The manager of this place is an awesome person, multitasking and very kind,... I really still can't believe the wonderful way he took care of another 2 customers and me. Everything was a mess and he took care of everything the best way possible. The food is incredible good

This is the best place to go. They have double and triple Patty Burger's to hopefully get lucky and have a cardiac arrest. And if that's not the case you still have a 90 percent chance to clean your bowels all day. Yay!! cheaper than Aloe vera.

It's been 2 years since I ate the seaside Wendy's sad to say all thanks to the manger who told me my services where no longer welcome there all for a misunderstanding of an order I placed but I'm glad there's other Wendy's I can go to with no problem..

It is Wendy's. The food there is a given with how you like their menu. I'll be reviewing how this one compares to fast food places and other Wendy's. This location is usually pretty clean and the staff is friendly. The food I get is always hot. We love getting the spicy chicken sandwich here. Seaside is by no means the nicest town, but this is a plenty fine fast food place.

As cool as can be. Restaurant's clean, bathroom's clean, EMPLOYEES ALWAYS FRIENDLY. And food is always warm and fresh. One thing I REALLY LIKE is that they do not charge for extra lettuce, mayo, tomatoes. Very Cool. Oh and the $5 Biggie bag... Excellent!!

Wendy's is always my go-to for chocolate shakes and burgers (and fries). If I am eating anything other than breakfast, and it's fast food, I go to Wendy's. I got used to going to the Wendy's in my small town of Taos, NM for the past 10+ years, and since I moved, there isn't a Wendy's close by, so I'm kinda bummed, but at least I know I can drive across town to get Wendy's if I really want it. Service and food is the same across all the States.

Friendly staff. Grilled chicken sandwich was juicy but children's burger's bun was stale. The jalapeno popper salad was really good! Fast service through the drive through.

I used to hate coming to this Wendy's and gave them a bad review before. However I am not sure what has happened there. The food now tastes fresher. Especially breakfast. I love their quick breakfast when I am in a rush in the morning. The people have been really nice when I go. It's a great way to start the day. One time I had asked for creamers and sugars for my coffee and thought they forgot them. Nope it was already in my coffee ready to be drunk. How awesome is that.

Local Wendy’s Restaurant in seaside California. Great customer service both indoors and through the Drive Thru window. The food is always hot and the orders are always correct. The customer service staff are familiar with serving customers using the Wendy’s application on the phone. The restaurant is clean inside with plenty of seating and large windows with a view of seaside. The restrooms are also clean.

This Wendy's, is the best! The staff is smart, friendly & fast. I've never had a complaint. I will say though......if I order a coffee with x-sugars & x-creamers, they should add it into my coffee. Not me. I'm driving. That goes for every fast food joint in the nation. So as a customer, that is my expectation. I'm sure anyone who is in a rush to be somewhere would greatly appreciate it.

We went to the drive thru...service was fast and the fries were just taken out of the fryer. No complaints.

Staff is good and it's hard to beat a chocolate frosty. The small one doesn't leave you sleepy at the end.

We stopped at this random Wendy's during a road trip. The food quality was good and exactly what you'd expect from a Wendy's. We went through the drive-thru and that seems to take a while. There were quite a number of cars and it didn't seem particularly speedy to get through. If I could do it again I probably would have gone inside to place my order rather than sit in the drive-thru.

Hello $5 biggie bag. That is really a lot of food. I'm not sure how I feel about the new fries. I liked the regular ones they had. Get the $2 key chain. Free Jr frosty every time you go, for a year. SOLD!

Ordered large chili with onions no cheese. Got home only to realized they put cheese in chili. Went right back. Ordered the same thing. Got to the window to pay and staff to repeat my order. At that point I requested to see the manager. I explained to manager what happened. Her reply had me furious but I maintained self control and respect. She said next time I order chili, don't mention cheese because the person making it, when they hear cheese, they will put cheese in it. My reply was, but I said no cheese she still said again, next time do not mention cheese. By her response this has happened before but yet she wants to train the customers instead of the employees. I requested my money back and a fresh bowl of chili and she did comply. I must say her tone WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL throughout our dialogue. I would have rated 5 star had she said "I will give training to the team members" instead of training me👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿💕💕💕👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Clean, and service was good. I can't really rave about fast food, but in all the items I had were well done. The floors were clean and cushiony. Restrooms look sketch but we're clean and well stocked. In all a positive experience

Wendys is a classic fast food burger stop that has managed to stay current with all of the deals and promotions they run. This location is no exception, with the recent renovations to the inside like removing the queue walls and replacing the floor they've managed to not fall into the waste of the past. Food quality and service is great with speedy service. Only downside is that they have the same tables and chairs you would have found when they opened which are definitely showing their wear. Other than thay great place for a bite to eat

I was expecting more bacon but still, the hamburger was good. Their fries are really good, ours were not as warm as I would’ve liked though. Overall, good combo for the price. We had to wait a bit, even when we ordered online ahead of getting there; we got a notification that our order was ready, and it actually wasn’t. Can’t blame the staff though, seems they were short. This darn pandemic has upended everything!

Good customer service. Was vocal about letting me know they would help me shortly, after finishing up an order, acceptable. My only issue was my burger seemed very much just "thrown" together. Rather than "put" together. Besides that good experience, they were fairly quick with the order too.

I enjoyed mine, the wife not so much of a fan. Being from the UK, wasn't what we expected as I had always thought Wendy's was more of a "sit down" place rather than another fast food joint. My burger was nice and tasty.

It has been a while since eating here so maybe I don't really remember but the chili seems different. More soupy and not at thick. Also the taste was not as hearty as I remember too. Frosty was still yum 😋, fries too.

I previously posted a 2-star review of this Wendy's years ago, but Google noticed I've been there several times since and asked if I'd like to update my review. And you know what? The service has improved dramatically since my last post, and that deserves recognition. This store puts out hot, Wendy's staples and does it with decent service now. It's a great option, and they're always fast.

Wendy's is decent for fast food. Not a favorite, but it gets the job done. Standard menu, average taste. Service is okay. Good for a quick and easy meal, but nothing extraordinary. This particular location seems to have great service.

Generally satisfactory, but the drive-thru just takes too long even with app orders. It shouldn't take 20 minutes trapped in the drive thru to pick up a breakfast sandwich or burger.

It was alright,but they had to check to see if they had any more baked potatoes. They are usually pretty good,it was late when I went so they did make me Happy!

it just needed to clean the tables, they were most of them dirty dirty. and idk why but is not because of the covid thing anymore, but one day they open the restaurant and the next day is not just the drive thru

Only thing I get from here is baked potatoes. They're cooked well and a healthier option. Nearly always dining room is empty, but drive thru can be busy.

It is Wendy's. Nothing special about this particular one. In general I like Wendy's. The chili is good and the Frosty is great. Of the options in the area it is my cheap go to unless I am wanting fried chicken. KFC is across the street. If you have a bit more cash to spend and time to wait, In N Out is a couple of blocks away but this is probably your best bet for cheap and fast.

Regular Wendy's food which is great. However, they were very slow and not that busy. I have been to other Wendy's when busy and gotten my food (and for that matter had my order taken) much faster.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and they didn't put it in the bag eventhough I paid for it. I feel like that was a lot of money to go to waste. If you go here make sure you check your order before you leave the drive-thru especially if you get multiple sandwiches.

They must have been out of lettuce today. Either that or the limited English speaking staff did not understand that if you charge for lettuce it should be included in the sale. It seems like they are planning for a store update, which would be welcome as the store is a little dated. The parking lot and drivethru could use a redesign as it is always a hassle to get in our out.

The food was good bug the staff charged me 5.24 for a soda that is ridiculous !

This was our go to for fast food once a week... The last 2 visits have been bad... It's painfully obvious that the employees at night just don't care. Like we were an inconvenience. Cold fries, cold nuggets after waiting 20 plus minutes as the second car in line. and they have been out of lettuce for a month ...

As far as “Fast Food” goes Wendy’s is one of my favorite FF restaurants. From town to town, city to city the taste is consistent and always delicious. The same goes for this Wendy’s location. The gentleman working the drive up window was friendly/nice. The only problem on this particular visit was an incomplete order. My order was short two deluxe burgers. The wife and I are 300 miles from home. Unfortunately she became really cranky the last 75 miles or so. She requested “Wendy’s” before arrival to our hotel in Monterey. Wendy’s sounded good to me as well. Before she turned over to go to sleep she uttered, “All I wanted was a hamburger to top off my meal!” Yes dear, I know. Needless to say after driving for the last few hours, I did not want to get back in the car and drive 3 miles for two $1.99 burgers. The wife wanted me to, but I did not. Thanks for the marital argument / fight Wendy’s!!

fast food may have come a long way but it does not belong on a app yet. this is just a regular Wendy's nothing surprising. but don't even bother putting special instructions or using the edit your sandwich feature on the app. how many times can I order no tomato and extra pickle and not get it? why is it there? why offer choices if you're not going to honor them 🤷

Clearly something is up.. it's not like the Wendy's we used to know.. I see the adds that say we never freeze our beef.. but that's what we got.. previously frozen patties. Plus it's such a dump now sticky tables and criminals in the back of the house. .And dirty bathrooms .. someone once said if they can't keep the bathroom clean just imagine what you can't see and what it must look like.

Not a bad place. It's the only one in Monterey, so there's not much choice. The men's bathroom has no stall, it's literally just a wall about 4 feet high between the urinal and the toilet. Really Wendy's? I've never seen that before and I've been to your locations throughout California and some in Arizona and Nevada.

I thought only Burger King messes up your simple order. I prdered a baconcheese burger without the bacon, just the sandwich, no fries and an oatmeal cookie to was the greece since I'm on a diet 😞. Well, guess what?! My cheeseburger came with bacon. 😂 I digress.

Although the person up front was super friendly and professional, the wait was long and the food was not good. Burgers were dry and not hot, chili was not hot ( the cheese didnt even melt). And the place was freezing inside. The guy was working like crazy though, front , back... So props to him.

Well we went there to get Arnold Palmer but this location didn't have it. He said we really had difficulty understanding I will order and getting it correct. The food was what you typically find at Wendy's. Their style of fries is good. We had the softies and that was an inexpensive treat.

Haven't been to a Wendys in years. The fries and frosty shake are still good. The burgers nope. Got the $9+ Baconnator. Looked amazing the pic. It was dinky and just a bunch of over cooked beef. Hardly any bacon Couldn't taste any bacon or cheese. Gave half to the dog. Fries were good. Food was fast or would have been 1 star.

Went to Wendy's drive through for dinner. First complaint is that the order kiosk was sitting directly in front of the menu. So, # 1 we didn't have the chance to look at it before putting in our order. And #2 we couldn't even see it. My husband had to stretch his head and upper body to even see it. The guy who was taking orders was difficult to understand. When we told him that we needed a few more minutes he put someone else on the mic, then came back on when we were ready I ordered the Daves single, as it's been awhile since I've tasted their food. It was ok. Nothing special. My husband ordered the Baconator. Was unlike what the photo showed. There was very little bacon, he could hardly even taste it. They need to be more honest about the photos they show on their menus. The fries were soggy and limp. Didn't taste very good. I had just three of them out of the box. Finally, the frosties have changed from something you needed to eat with a spoon to something you drink with a straw. Disappointingly, it is no longer ice cream.

I ordered #4, chicken sandwich, and added a plain water. Counter staff, when I picked up my "to go" indoors, didn't provide accessories; napkin, ketchup or drink holder. Seemed put out and maybe bored, not sure. Just generally an unfriendly experience :/ Food tasted good, I can't say anything about the price because we increased minimum wage and that's what drives pricing. I'd recommend Zamora's up the road as an alternative. See their reviews; nice staff and free warm chips bar.

Fries were quite slacky and not crispy. I've been to better Wendy's before.

My boyfriend and I went to Wendy’s for Krispy Chicken sandwiches as we have had them in the past from Wendy’s establishments. The crispy chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders that were served to us. We’re probably the worst we’ve ever had. You could tell just by tasting the chicken that the fryer used to cook. The chicken was days if not weeks old. It caused the chicken to taste rancid typically we love crispy chicken sandwiches from Wendy’s and we were very disappointed. I really hope that there are some type of quality control checking how often the fryer oil is changed, but when we went, it didn’t seem that way.

I purchased a Wendy’s large ice coffee and a small and got a size small and medium but still got charged for the large coffee size. Not happy McDonalds gives me a bigger size for less but I at least know they are giving me the right size. Wendy’s I’ve coffee sizes are small good to not overindulge but if I paid for a large I expect to get what I paid for.

My Uber came earlier than expected so I asked the girls if she could maybe rush my kids meal which was ready except for the drink. Would you believe she refused? Carl's JR's is down the street next time I won't bother with you.

The personal absolutely a disaster, I came to pick up and order and he was just mad idk who this person is but he’s using his AirPods and is really rude when giving you your orders.

I came here at 5:46 P.M. to take my toddler to the bathroom and then order food in drive thru for our 2 hour ride back home. There's a sign on the door that says closed at 6 P.M. And when I go to open the door it's locked. The closed the lobby 15 mins (probably earlier even) early and I couldn't even take my little toddler to the bathroom. There was an employee staring at me too.

Was kind of ignored when I first walked in and then the guy just tried to hurry me up. So much so I had to have him ring me up another frost because he didn’t listen when I said twice I needed 2 of them. Not to mention he was mopping when I came in and he left the mop sitting out as I he dealt with me, and as I was walking out there were two toddlers running around and one almost clotheslined herself because she just missed running straight into the mop handle that was just sticking out!! not impressed!

First time I went to Wendy's in a very long time and now I know why. The food is small (think the size of McDonalds happy meal) and the flavor is lacking. It's almost the size of a white caste burger or a slider without the flavor. Just go a couple blocks down to Carl's Jr.

I was in line waking forms food and forgot to add Chilli cheese fries to my order I asked to add them the guy Calvin came to the window I'm guessing a crew leader or assistant manager argued me down telling me if I wanted something else I'm gonna have to go back through the because other people were waiting. I asked well just charge me and I will wait out front so I ahve to go back through the line. He argued me down for 3 min.in that time I could have had order and been gone. But no he slammed the window in my face very poor customer service very disrespectful

Because the one free jr frosty is a treat just for people but It’s a truck for people who come in and buy food in the restraunt. I asked for free and they said you have to buy something else even though the Wendy’s 2$ tag said free. This is a wast of money. Showed up at drive Thru at 11.20 pm restaurant was completely dead stood at window with no answer for almost 5 min supposed to be open till 12am so i left due to no answer as I drove off past restaurant I can see 3 employees in dining area with no customers in restaurant might as well close restaurant at 10pm if your not going to take care of customers

Chicken sandwich was very small. They have steadily gotten smaller. Baked potato was not fresh and had a strange taste from being stored. I will not be back to this Wendys.

Was just here tonight and the service from the guy at the window was horrible. First off, he didn’t like that we wanted to check the menu first, and then order. Once we got to the window my dad paid in cash and when giving us our change back, held the bills in his hand so my dad couldn’t take them, HIS OWN MONEY. Then when I asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce he tried to stare me down and thought he was hella hard. How’s Wendy’s gonna hire people with horrible customer service skills? Come on..

This location was fairly clean but the inside temp was so cold we couldn't even eat our lunch. Not sure if we will come back. Love to grab a bowl of chili but not when its 40° inside.

Drive thru is always wrapped around the building, card machine is frequently down, and all they do is put a tiny note on the talk box so if you are paying with card, you have to wait in line to find out they can't take your payment. If they do take your order and you get an add on like bacon, they charge you, but don't add the add on. I can only imagine the management here doesn't care one bit about quality. This was also the location where during the ENTIRE pandemic, I never saw one pair of gloves, GROSS. Too many awful experiences, I'm done.

I ordered a single kids hamburger and was charged $18.96. I asked 3 times this is for 1 single kids hamburger and was told yes. I had not eat for 24 hours so I accepted the almost $19 kids hamburger and it was first the meat was raw and it had cheese and all the veggies even after asking 3 times and repeating what I was ordering, they still gave me the wrong food and it was RAW. These types of businesses do not deserve $20 an hour. Do not go here.

The registers were down the other day, forcing me to order online and wait in the cold until they let me in to pick up my order after a long wait. The app sucks. The $5 biggie bag deal was decent, but the chick nuggets are lousy, poor quality. Even the ranch sauce is sub-par.

Spent over 80$ on 4 people and they not only messed up a order but they also completely forgot a burger and fries and then I was badgered by the manager about how he’s not sure I’m just hiding a burger and fries in the car

I wouldn't write home about this place. Haven't tried Wendy's for a good long time. Not sure how long it'll be till next time. {If I do again} When did they start serving Frosty's that don't require a spoon? {Must have been when they switched to using "ice milk" rather than "ice cream"} To bad I couldn't taste the bacon in my sandwich. I don't recommend the chocolate anything from this company, being a chocolate connoisseur this is not what I'd serve to anyone else. It tastes artificial.

Easily the worst fast food dive I've been to in quite a few years. Person behind the counter was a total idiot. Couldn't even understand his own menu! When you come across such terrible service, jus walk away.

Unfortunately this evening I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger through drive thru because the restaurant was closed. I opened my burger and the hamburger patty itself was missing. A hamburger with no hamburger. I had to go back through the drive through waiting approx another 20 min. When I arrive at the window the lady and gentlemen working the window laughed as they showed the cooks what they had done. I'm sorry the 30 min I have now spent total at Wendy's isnt funny as my other food is now cold. I asked for a refund and doubt I will return.

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 I was almost a scam victim at this Wendy’s 1. I pulled up to the window and ordered and the young woman told me “I will give you your total at the window” 2. I pulled up to the window expecting my total given to me but she just asked for my card. I was immediately suspicious as it was not busy and this is not protocol at any other fast food establishment. 3. I was half expecting a different receipt than mine and unfortunately I was right. She had charged me for 4 other orders that looked like enough to feed the team. 4. She had to call the manager over to refund me and I asked if she did it on purpose and instead of being apologetic she just smiled evilly and said no. She then gave me the silent treatment because I caught her. I appreciate there being a manager there but please watch out for this scam !!!

Second time here and the scent of sewage permeated the cashier area. Didn’t have much of an appetite after smelling this. Notice the restrooms had yellow caution signs. Then they got my daughter’s order wrong when we specified plain hamburger just meat and the bun she received bacon and cheese burger. I returned the hamburger to them and waited at the front. The rude cashier then told me to go ahead have a seat he will bring it to me. Then as I was sitting at my table writing this review he calls me to pick up the order. Really!? Terrible management I cannot understand how the owner would tolerate this!!!!

Abysmal. Utterly abysmal. I ordered but three meager items - spicy pretzel pub chicken sandwich - large fry - medium frosty Three rather mundane items, one could agree. So how is it, after 20+$ was spent on a meal, did 1 of the three things I ordered arrive in an acceptable state? The chicken sandwich that I specifically ordered as chicken with the knowledge that I consider the burger far too greasy, of course, came as a burger. In my life, I've never once had Wendy's fries that I wouldn't consider delicious. Yet this particular outing resulted in me getting a barely halfway-filled carton of fries that I genuinely could believe were cooked the day prior. Disgustingly stale, with absolutely no flavor, I didn't hesitate for a moment to throw them out. The only remotely acceptable item I received was the vanilla frosty, though it's impossible to mess up. Overall, this is the single most disappointing visit I've ever had to both Wendy's and a fast food place in general. A well-deserved one-star rating.

‼ Do not go to this Wendy's if you want your order to be correct or have allergies ‼ I go to this Wendy's frequently because I like the food and its something close to me after work, but when I tell you they mess up my orders 80% of the time, I think I'm being generous. Whether it's the sauces or the burgers etc, they always find a way to mess things up or give me someone else's order entirely. I don't order with lots of specifications. I just choose from the menu and that's it. I understand fast food workers can be over worked and under paid, but that is no excuse to get customers orders wrong every time. What if I was allergic to something they gave me and I ate it without realizing?? They cannot do their jobs correctly at this facility and it's a shame. Do better, Wendy's.

Worst Wendy's I've ever visited. If it wasn't the only one in Seaside, I would never stop here. Always out of various items during breakfast hours. Today they were out of iced coffees at 7am. Last week they were out of English muffins so could only make biscuit or croissant sandwiches. Morning crew is rude and doesn't know how to work their scanner machine. Really, really bad. I love Wendy's, but this is pathetic.
