Drive-thru: Quick service. Delicious roast beef sandwich. I know people diss Arby's but I like it.

Good drive-thru service. Very quick, but the food didn't seem as fresh and the meat was much more dry. I don't usually even need sauce when eating a roast beef double.

The waitresses here are rude. No other way to put it. This location needs to hire some new people. They made a big issue of me using the restroom where one of them is broken. No other customer in there except me. Anyway I’ve been several times and the food is pretty good for fast food. . What I came for is generally good. As far as arbys go l, this is a good one. But minus one star for playing this terrible country music which is not for everybody, and they play it so loud, I can't have a conversation with my friend. This is not a redneck saloon.....please turn down that noise. Update......another price increase and still playing loud country music. I'm done eating here.

My most recent visit to this location was very unpleasant. I ordered four chicken sliders. I’ll order of curly fries and a lemonade when I arrived home to eat my meal I was unable to consume the chicken sliders because they were so small. The cheese was melted and burnt on them. I called the store and spoke to manager and asked if I can replace my meal. She tried to give me some pushback and state that that’s how the chicken tenders came and I explained to her that they were burnt so today I went to return the order and I was told that the manager was only going to replace the four sliders instead of the entire meal. This is the second time that this location has messed up my order and I will not be dining there anymore.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at the location. Me and my friend ask for the cups while we were ordering and the manager literally called us homeless and said we didmt have any money, when we were about to spend $50. We ended up walking out. It was a terrible experience, and the worst ive ever had at any Arbys.

Terrible service as they missed items from my order. They gave me a soda instead of the large Chocolate Shake I paid for! The Cherry Turnover was crushed and they did not include any sauce packets I specified. They took so long to fill the order and they didnt even make the Crispy Chicken Sandwich fresh!

Only 2 employees that don't speak English. Took forever to place order and still got it wrong. Wanted a Buffalo chicken slider, but got a chicken wrap and it was terrible. Threw it out. Advertised inside and out new strawberry shake. Tried to order one and told they don't have it. Then take down the posters. My husband ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and there was 1 piece of turkey.

Here's a picture of what I ordered and what I received from Fort Lauderdale. The bun was good but everything between was nowhere near the quantity nor the quality. There was very little bacon which was much thinner than the picture. The meat was a bit tough and not good quality.
