Got drive through. Fresh and hot. New rib sandwich is real meat not processed. Alot of meat on the bun too but expensive for what it is. $ 10:99 for the meal.

All the employees were great. The food was great for the $$. The only complaint is that during lunch time, there was only one person working the register, so it took a pretty long time to order. Other people were upset, some even walked out. Once a placed my order , I received the food for quick.

This Arby's stands out in my mind due to the fact that the staff is always smiling and friendly. The food is prepared properly and looks just like the menu board pictures. This is very hard to find in fast food restaurants. Each sandwich is wrapped inside the container in a fashion that is easy to pick up and eat.

When they're good, they're really good. Their size small milkshakes are pretty big, and they usually have a new flavor on rotation. 2 TVs have ESPN and ESPN2 on mute while retro hits play on the speakers. The tables, chairs, and booths are constantly getting wiped down, the condiments and utensils are well stocked, the soda never seems to need to be refilled, and service is fast. The manager Eric appears to run a tight ship.

All those commercials about Arby's having the meats - For sandwiches - are not merely hype. Their new expensive selection of sandwiches is quite impressive. It's as if it doesn't fit on the drive through menu, and needs additional stand-ups and posters attached to house all the new options. I had the advertised 2 for $6 Gyros, traditional Greek, and they were among the best Gyros I've ever had (and I've had hundreds). Certainly worth trying, especially at that price.

I hadn't been to an Arby's in yrs but the new BLT commercial drew me in. I decided to go to this one because of reviews and it was just remodeled (nice job too). It was around 9pm. The place was really clean but I saw fries sitting under the headlamps so my first thought was I'm going to get food thats hrs old. But not the case, everything I got was hot and fresh. The BLT was GOOD and that orange cream milkshake is awesome! The manager was super nice, I didn't catch her name but very pleasant. She also took a txt message coupon. The first one I've ever used. I'll definitely eat there again.

We were the last customers to be served while they were closing and they didn´t hesitate in letting us in. We had never been to one and we tried a fish sandwhich and a turkey roll and both tasted great. We would definetely return to eat. Prices were completely decent. Love Arby's Roast Beef but they taste even better on one of their onion rolls. For dessert can't beat their chocolate danish stuffed with chocolate.

Just went thru drive thru, food was good and cashier was friendly. Did have a problem with drink, I ordered unsweet tea and did not check it when it was given to me. When I took my first sip I realized they gave me sweet tea which I cannot drink. Other than that the food was great. I had the beef and cheddar while my sister had the fish sandwich. Of course I had to order a jamocha shake, which was great. It has been years since I have had one. I will go back to this location just have to remember to check tea at drive thru.

I walked in and ate. The whole crew present was so nice! The cashier even came over to ensure my food was good. Who does that in fast food? They do!!! I have used the drive-thru countless times and ALWAYS have questions. They answer them with patience and ease. If you're hungry, try this location. You won't be disappointed!

Drive thru experience. My vehicle had multiple orders. New guy taking orders in the drive thru. Apologized for his inexperience as he handed me our purchases. Our orders were filled perfectly. Even had extra napkins and straws. Refreshing change for people on the go. The efficient, fast food employees never last. They deserve better wages. Ok I will be the first to say … I never even looked at this fast food restaurant! My coworker repeatedly goes and invited me to my surprise I enjoyed it I had the pita and it was fresh the crinkled fried were hot and lemonades was delicious. I may try it again in the future

Arby's got the best mozzarella sticks around. Love their chocolate shakes and Buffalo chicken sliders. The Reuben is by far my favorite sandwich there. Very quick in giving you your food. Staff's pleasant.

Haven't been to an Arby's in a while. Felt like some beef and horsey sauce. Got the 2 for 6 classic special. There was an inconsistent amount of meat on the two sandwiches and apparently they don't come with cheese which I may have forgot. Anyway, atmosphere, cleanliness was superb here, service at the register...meh

This Arby's in Coral Springs is by far so much better than the one in Sunrise (which I would give a -1 to). Very friendly server, just over all so much better. Major kudos to the Manger because this reflects how good he is in his job.

This location has great service. I placed an in line order. It was ready upon my arrival. The items were checked with a staff member and corrected. The food was hot and the pick up was easy. The parking is a little dark so park near the entry door if going inside.

I first started coming here around Hurricane Ian, and I've been hooked. The level of customer service is very different from other places and klit kind of takes me back. ALL of the staff members speak to you courteously, they are respectful, patient and treat you like an actual paying customer. The only other place that is close enough for me to compare this superior service level is Chik Fil A. The food is usually consistent but I've had a handful of times where the fries were not crisp. Happens. But overall Excellent - the food is great and the prices are very reasonable.

Darline and the gals who work at this location are absolutely positively the nicest, friendliest people. I look forward to visiting just to say hello and see their smiles! The food isn't too bad, either! 😁

Arby's has always been an occasional treat for me. It can sometimes be a couple dollars more expensive that other fast food restaurants and that's a partucular challenge because this location is right next door to a Wendys -- which I constantly have coupons for. Arby's has an app as well, but their deals aren't as enticing to me. But when I have the few extra bucks, I love stopping by this particular location. The Manager and his staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. The restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently tasty. My only complaint is the wheat bread for my Marketfresh sandwich tends to be dry, to the point that I'd almost describe it as stale. But all in all, it's a satisfying visit every time, and I have to resist ringing their bell every time to indicate exceptional service, because their stardards are higher than most other places. I reserve my bell rings for times when they rise above even their own bar!

Fast, friendly service and a great selection. The only complaint I have is the fact that they don't filter the water that goes into the au jus sauce. You can tell there's​ unfiltered tap water in it because most cities nowadays have that mediciny taste. Well, at least down in South Florida.

Arby's has the beef. Mostly consistent - I've had a few visits here where the food was dried out and reheated too much. When it's good though, it's good. Lots of new menu options for everybody, not just beef products anymore. When it comes to fast food, Arby's reaches for the top.

It's an Arby's! So far I haven't gotten sick eating here, so that's worth about four stars by itself. Lines are pretty decent even during the lunch rush. Just remember, if you don't like mayo, they put it on almost everything, so remind them not to.

Food can be hit or miss sometimes but Shonder at the drive-thru window always makes my experience a positive one with his friendly face and remembering my sauce preferences without me needing to ask. He makes me look forward to picking up my lunch there every time.

As far as fast food goes, Arby's is one of my favorites! We needed a place that was open late and still had decent food. This Arby's location in Tamarac on University did the trick. We got the food to-go. And it was still hot when we got it home. We had two combo meals. I really enjoyed their Corned Beef Reuben with Crinkle Fries and Sprite. My brother had their French Dip with Crinkle Fries and Coke. He felt the French Dip is enough like their regular sandwiches that he should have had that instead for less money. In any case it was still good. And we were more than satisfied. Good food, piping hot, and open late. That's the trifecta for us!

My son loves the food so we order here 3-4 times a month. We usually have no issues with the food or orders being correct. I just don’t understand why they have an issue to hand you a mobile order at the drive thru. Ordering ahead on the app means the food/items ordered should be ready when you get to the establishment. If I’m ordering other items at the speaker and you can have them ready by the time I get to the window, why would you make a customer park, get out and physically walk inside to retrieve something that was ordered in advance? Really makes no sense to me other than you wanting to inconvenience a customer.

I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches, no one makes it like them! But the other stuff, frankly the other sandwiches are not the best, they can't measure up to what Arby's does best - roast beef sandwiches. For the same reason Chinese can't make great pizza and Italians wouldn't make great Chinese food. But give them time, I'm sure the other stuff will improve.

I love the chicken cheddar ranch sandwich. They make great sandwiches and very quickly. I love that I can get cheese that isn’t just American on my sandwich and crunchy chicken too soft like other fast food locations. The only reason I downgraded to four stars is that their fries are always too oily and I don’t get to fully enjoy my curly fries.

My most recent visit to this location was very unpleasant. I ordered four chicken sliders. I’ll order of curly fries and a lemonade when I arrived home to eat my meal I was unable to consume the chicken sliders because they were so small. The cheese was melted and burnt on them. I called the store and spoke to manager and asked if I can replace my meal. She tried to give me some pushback and state that that’s how the chicken tenders came and I explained to her that they were burnt so today I went to return the order and I was told that the manager was only going to replace the four sliders instead of the entire meal. This is the second time that this location has messed up my order and I will not be dining there anymore.

I usually like Arby's and the staff but this time, I asked for extra Au Jus sauce and didn't get Any! I went through my order twice but did not look through my order in the bag. I'll make sure I'll go in the morning next time so I know Management will be there to get my order right.

Update: Management still a issue at this location. Called at 9:20 to ask when the inside closes and was advised it was about to close. We decided to go to another eatery in the area, drove by to find the inside was supposed to close at 10:00 (sign on door) but they had locked up. (rating down to 2 stars for lack of management consistency) The food ranges from passable to very good. This Arby's was due for a makeover for almost 2 years and it was finally done in the last 6 months. Unfortunately, they continue a habit of closing off sections of the lobby well over an hour before the lobby is actually closed. I don't mind that in general, but using strong smelling cleaners and detergents to mop the floors is a great big "No No" in my book. Really this should be left till after closing time. As opposed to wiping down tables which if it is done as the night progresses would not be a big deal to do. I've rated this location at 3 stars. 4 stars for general food quality, 5 for cleanliness, 2 for service, 3 for value.. Plan on waiting if you visit after 8pm for a number of things. I don't mind if they are hot, crispy (properly cooked), and fresh. But when they hold out french fries under a heat lamp because they are waiting for chicken to complete I then have good chicken and soggy stale fries. (I consider this a service problem, not a food quality problem) Be aware that the Arby's roast beef is essentially the same as it has been for decades. It is notably salty, but don't attempt to put it in the same class as home-made roast beef as it's not the same. But it is good and their sauces are a nice enhancement to the basic roast beef. Fried chicken sandwich is quite tasty. But, some of my favorite menu items have been taken away in the past 6 or so months and I was told "that was seasonal". Hmmm well the season was over two years (chicken salad sandwich/wrap) This location also seems to have a problem with consistent portion sizes, particularly with fries. Overall this location has gone down in recent months apparently due to management changes.

Staff missed items. No big deal, no one is perfect. But they ended up refusing to own up to it. Tldr: I just wanted mozzarella sticks. So I ended up playing double.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I stopped by for an French dip, curly fries, and a Pepsi plus a cherry turnover. Sadly the bread on the French dip was rubbery like it had been microwaved. The Pepsi tasted strangely like chemicals and I ended up not drinking all of it. The cherry turnover seemed stale to me. So rubbery, strange, and stale should be the headline for this story. So the curly fries were the only item as expected. Wished it had been better.

I visited this location on 12/29 at about 11:40, the female (light skin, short twist in her hair) was extremely rude. So was very short and has a nasty attitude. When I asked for my total she said “if you would pull up like I asked, maybe I’ll tell you. When I got to the window she wasn’t even there. When she got there I asked her, did I say or do something to you, and she said, you can get your food or you can leave, I’m not arguing with you. I never intended on arguing with her, I was actually shocked that she was so rude. She slammed the window in my face, And walked away.

Manager is on a rude condescending power trip. If you have any complaints about your food and or a person working there get ready to be shut down and dismissed. I usually come here for the convenience and the food versus local fast food burger joints but I constantly battle with the slow, and rude service which is a clear sign of poor management. There is always a younger lady working the counter who seems to do an excellent job when the day manager is not there micromanaging everyone. Food is good. Store is always clean.

Don't pay in advance at this location, especially within the last 3 hours before they close (any time after 9pm). I placed an order on the UberEats app over an hour before they were supposed to close. They accepted the order. When the app said my food was ready, I drove down there and they were closed. No one came to the intercom, no one answered the phone, and no one came to the door for me. I saw people inside and they deliberately ignored all of my attempts to contact them. If they were closed, they shouldn’t accept orders and take people’s money. I had to contact Uber to get a full refund because if I would’ve canceled it myself, I would’ve been charged for a meal I didn’t receive. It was a very frustrating experience. If they close at 12, placing an order before 11 shouldn’t be an issue, right? Or am I just crazy?

Today was the first day in my life of going to Arby's to receive a roast beef sandwich that looked 1/2 raw. A large portion of the meat was pink. Being that this is Arby's and not a steakhouse I prefer to have my meat cooked. I went to the front counter and spoke to the general manager Olivia, I showed her the sandwich and how pink it was and explained I could not eat it because it was raw. I said it was under cooked and I would like a new sandwich. She said no and offered to microwave the sandwich. I said no, I don't want it microwaved I'd like a new sandwich with cooked meat. She said no again and asked me what I wanted to do. I told her to just keep it that I wasn't eating it. It really upsets me that she feels it's okay to serve uncooked food like this when she is a manager. It was a plain roast beef sandwich. It didn't even have cheese on it. It was visibility not cooked. Honestly I wish I would have taken a picture but I didn't because I thought I would get a cooked sandwich and didn't plan on leaving this review. But considering she was okay with me not eating lunch after paying for my meal, here it is. For everyone's safety, since the manager does not care, I am going to alert the health department to this location for serving raw/uncooked meat. Hopefully Arby's sees this post and does something about this locations poor customer service.

I watched her take an order from a Spanish couple while I waited for her assistant to unlock the restroom. When you are dealing with the public, any employee should leave their predudice beliefs at home and respect any customer that they come in conversation with. Ms. Overland should be sent back to training class and understand that regardless of one's skin color, respect is really appreciated.I refused to order and really hope that she gets re educated. I came here to use my deal on the Arby's app and the app show that this location doesn't let you use the coupons from the Arby's app I'm not coming to this one ever again whenever a place pulls stunts like this they never get any more of my money

I had a TERRIBLE experience at the location. Me and my friend ask for the cups while we were ordering and the manager literally called us homeless and said we didmt have any money, when we were about to spend $50. We ended up walking out. It was a terrible experience, and the worst ive ever had at any Arbys.

I had an emergency to use the bathroom so I asked the lady can I please use the bathroom and she told me I couldn’t use it unless I buy something so I asked for a manger and she said she is the manager so I asked again and she just layed on the counter and ignored me . What kind of customer service is this ?

Terrible service as they missed items from my order. They gave me a soda instead of the large Chocolate Shake I paid for! The Cherry Turnover was crushed and they did not include any sauce packets I specified. They took so long to fill the order and they didnt even make the Crispy Chicken Sandwich fresh!

Only 2 employees that don't speak English. Took forever to place order and still got it wrong. Wanted a Buffalo chicken slider, but got a chicken wrap and it was terrible. Threw it out. Advertised inside and out new strawberry shake. Tried to order one and told they don't have it. Then take down the posters. My husband ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and there was 1 piece of turkey.

Here's a picture of what I ordered and what I received from Fort Lauderdale. The bun was good but everything between was nowhere near the quantity nor the quality. There was very little bacon which was much thinner than the picture. The meat was a bit tough and not good quality.
