Charming hotel. Rustic and family-run. Exceptional staff. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend their restaurant.
A very pleasant and well-connected hotel. The owner and staff are very attentive and professional. The restaurant is fabulous, both for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting the area.
A 4-day stay, wonderful, quiet place, great views, and well-located as a starting point for the hikes we had planned. Enrique's service was fantastic! Very attentive and pleasant, giving us lots of directions and tips about the area. Brilliant!
We stayed here and it was a great choice. We were traveling with our little one and they gave us an apartment to ourselves for the same price as a room. The rooms are clean, the restaurant is delicious, and everyone was incredibly friendly. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Absolutely lovely hotel, stopped for one night on the way home from holiday, great service, lovely room, very helpful and pleasant staff, the room was very clean and comfortable, the restaurant for our evening meal was a revelation, the restaurant itself was great, and the food was superb, very good food for a very reasonable price, we will certainly use it again the next time we pass that way…
Great atmosphere in the food is amazing
A verry nice hotel at the base of the Pyrénées . There is a warm feel to the interior and the tastfully decorated rooms look rustic but have a modern flair. It is clean and the service was verry good. We had dinner and breakfast, both were presented nicely and tasted great. This is a step above your average restaurants. We would be back if we come this way.
Recommendable!!!!
A lovely small hotel, quite remote and caters for hikers and cycling groups. Rooms cosy breakfast was great, even filled our flask for onward journey. Set in beautiful scenery.
Only good rememberings i have!!! Good rooms, good hot bath, good food and wine, goood staff, and beautiful village!! I will come back for sure!
On our way from Ochagavia to Formigal, we stumbled upon this restaurant. Inside, a lovely surprise awaited us. We ordered the set menu. We first had two amuse-bouches, followed by a delicious risotto. And for the main course, a perfectly cooked sole. The dessert was a delicious chocolate cake, but quite large. In short, highly recommended 👍👍
We stopped for lunch at the restaurant. They had a set menu, but we chose dishes not on it. We started with tomato salad with burrata, followed by black rice and suckling pig. For dessert, we had French toast and chocolate fondant. We really enjoyed it; the dishes were very well cooked, and the portions were perfect—satisfying without being overly full. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised.
Okay place, tidy and clean. A bit far away from the slopes if that’s what you are looking for.
The room we booked could not be unlocked despite the best efforts of ourselves and the man on reception, so we were put into room 104. As stated in the previous review about this room, the two beds h…
An attractive building in an attractive location with good views and the village of Senegue was worth a wander. However the internal walls were paper thin and every move could be heard from the rooms…
The tasting menu was meager, expensive, and pretentious. The thing is, since I wasn't very hungry and I was thinking that between the appetizer, the first course, and the main course (which I ordered rabbit), I explained to the waiter that I didn't want black rice and prawns as a starter because, besides, I don't like it. He could have offered me something else, but he didn't. So, they brought us two huge plates of black rice anyway, one with two prawns and mine without. I repeated to the waiter that I had already told him I didn't want rice, that I don't like it, and well... I think that since they didn't offer me another option, the least they could have done was bring me the next course. Instead, he gives me a look of utter disbelief and tells me he understood that what I didn't like was the prawn... Anyway, I don't know what to think... Well, so I down half a bottle of wine while I wait, more hungry than anything else, for the second course to arrive, watching my companion struggle to finish his rice... And wouldn't you know it, for his second course they bring out a huge sole, and I get a measly rabbit leg! And "measly" doesn't even begin to cover it. What growth problems must that poor rabbit have had? Because I've eaten chicken wings with more meat. It would be laughable if it weren't for the fact that I had to wait another half hour for my companion to finish his sole and for them to bring out the desserts, which I don't even remember what they were—that's all. To its credit, I must say that the very little I ate wasn't too bad, nothing to write home about, not at all in line with the price, and the portion sizes were completely random. It was a rip-off, and they pretended to be a fancy restaurant when you can get better menus for €15 at some gas station.
Restaurant: very slow service for moderate food quality and small quantities. Not a good value for money!
Very disappointed. I ordered lamb, and what they served me was a lamb with a strong, dry flavor and nothing like the typical Aragonese lamb. Anyone who knows real lamb will know that it's a tender, juicy meat with a delicate flavor. This wasn't it at all. To make matters worse, when I mentioned it, the response was ambiguous, with no acknowledgement of the error or offer of a solution. A shame, because I came eager and willing. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for authentic lamb. This was something else.
We entered the bar (empty), there was a girl making coffees and she didn't bother to say hello. We then asked if we could get something to eat, sandwiches, mixed platters... since at the entrance to the bar there is a menu that specifies the aforementioned, and they told us no, that it has to be a menu or a la carte. It being a decent time of 2:30 PM. My question is: Why do you offer more food options when you only offer what you want? Absolute disappointment, I consider the place to be poor service.
