Line is always long, but the food has maintained its higher quality and lower prices compared to all of the other fast food spots these days.

We LOVE In-N-Out! This location didn’t disappoint. The team members were happy and our food tasted great. So nice to have this location so centrally located. The drive thru abuts to the local nature preserve so it’s one of the more relaxing drive thru’s to experience, think spa but inside your car with other people all around :).

I'm from the East and every time I visit anywhere in the west that has In N Out, I will always stop by! I hardly eat fast food but In N Out is an exception.

It's Littereally my best fast food experience ever. The people, both customers and workers, are fun and energetic! I basically fell in love with the girl taking our order. The place was packed and theres bad weather yet it was an very very nice experience. Food was great too obviously.

This location is very nice and has a ton of parking and is filled with great staff that are energetic and professional, little to no wait time on the awesome food and bathrooms are very clean and stocked!

What more can you ask for? Bright clean restaurant, fast service, and the classic In-N-Out menu. Convenient location right off the highway with quite a large parking lot. Can get quite busy of course, but plenty of outdoor seating. A true staple of Americana and California cultural icon

Because I’m an East Coaster, In-n-Out is always a treat. I got the cheeseburger (animal style) and a side of fries and was delighted. They rival Shake Shack and continue to serve the best burgers at fair prices.

A very solid in n out. I recommend the double double animal and protein style with chilies. Fries well done are a must and pair great with the spread. Very friendly staff at this location.

Drive thru line was long so went inside and ordered, service was quick plus efficient. Ordered a cheeseburger and animal fries. Loved the animal fries, highly recommended. Waited 10 mins for food but it was fresh and hot so worth it.

First time at in-n-out so had to try it. Pleasantly satisfied. The drive thru line was crazy long so went inside and between placing the order and getting my burgers it must’ve taken 5mins tops. The employees were all nice and happy. The food was yummy.

Never been here before. Burgers were awesome. They have a not so secret menu and an actual secret menu. Burgers and fries have to be what you want if you go here. They are cutting the potatoes for the fries right there in the store. Everything seemed fresh.

I'm a fan. They serve a very good hamburger, in a clean place, and with a friendly staff. Note: a sign by the front door reads that they are hiring at $13 hour. A manager informed me that no photos are allowed to be taken of activity behind the counter. Not sure why? They look amazing, and I think it's a strong visual, artistically speaking. Anyway, as I said, they serve a very good hamburger, and at a very reasonable price. Kudos to the management.

I was late getting into town after driving from San Francisco. I need a quick bite so I picked the In-N-Out Burger because not much else was open at 9:30 in the evening in Monterey. I went to the drive through to get takeout. The line was OK. It was long but moved pretty quickly and there was a gentleman that took my order before I reached the ordering booth. That kept everything pretty smoothly running; yet it still took about 10 minutes to get through the drive-through. It was worth the wait. I got the basic cheesburger meal + fries and enjoyed it well enough that I came again the next day for lunch. I ordered pretty much the same thing but this time I decided to dine in. Parking was a little tight but inside there were plenty of places to sit. The crew was very friendly. Overall I do recommend this place.

For lunch, we had originally wanted to check out KFC but since we were relatively near an In-N-Out in Monterey, we decided to have some burgers and fries for lunch. In-N-Out is a fast food restaurant that are only in 8 states in the USA. Yup, they are not found overseas, outside of USA as yet. The reason is because their main focus is on maintaining good quality for their ingredients as well as their beef patties. Freshness is a key ingredient to their business model. Entering into the In-N-Out, we saw that the menu was really simple. The cheeseburger, fries, drinks and milkshakes had their own individual price. Then we saw the “combos”. So we ordered “combo 1” which came with double cheeseburger, fries and fountain drink ($11). We knew that In-N-Out is also known for their milkshake, so we wanted to “swap out” the fountain drink for the chocolate milkshake – which the staff promptly agreed. Turns out, even though we ordered the “combo”, there is no discount and all items are still priced individually. This also means that they are very confident in the quality of their food – especially with fries priced at $2.35. Their fries are known to be cut fresh in the kitchen and only fried once in sunflower oil. Patrons are split on the taste and texture though. Because they are fried only once, they are more “limp” than “crispy” which means that they lose out a little as compared to traditional fast food fries (which we now think Jack in the Box is the best for fries) BUT, some people do love the tase of the fries because they’re fried once, you can really taste the original flavours of potatoes. Nonetheless, In-N-Out has also got around to solve the “texture” problem by introducing the “animal-style” fries which has melted cheese, grilled onions and a special sauce on top. This sort of negates the texture of the fries since they become soggy with the sauce and additional toppings. However, the “animal-style” does cost an extra $2.50 – close to the price of another set of fries... Closest in-n-out before you get on the high way. The service was very friendly but do be careful it does get really busy and wait times for foods take a bit, but overall pretty standard.

You can't come to California and not stop by an In-N-Out! As vegetarians, we got their grilled cheese which was so scrumptious. It is essentially a burger without the patty. Its heavy on the onion, which may not be for everyone but had an ample amount of lettuce, tomato and a thick slice of cheese. Highly recommend a side of animal-style fries! The staff was friendly and helpful as well!

I stopped by In-N-Out the other day, and honestly, it hit the spot like it always does. The place was clean, the line moved fast, and the staff were super friendly — they’ve got that “happy to be here” vibe that’s kind of rare in fast food. I went with my usual Double-Double, Animal Style, and it was perfect — hot, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell the ingredients are fresh: the lettuce is crisp, the tomato actually tastes like tomato, and the bun has that little bit of toast on it that makes it extra good. The special sauce ties everything together — not too heavy, just enough to make it crave-worthy. The fries are made fresh from real potatoes right there in front of you. I usually ask for them well done so they’re a little crispier. And the shakes — classic, thick, and creamy. The chocolate one is my go-to, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of them. It’s not fancy, and that’s what makes it great. In-N-Out keeps it simple, does it right, and stays consistent every time. Typical TASTY GREAT In-N-Out burgers and fries. The restaurant at our hotel was closed due to Covid, so we got take out from here and took it back, to enjoy an early dinner.

First time ever I had these legendary burgers. Are they good? Absolutely. Do they live up to the hype? I'm afraid not. However, for $10 it's worth trying.

First time I’ve had my order messed up at in-n-out. Minor mistake, not even worth addressing at the time but it apparently is possible for them to mess up. This location was pretty empty after 8pm. Friendly staff, clean facility. Tasty as always.

It’s in and out! Everything was great, the not so secret menu is not really worth it as the animal style fries get cold and sticky very fast. I really enjoyed the the fun guacha on the wrapping that teach you more about the story of in and out

This is a typical In-N-Out restaurant. We got a cheeseburger, grilled cheese, and 3 shakes. The cheeseburger was their regular one, not one of the options. My husband and daughter liked it. It was the like they expected it to be. Our other daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese which came with pickles. The shakes were good but the portion is on the smaller side. 2 of us had chocolate. 1 had a neopolitan with chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, which were layered, not mixed.

I don't understand the hype about this place. The burger is thin and tasteless and the bread was stale. The business gets knocked a star for having diet coke over coke zero and paper straws.

The food is pretty tasty, but might I suggest you later your animal style fries instead of clumping all these condiments atop an inadequately sized fry basket. While I was on the West Coast, driving up the Big Sur, I took my first trip to in n out burger. I was SO excited but honestly I was disappointed in with the fry situation. They were dry and mealy. I asked for onion on my burger and they put a WHOLE SLAB OF THICK CUT ONION on it. yes my fault cuz I didn’t know, but still, WHO does that. All in all I don’t know what the hype is, they birder was ok but the onion ruined it. The fries were gross. And the lines were HUGE. I think shake shack or smash burger are better.

I went through the drive through and one of the bags I was handed wasn’t meant for me. So I parked my car and went back inside to get the right bag and give the incorrect one back. They gave me the correct bag and gave the bag I brought in to the car that was behind me still at the window. They gave the bag that I looked through and touched with my hands to the correct customer.

I've been to a few In and Outs and I haven't been to one in years. Although they have great service, courteous employees and a simple limited menu, I find their burgers less than impressive. This day I decided to see what I've been missing for a long time and their burger proved to nothing Special. The fries are pretty much the same, freshly cut potatoes, too much salt for me. The fries are Very dry and starchy like I remember. I threw most of them away. I opted for the Strawberry Shake, it was the best part of the meal. I photographed the size of the burger which should be considered a Large Slider in terms of burgers. I'm not sure why people are still going to eat their burgers, there are better options around and that's where I'll be for my next meal.

So far, this is the worst In-N-Out I’ve been to. The burger was dry, crusty, and cold more like toast than a fresh burger. The fries were also cold when they were served.

Maybe it’s because I came here the weekend of that big car show, but this in n out is the worst I’ve been to. It’s standards for an in n out are still solid with their food, this in n out location is just not prepared to house the chaos that was there and the staff wasn’t helping to cool it down. Also the parking lot can’t house the full drive through so it was wrapped onto the street and back to the intersection/light

This is a relatively new franchise location. I'd never had In n Out before in my life, so I figured why not. I had the single combo. The burger is definitely above average for fast food. The service is remarkably fast. Perhaps this is why the fries are so subpar - they might be my least favourite fries of all time. They are overcooked to the point of chewiness. Waiting time for food was ironically long for a place called "In and Out" , and they don't serve any sauces apart from ketchup. There are zero vegetarian options or meat other than beef. That said, the carnivore I went with said his burger was top notch and more natural-tasting than other fast food places.

I get that In N Outs always have long drive thru lines and that they can be limited in how they control how that goes, but routinely waiting in line for 30+ minutes just to be cut off by people sneaking in from the other side of the parking lot makes me want to never come here again. PLEASE do something about the drive thru line so people can’t cut in front of all the people who were waiting correctly.

So, I went to California for the first time last week. One thing I wanted to do as a side quest was Have a Double Double with everything. And just fries, not Animal. (Yeah some where said do that. Mistake!!) So the place was a well oiled machine. Clean. Workers doing their thing in unison. It was amazing to watch actually. Order up. The Double Double was really great. My fave fast food burger is a whopper. (I don't eat FF.. MAYBE once a year) So the DD was about that level for me. Tasted good, not super filling, the cherry coke washed it down perfectly... But the fries 🍟!!!!! Good goddess, the fries were inedible. Pale, yet crunchy outside, tasted of nothing more than maybe cardboard? The absolutely worst fries I've ever eaten, including my shitty home made fries. It was like what I expect the film Boondock Saints 2 would taste like... Skip the fries, but get the Double Double. Shout out to the employees!!!! You guys kicked butt, it was busy when I was there. They were amazing. Drive through was crazy so keep that in mind, it made parking weird

Jessica was not friendly :( We respectfully arrived in an uber and we were informed there was no indoor dining because of a previous incident. They would not let us order to go, or order with one of the cars in the drive through or lastly walk through the drive through. We waited an hour and a half. Jessica was very disrespectful and told us to leave the property, meanwhile we were just trying to order some food and go on with our night. Then she proceeded to bring other people into the store to let them use the rest room. Finally, our Uber arrived and we did not go through to purchase anything and took our business elsewhere.

I don't like this overrated chain, but decide I decided that I should give it another try. You know when you're starving you love any food you eat, no matter how terrible? Well, I still don't like it and I hate the 35 minute wait in the drive through.

They mixed up with the drive thru order and made me wait another 15 minutes in addition to 20-30 minutes I spent in line of cars. When they brought the food finally, they missed the drink I ordered and made me wait another 5 minutes.

Placed an order at 6:30 for a cheese burger no onion , fry, drink and a shake, waited 10 minutes , they were calling on every number past mine, asked, they said they would check. The person at front counter waited 3 minutes to check, and after that I waited another 7 minutes. By that point they still didn’t start and I was waiting for 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and all they could say was so sorry, it gets crazy. Didn’t really try to make it right at all. Dirty inside back of house, trash cans overflowing, I understand it’s busy but certain things you can maintain while busy. Food couldn’t even try so I can’t rate it

They got my order wrong. Ive never had this happen at any other restaurant. I will never come here again.

One of the slowest In-N-Out locations I have ever visited. Routinely takes 30+ minutes to receive your food and the drive through is so slow it backs up traffic on Del Monte daily. I love In-N-Out but refuse to frequent this location because of how often it inconveniences me.
