Anna our server, was Excellent from the time we sat down! The location, at The University Village, allows you to feel a vibrant atmosphere of activity. Yet, Piatti’s comfortable and elegant, interior helps you feel like you are in a classy and upscale restaurant. The open fire pizza oven, open kitchen, and stylish bar area. Give you a high end restaurant feel. The food was Great, the ambiance was great and the service was great! I will definitely be back soon.

Great food and service. The pasta and pizza were fresh, flavorful, and well made, and the cocktails were spot on. Friendly staff and a very enjoyable experience.

Stopped by for lunch haven’t been here since 2019 and the food still good and service was great. The prices had gone up. We had the meatballs, spicy hash, and vegetarian sandwich and exquisite. Highly recommended

Review for Piatti Piatti offers truly first-class Italian cuisine. From the moment you sit down, you are welcomed with their outstanding homemade bread – warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The pasta dishes are exceptional, perfectly cooked and full of authentic flavor. I also had a Caesar salad that was exactly the way it should be – crisp, fresh, and balanced. The espresso is simply outstanding, one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Service was excellent as well: the staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel genuinely welcome. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful dining experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – 100% recommended!

Piatti has been our favorite place to eat in U District for the last couple years, this is our go-to for special occasions and its definitely a great spot to check out for brunch on the weekends too! They have a ton of variety on the menu, I order something different every time I go in and it’s always good. They have the BEST caesar salad in seattle and it’s the best place in the area to go for pasta as well. Amazing friendly staff always gives great service and they have a good attention for detail. If you go for Brunch get the Spicy Sicilian Hash or Lemon Ricotta Pancakes- SO good!!

My wife and I have been coming to Piatti for years now. We appreciate the consistency in food quality and service. Anthony has been our server multiple times and has exhibited exemplary customer service exceeding our expectations. We continue to dine at Piatti for his quality of service as well as the quality of their Italian food. If you are looking for a wonderful dining experience, come to Piatti and enjoy a wonderful meal with friends, family, a significant other or all combined! 😁

We had a blast at Piatti. The food was very tasty, and the staff were great, specially Noah which was just amazing, very helpful and with good energy. We ordered a Flatbread Margherita Pizza, Lemon Ricotta Ravioli and the NY Steak, including a few non-alcoholic drinks. We loved everything, the food tasted good and felt fresh. The Ravioli is made in-house by the restaurant and is not bought. The drinks where interesting. Not great, but not bad either. We sat in the fireplace room, which was cozy and romantic, although the resturant can feel a bit loud due to the ecostics.

Upscale Italian with the kitchen visible, and attentive polite service. We've been coming here for years - great for large parties or small. Comfortable ambience, delicious food. Tried the squid-ink pasta which had lovely subtle flavors and plenty of clams. My wife had Rigatoni Bolognese which had a robust meaty flavor and perfect sauce. Definitely worth it and made for a nice night out.

We hosted a small team retreat for eight people in Piatti’s private room and had a wonderful experience. The space can accommodate up to 50 people and was quiet, comfortable, and ideal for focused conversation without distractions. The set up for our small group was well done and felt cozy even with the extra space available. The food and drinks were excellent, including appetizers and mains to accommodate our team's dietary restrictions, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Everything flowed smoothly, which made it easy for our group to relax and stay on schedule. A great option for off-site meetings or retreats where you want good food, good service, and a calm, professional atmosphere. Thanks especially to Gillian for her seamless coordination. We hope to return next year!

We booked Piatti for our wedding rehearsal dinner and had a fantastic experience! Gillian and the staff were so helpful and accommodating in designing our menu, and the food was all excellent. The event space was great - it was easily big enough for our 25 guests and was secluded from the main restaurant so it felt private. Everyone had a lovely time, would highly recommend for a rehearsal dinner, any other event, or a nice dinner out!

We were lucky enough to get in to this great place after the game on Saturday. The staff, service and general vibe is amazing. We ordered the eggplant "French Fries." and would recommend them with the aioli sauce. I give this place five stars due to the wonderful abundance of wines by the glass. Its very rare when you can get a glass of Barolo without having to order a bottle. The selections for both reds and whites were plentiful. We will go back for sure. Try the bolognese rigatoni if your are in the mood and hungry! On a side note, the general manager Amir is a wonderful gentleman and a tribute to their great service and food.

Honestly I had the Genoa omelette for brunch and it was top knotch. It was one of the best omlettes I've had in a long time. I had it with a bloody Mary and a coffee and both my drinks were also good. Server was also polite. Will be back

We recently hosted our holiday party at Piatti and it was a fantastic experience. We were set up in a private room that was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group of just over 50 people. Lauren was incredible to work with throughout the planning process, she helped us coordinate every detail ahead of time, which made the event run smoothly and completely stress-free. One of the highlights was the personalized touch the restaurant added to our event. Everyone received printed menus created specifically for our party, one for the meal and one for the drinks. They even designed a custom cocktail named after our company and matched it to our brand color, which made the night feel even more special. It was so much fun seeing our name right there on the menu! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was attentive and seamless. The beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the private room added a warm, festive touch and made for great photos throughout the night. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our holiday celebration. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to host a party or special event. Everything from the planning to the personal touches to the atmosphere was truly exceptional.

We dined here while visiting Seattle. My sandwich was decent. Could have been a bit more flavorful. Wife and kids liked their food. Our server did a great job—forgot her name though. On a different note, There was a huge wasp on the table next to ours and a restaurant staff was kind enough to capture it and take it outside.

There are outside seating. I went there with my dog. Nice atmosphere. I ordered bolognese. It is ok. It does have good flavour, but not rich. I think it would be better if the sauce cooked longer. Pasta is too soft. It is not al dente.

We came here for brunch for a rare day time date, and enjoyed our food. The lemon ricotta ravioli in sage brown butter is delish! However, service could've been a lot better, we were never checked in by our server throughout our meal. We had to flag another server for water, boxes and eventually our bill. The restaurant was not even that busy but we noticed the table next to ours being checked in on by our server a few times. The only time we saw him was after we finished eating and he brought our card and receipt to the table that was initially picked up by the other server we had to flag. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and the food was good, just disappointed in the service.

How sad, had dinner for valentines and was expecting much more flavor. Had Ricotta ravioli- too much oil, had no taste, not homemade. The impossible lasagna - had no flavor and the sauce tasted like can sauce need some fresh basil or something. Would not recommend until they have an overhall of menu ingredient quality. Just get the bread and leave.

Decided to get a pizza, which arrived 25 minutes late—cold and disappointingly small, more like a flatbread. The service was slow overall, though the manager was kind enough to acknowledge the issue. As compensation, they offered a dessert, but even that was stale—a tiramisu with no coffee flavor. Definitely won’t be returning
