ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL DOLL!! amazing staff especially the manager, he was kind, welcoming, and helpful and even came to check on us while we were eating, made sure we had plenty of sauce and even made sure our fries were hot and fresh!
The food is always hot and good. It's really difficult to say that about most fast food places. I've always had a great experience and am pleased with my order. The teens working there have always been respectful and polite too.
Prompt service. The order taker was patient and suggestive as I made my selection. The confirmed my order at bell then once again at window. Paid at first window, two orders of 6 PC nuggets and one cheese and bacon baked potato under $10.00 Food arrived very hot. (Good job) my potato was freshly prepared. And the sauces I wanted were in bag along with napkins and utensils. Happy camper. I would visit again.
I usually come here and have no problems or issues. Yesterday my son and I decided to stop by and grab some late lunch. Kindda sad because literally no sauces for the nuggets just the secret sauce one (which was bleh). I checked our bags so we could start eating, no napkins. None at the table that has the condiments and stuff, so I asked the cashier she says they are out ! What in the world ? So I had to go to the restroom and grab some paper towels from there. I see ALL the workers with no hair nets (I dont even know if they require it) but common sense would say YES you do esp working with food. Ladies had their long long hair in just pony tails up to their behind, yeh sure they have hats on but still. This place is going downhill and I feel bad cause I never had any issues. I hope things changes for them and itll get better.
This place needs a new manager! It was understaffed at the beginning of the lunch rush. The individual taking orders and the cook were busting their buttons. No sign of a manager. Drink dispenser in dining area - broke. No napkins in the dining area. They were out of dipping sauces for nuggets and apparently nearly out of drinks in the back dispenser. No Tea. The two individuals working did a great job and the food was good. Manager needs replaced or adjusted.
Been to this location 15 times over the past 1.5 years, 100% bad experience. This should be impossible odds but 13 out of 15 orders were wrong, not kidding. Some I sent back and they made it wrong again, sent it back again and they made it wrong a third time. All I wanted was a bacon classic without ketchup.. they put ketchup but take off the vegetables, I got a burger without buns, they took 30 minutes on each, I was there for an hour, I just left. The employees never apologized and the dining room was always dirty to boot. I've had enough, the Wendy's at the forum is just as bad, the chain as a whole has totally fallen off.
Went this evening around 8:30 and ordered 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers with only mayo. They gave me 2 cheeseburgers no bacon. In what world does ordering a bacon cheeseburger only mayo mean hold the bacon? Then I called to inform them and they cant be bithered to answer their phone. No management around I take it.
My husband to get chili for dinner and saw that the line was so long so he was going to go inside and the door was locked at 8pm. He went back to the drive thru, got to the window and the guy just took his card, didn't tell him the total, and never said a word to him. And my husband didn't get a receipt. Where is the customer service?
Overall wasn't pleased with the speed of the drive thru as well as the attitude of the staff. We wrote the attitude off to the "Wednesday" event which in turn we added a star. They were out of Coke and Tea as well. Ended up going inside to change our son only to find out they don't have changing tables. Overall, maybe it was an off day so I would still come back once more to verify. Otherwise, if you have another choice....go there.
Came here today around 12pm and got serviced a raw chicken sandwich.
Wanted to use app. Once the employee scanned no offer showed up on her register. Then all the offers were locked on the app. Food order placed on counter while I showed her that what I ordered was correct to receive the offer. She was dismissive. Did not ask for any assistance and informed me this is why they don't like the app. I proceeded to leave. Guess they would rather take the food back to reserve or throw away. Very frustrating 😕
Absolutely horrendous location. Took 15 minutes to get cold, disgusting food. Half the nuggets looked old. The cinnabon pull apart tasted gross. The fries were delicious but there’s no way to mess fries up. Managers need to train their employees or find a different job. I’ve seen trash more appetizing than this food. If I could leave a lower rating I would.
Sandwich bun was hard and the sandwich was old even though she said there would be a wait and I was fine with that. The service was horrible, I asked for a receipt from the employee at the drive thru, she said they didn’t have any receipt paper. Poorest service I have seen in a long time. One’s are the lowest on this survey but it would be negative.
Delivery was fast, fry's were cold and hard, they just opened so i don't know why the fry's are so old. the forgot a drink and all the sauces, burgers were a mess. Wendy's was once great, not anymore, this is not the first time this location messed up, its becoming the standard.
This specific location is what's driving people away from Wendy's in droves. Slow as hell. 20+ minutes in drive thru only to be told at the window that, "we're waiting on meat." Isn't that what y'all sell? Always staffed with people who hate their lives and their attitude shows it.
Came to this location on October 24th around 7:30pm to pick up a quick dinner from the drive thru, and was ignored at the speaker by all employees for at least 10 minutes, and the car in front of me also waited at the window for the same amount of time, maybe even longer as they were still sitting there when I left. I work in food service and I understand that things can take longer at night, especially if the location is busy, but being fully ignored while trying to order is absolutely ridiculous. I don't plan on coming back to this location again unless the service changes. Food only gets a higher rating as it's been good the times I have been served.
No breakfast at 9:51am on a Monday, that's crazy drive thru on 10/20/25 told me at 9:51am that they're serving lunch now, I had to drive to McDonald's to get breakfast that's why the time stamp on the picture is 5 minutes later then when I posted wendy's denied serving breakfast at that time in Schertz, Tx Really ridiculous, at least keep it until 10am which every other places does until 10am or 10:30am
Can't tell you about the food because noone took our order. The restaurant had no patrons inside and yet they did not take our order even though they looked at us when we walked in. We got tired of standing there like idiots so we left.
TLDR: Awful drive-thru service at night. Long wait (40 min), inattentive, shorted our food order. We went to this location on 10/1/2025 at about 9:30 pm. When we first arrived, there was already a car that had been waiting in the drive-thru. We got behind that car and waited for 5 minutes. Nothing. My fiancé called and informed them that we and the other car had been waiting and they seemed surprised. Finally, they take the order for the car ahead and we get to order (2 large 10 piece nugget meals). The car ahead had a long order that got messed up which caused an even longer wait. We get to the window and our food still isn't ready! There appeared to only be about 3 people and the one at the window didn't even bother to apologize about the long wait. We got our food 40 minutes later and short a few nuggets. Awful service.
Hi, I went to the Wendy’s in Schertz, Texas on September 5, 2025, at 9:05 p.m., and I ordered a Baconator. It was supposed to come with six strips of bacon, but I only received two strips cut in half (two pieces on top and two in the middle). I also wasn’t given straws or a receipt. I tried calling the store, but no one answered. I’d appreciate if this could be addressed, and I’d like to request a replacement or credit for the order. Thank you for your help.
Genuinely everytime I come here, which is not often, they forget something of mine. Usually fries, then charge me for them and before I've realized i dont have them I've already driven off. I don't understand how I've only ordered two things and you forget one of them?? Thats literally half my meal.
So I went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order for my family. My daughter was super excited for the Wednesday meal. The online order experience was great. However the staff on duty will rude through the intercom groaning loudly with the mic so on so that we can hear them and oh my god really loud through the mic at the drive-thru. Then when they gave us our food it didn't come in the packaging that I was supposed to at all we didn't get the sauces that we asked for literally it was just a Wendy's meal shoved in the bags with the others we paid extra for the Wednesday special but I didn't get that. So I informed him the next time you want to grown and oh my God over the mic make sure your mic is off and we left and I will not be coming back. There was no hay we're out of the packaging anything like that would have been fine but there was none of that completely rude disrespectful. I don't even expect like happy people all the time. Nor do i expect above and beyond customer service. I do however expect common decency.
