fast food may have come a long way but it does not belong on a app yet. this is just a regular Wendy's nothing surprising. but don't even bother putting special instructions or using the edit your sandwich feature on the app. how many times can I order no tomato and extra pickle and not get it? why is it there? why offer choices if you're not going to honor them 🤷

My boyfriend and I went to Wendy’s for Krispy Chicken sandwiches as we have had them in the past from Wendy’s establishments. The crispy chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders that were served to us. We’re probably the worst we’ve ever had. You could tell just by tasting the chicken that the fryer used to cook. The chicken was days if not weeks old. It caused the chicken to taste rancid typically we love crispy chicken sandwiches from Wendy’s and we were very disappointed. I really hope that there are some type of quality control checking how often the fryer oil is changed, but when we went, it didn’t seem that way.

Fast food is what it is. Boring and not healthy. No seasoning whatsoever on the fries (the best part of the meal).

Really?? This was horrible, and you charge close to 15 bucks for this. No wonder I hadn't been in years. Disappointed to say the least.

I purchased a Wendy’s large ice coffee and a small and got a size small and medium but still got charged for the large coffee size. Not happy McDonalds gives me a bigger size for less but I at least know they are giving me the right size. Wendy’s I’ve coffee sizes are small good to not overindulge but if I paid for a large I expect to get what I paid for.

I have gotten stomach issues every single time I’ve come to this Wendy’s specifically. The managers do not take food safety seriously.

Ordered a couple meals and one of the burgers I was charged for was missing from the bag and when I tried calling seeing if I could simply come back and pick it up the repeatedly hung up mid conversation… felt scammed!

‼ Do not go to this Wendy's if you want your order to be correct or have allergies ‼ I go to this Wendy's frequently because I like the food and its something close to me after work, but when I tell you they mess up my orders 80% of the time, I think I'm being generous. Whether it's the sauces or the burgers etc, they always find a way to mess things up or give me someone else's order entirely. I don't order with lots of specifications. I just choose from the menu and that's it. I understand fast food workers can be over worked and under paid, but that is no excuse to get customers orders wrong every time. What if I was allergic to something they gave me and I ate it without realizing?? They cannot do their jobs correctly at this facility and it's a shame. Do better, Wendy's.

Worst Wendy's I've ever visited. If it wasn't the only one in Seaside, I would never stop here. Always out of various items during breakfast hours. Today they were out of iced coffees at 7am. Last week they were out of English muffins so could only make biscuit or croissant sandwiches. Morning crew is rude and doesn't know how to work their scanner machine. Really, really bad. I love Wendy's, but this is pathetic.

The burger was literally cold… the cheese didn’t even melt… seems like a food safety problem… I’d recommend literally anywhere else…
