was hoping to find some place, some where that served a good potato soup. Sadly this is not the place. Gritty and powdery. It’s just not appealing. Don’t worry I’ll still buy sandwiches there.

Placed a drive thru order for a sandwich and soup and was ask to park which was fine. Waited almost 30 minutes only to go inside and my order was shutting on the counter. They said they were waiting on soup but when I got home the soup and sandwich were cold.

The service was good but the calzones were just mediocre, mostly bread. You really need to open it up and move everything around to get meat in each bite. It is just piled up. There is a Cinnabon selection which I always order and am always reminded that the name holds more gumption than the actual cinnamon roll. There are better cinnamon rolls out there and I am a huge cinnamon roll person so I know this to be fact.

Lady at the window i guess took my debit card and just walked off with it. That makes me very uncomfortable.. watching my bank account very closely for the next few weeks. 1st and last time at shlotzkys

In drive thru. Again another restaurant prioritizing To go orders over their actual customers. Had to wait over 10 minutes and drive-through just for one sandwich. I finally had to go in and sure enough they were bagging to go orders. I know they get graded on all that kind of stuff and so it’s more important but it’s getting ridiculous.

Had the small original. So disappointing. Barely anything on my sandwich. Basically two tomatoes and some mustard, I had to hunt for any signs of meat. Tiny slice of meat. Would not recommend. Way over priced for what I got. They use to be pretty good. Apparently they have gone downhill.

Stay far away unless eating inside!!!!! I ordered online for ahead pick in the drive thru at 615. I arrived at 610 to the drive thru and was told to park in DT 4 spot, so I did. At 632, after seeing 6-8 other ppl get their food and leave I flagged down a worker in the parking lot to ask about the order. He was nice came out 5 more min later with a sorry the other people didn't know how to do their job. I have 30 min drive home hopefully my food was sitting there all the time waiting!!!! Absolutely unacceptable service!!! And I called the store 4 times and all times it went to voicemail with no one answering.

So you pay $35 for a drive through meal and they can’t even quality check what they throw at you in a crumpled paper sack hurriedly. Shameful customer service. Half of my order was missing and I didn’t even get an apology from the drive through staff. Then, I had to go inside to get the salad dressing and not so much as an apology.
