Shabu Seregno Seregno Reviews
Small restaurant near the center of Seregno. Excellent food, fresh and with bold flavors. I recommend it for a couple's dinner; it's intimate and discreet, with young staff and Italian management. Finally, a non-all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant of undeniable quality and certainly with flavors and innovation. Prices are absolutely justified for the quality and remain within the average for a restaurant that stands out from the crowd.
Stopped by shabu for a quick lunch and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised... cozy but very small atmosphere! Quality food! I'll be back!
We went for dinner on Christmas Eve. The food was excellent, but the real difference was the staff. The girl who looked after us was kind, friendly, super helpful, and always smiling (even though she was working on Christmas Eve, which was objectively not very nice 😅). We'll definitely be back 🙏🏻
A welcoming restaurant that combines the freshness of traditional sushi with a distinctly Italian touch. The fish is top-quality, served with care and refined presentation. The infusions of Mediterranean ingredients are interesting, bringing originality to the dishes without distorting Japanese cuisine. Attentive service and an elegant yet casual atmosphere are the hallmarks of this restaurant. An excellent choice for those seeking a unique sushi experience.
A small but well-maintained restaurant, perfect for a romantic dinner or a lunch break. The menu offers a wide selection, ranging from various types of huramaki, temaki, and tartare, combining traditional Japanese and Italian flavors. A special mention goes to the gunkan, which truly won me over. The food displays excellent quality and freshness, and the service is attentive, friendly, and helpful. The Fork offer is truly affordable. I can't wait to go back!
I've been a customer of this restaurant for years and it's never disappointed me. It stands out from the usual all-you-can-eat restaurants because the quality is undeniable, as is the freshness of the ingredients. It's Italian-run, and honestly, it shows! I recommend it! It has limited seating, which creates a cozy atmosphere. The home delivery is also very attentive! Friendly staff.
Top!!
I loved the aesthetics and the food came very quickly! The food had no problems and was delicious. The price was reasonable for the quality and taste of the food! I highly recommend trying it out!

Once you taste, you'll never forget and you will keep coming back....try it..
Known and recommended by The Fork, we tried this experience as a family. The welcome was very warm, the restaurant has very few seats but is well-decorated. It's not your typical all-you-can-eat, but à la carte! The quality of the food is interesting, the price is above average, but it's definitely a place you absolutely must try in Seregno!
Very small place with limited seating. I found out about it through TheFork, which allowed me to book with Yums, saving €50. The quality/price ratio was average. I wasn't entirely thrilled with any of the dishes, but they were still as good as average sushi. I appreciated the kindness of the staff.
Nice place, average sushi, shame about the tuna, which wasn't exactly fresh. Friendly and attentive staff. Great deal on The Fork.
I came a few days ago. I work in the industry, and I have to say the sushi was very good. The only two major flaws are that I ordered the red shrimp nigiri, but it came with Argentinean prawns. That's not the case, because one costs €20 per kg and the other €100 per kg. The Argentinean prawns are good, but not of the highest quality. Another observation concerns the salmon, which seemed to me to be the kind that arrives frozen from Chile, and is of low quality (I'm not entirely sure, but it's very likely).
Like other customers, my order arrived late, making a Trenitalia train more punctual. The food was cold and of poor quality (as in the photos). The color of the tuna was the least of my problems, as I'm not sure which was worse, the smell or the taste. I expressed my disappointment, but then received a message from the manager (also very questionable), who questioned my tastes, rather than apologizing for the service, stating that the restaurant only serves quality food. They offered me another free order, rather than offering a refund, as if after seeing the food I received, I could have the courage to order more "quality tuna." I don't expect freshly caught fish, but I also don't want to risk salmonella or a stomach pump. Reading other reviews, I realized that the problem isn't just my tastes, but those of many other customers.
Terrible service and no fresh food The wine wasn’t good
