We waited like 20 minutes because only one order machine was working. When we asked the worker a question which took like 10 minutes to get their attention they answered rudely as if it were an inconvenience for us to ask questions.

Me and my dad went to have breakfast we approach the kiosk and press the help button because I'm legally blind and have trouble using the kiosk nobody ever came to help me order all the employees just seem to walk past me ignore me like I wasn't there my senior dad had trouble because of his age due to today's technical world I literally had to walk almost inside the kitchen to get some body to help me 😔. Terrible food make sure to double check your order. Fries are old and stale. The waiting time for food inside is terrible. And help for the senior citizens is non existent. Do not come to this location unless it's a last resort option

I understand this is McDonald’s, but the level of service I experienced was unacceptable. The employee working the intercom was rude, dismissive, and told me “it’s not my issue” while rushing me to order. When I reported this to the manager, he simply smiled, showed no professionalism, and was equally rude. If this were my business, both the manager and the employee would be terminated immediately.

The manager Jozette was extremely rude and unprofessional. The drive thru was not working properly and the person taking the order just stopped half way through my order and cancelled the screen. After asking numerous times if anyone was there to take the order someone else came on and we had to start all over. Once at the window we were shoved bags and the window closed. No one even told us if all out food was there. We proceeded to wait at the window and check our order. We of course were missing something as we did have a big order. We waited until someone came back to the window and let them know. They close the window without saying anything again. A few minutes later manager came to the window and told us if we wanted our fry that we already paid for we would have to go back in line. The manager was extremely rude and aggressive. She spoke over me and aggravated. Having 4 kids in the car I asked her name and left feeling unsafe. Please know that manager Jozette needs at minimum proper customer service training and honestly probably corrective actions need to be in place if she cannot handles the stress of her job. After all that no fries and soggy chicken nuggets.

Literally ruined my birthday atmosphere while eating in the restaurant by the manager/leader employee in the Mc Donald's in selma. I had asked a question of wanting a balloon. One employee was very sweet and went to ask the manager, which the manager did not give me a good vibe. The manager/leader of the employees, a blond woman, told me I wasn't able to take one. I would have been okay if she was professional about it, but she looked like she tried not to laugh, she was as if smirking while got me angry. It would have been nice if it was a soft smile, but she literally tried not to laugh, then was very loud and laughing with another employee while me and my family tried to eat peacefully. This was such not a vibe, and I blame that female manager for it, the other female employee was so sweet. But that manager was very unprofessional and unethical

Havent been to Mcdonalds in a while until a few days ago. Store in clovis was out of fries last Monday at Lunch and had a greasy burger. This store had fries today but container was only about 1/3 full. Drive thru service was drab as could be for making $20 an hour. This is just crap. $15 for a greasy burger (thrown together all crooked), a few fries, and a medium coke. Shout out to corporate, whats the joke I'm missing!?! Definitely time to explore other options than "fast food" and i would advise others to do the same. Save your money and dont support incompetence.

Worst McDonald’s ever ! I ordered two McDoubles one large fry some Buffalo sauce and 20peice chicken nugget and deluxe spicy chicken . How hard is it to get an order right simple). The fries are stale and tasted old like they just had some leftover fries from day shift and just reheated them in microwave they were stale and hard no flavor. The McDoubles didn’t even have cheese everything was put together sloppy. very disappointed in their staff and I will not ever come here again. And they fogot to put Buffalo sauce wow ….. pathetic and we waited for almost an hour in the drive thru

I am so disappointed the quarter pounder has been my only go to hamburger that I will eat but tonight thats ruined as apparently no one can cook...it was raw from the outside it looks good. I took a bite not looking at it as I started a movie, on my second bite I realized it was a little off partly because I asked for extra onions which I didn't get any. I saw that both patties were raw! I like my steak med-rare but not my hamburger. Tried to contact Macdonalds, no answer door, doordash says it's closed but on here says open till 2pm. Suggestion: When we order food make sure YOU COOK IT PROPERLY! It looks as if it was rushed through Order was taken at 9:21pm Won't be back anytime soon Hopefully the manager reads this and fix this, truly thinking about calling corporate.
