Triste mente MC Donalds ha dejado de ser lo que era, el servicio tardó mucho en entregar mi pedido, así que de comida rápida no tienen nada, el lugar está sucio al igual que los baños, y la comida pues los molletes parecen de juguete y los hot cakes crudos 😓

Si vas de pasada y no tienes mucho tiempo es una buena opción, aunque en particular esa sucursal las hamburguesas son de baja calidad, me han tocado que estan frías.

They don’t have mcchickens like in the US they’re called me crispy and cost 100 pesos. I paid nearly 20$ (300) pesos for 2 happy meals and a sandwich which only came with pickles. What a rip off also I didn’t know they charge 10 pesos extra on the happy meals for the fries and another 10 pesos for the juice. Shouldn’t it be all included in the price? I guess McDonalds in the us is cheaper than in Mexico

For some reason their lunch service doesn't start until 12pm, which is late enough. The last time I went they weren't even ready until 12:30pm. The food wasn't the best, the chicken burger was really dry and the service was very slow.

It's a normal McDonald's. My problem with the McDonald's in Mexico that they are not that good and when you are in Mexico make yourself a favor and eat tacos or something else but not McDonald's there are so many much better food in Mexico. Drive Thru .....slow for 2 burgers , about 20 min waiting, I was the only one,but everything was good.

Hace mucho que dejamos de visitar Mac donalds para comer, ya no consumimos más hamburguesas por que son súper pequeñas, aunque pidas las más cara y triple carne es del tamaño de las infantiles y súper caras. Solo pasamos a comprar los helados, y el clima siempre lo tienen en modo invierno, si no llevas un abrigo grueso te mueres del frío adentro, y aunque les digas que le suban a la temperatura la dejan igual, y se nota porque hasta varios de sus empleados están cruzados de brazos para soportar el frío. Seguramente el gerente no los deja. Aaah falta mucha limpieza en las áreas.

It ok service,but when it comes to what they they are lost I ordered happy meals, ask for a certain toy they said they didn't have it, but then another customer had it, it's always Hot in play area, they are rude when ask for something also THERE IS NO REFILLS, DUE TO COVIT, "HELLO HOW MANY YEARS HAVE PASSED BY" ANYWAYS

This was not a good experience for A bro n Mexico. Arrived at 11 a.m. central time. 12 noon eastern. Was made aware they were serving breakfast until 12:30 central time. 1:30 eastern??? I wondered why know one was there. Big disappointment but while in ROME????

Very very slow. Food was ok but they need some help.

Muy mal servicio, la de caja parece nueva, no sabe nada y tiene que estar preguntando a sus compañeros que están ocupados y le dicen pero de mala gana, ella se equivocó en el pedido y le pidió a un joven que le eliminara la entrada y él creo es el gerente (sale en una de las fotos) lo hizo de muy mala gana, golpeando la pantalla. Los botes de basura están llenos, no hay ni dónde echar la basura (la de la imagen tiene ahí desde que llegamos y nadie la quita), las hamburguesas nos las comimos algunas volteadas (no eran) xq no tienen nombre que las distinga y si preguntas, nadie te ayuda a saber cuál es cuál. Uno de los paquetes que pedimos incluye nieve y ya tiene 10 minutos que terminamos y no nos la pueden dar qué porque no hay quién las sirva. El de la puerta qué toma la temperatura, muy grosero y burlon.

Pedí una de las hamburguesas más caras pensando que me llenaria, esperando recibir algo bueno y terminé recibiendo una muy descepcionante, el pan más pequeño que el de los bimbollos y la carte literal era una nuget de pollo ... Definitivamente nada que ver el costo con lo que te venden.

Pésimo lugar para desayunar/comer A partir de las 11:30 dejan de servir desayunos. Se supone que a partir de las 12 tienen hamburguesas. PUES NO. Las hamburguesas que hasta la 1. NO HAY SERVICIO DE 12 a 1. La actitud de los que atienden es pésima.

No se que pasó con este lugar, pero, definitivamente lo están dejando caer, tardan muchísimo en entender y además atienden como si les estuvieras pidieron regalado, pedí una orden de hamburguesas y tardaron 25 min en darmela hasta que les llame la atención. Después, antes de irme, les pedí una McPollo Crispy y me la dieron muy mal encarados. Llegando a casa me toma por sorpresa la porquería de hamburguesa qué me dieron.... Un pan, un pedazo de carne y un solo pepinillo... La verdad eso fue una burla.

Lugar sin limpieza, moscas y mesas sucias, pésima atención, muy déspotas todos los empleados, seguro no les pagan o son los dueños del lugar, además sin cambio, condicionando la compra con cambio exacto o tarjeta, un asco de lugar. Se me olvidaba, por poquito y la chica que me atendió se clava mi cambio. Tuve que exigirlo.

El peor McDonald's que he visitado. Sucio, mala atención y por mucho tienen un gran problema con su equipo de trabajo.

Fui a McDonald's y la empleada "Cecilia" sino mal recuerdo que me atendió fue completamente déspota y altanera, con cero disposición para dar un buen servicio. Además, no portaba cofia ni tenía el cabello recogido, lo cual me pareció gravísimo, ya que estuvo a punto de rozar mi comida con su cabello suelto. Mi pedido, además de llegar frío, estaba mal preparado ya que yo había pedido una hamburguesa de la línea grandes y me dieron una de pollo. Cuando le hice el comentario de forma respetuosa, su actitud empeoró: se molestó y no hizo absolutamente nada por resolver el problema. No pensaba decir nada al principio, pero entre la mala atención, la falta de higiene y la pésima actitud, creo que es importante que lo sepan y tomen cartas en el asunto. Este tipo de servicio no está a la altura de lo que uno espera de McDonald's.

La verdad los precios están elevados, concuerda la imagen con el producto recibido. Y al momento de hacer el pedido en autoservicio, nos tomaron mal la orden.

No atienden a los delivery. Cada orden es lo mismo, no dan servicio. Deberían salirse de las aplicaciones para evitar molestarlos con los pedidos que nunca atienden.

45 min. Para darte una orden de 4 personas. El pan quemado. El peor Macdonald de Mexico. Muy mal servicio

Dice que es servicio 24 hrs y pasé a las 6 am y nada más nadie me atendió en el automac, se veia que habia gente y nada más nadie me tomo mi orden

Impresionante como esta sucursal sigue abierta.. El peor servicio al cliente, dos tres empleados solamente en la sucursal, no tienen nada listo, en las mañanas van llegando a las 8 y nada listo, en las tardes no se si van cambiando de turno pero el mismo tema nunca listos nunca en tiempo.. Esto por lo menos tengo meses viéndolo.. Error el haber vuelto a darles una oportunidad

Pésimo servicio, casi 2 horas para preparar mi orden de 3 hamburguesas. Lo bueno que es comida rápida si no, yo creo que hubiera cenado ahí. Opté por cancelar mi orden

Absolutely terrible. This is a disgrace. We got here at 8:30 am and clearly they haven’t even began to prep for the day. We walked in and it the place was filled with flies. The staff were standing around in the kitchen chatting away as we stood there. They stopped to greet us and continued to chat. There was a lady cleaning the restaurant and she looked miserable. The place looked as if the evening crew hadn’t cleaned before closing. They hadn’t even turned the menus over to the breakfast menu from the previous evening. Finally we persisted and asked if they were open and said yes, the “manager” finally stopped chatting and helped us. We were confused because the menus hadn’t changed and we asked if they had breakfast they said yes, But we didn’t know what was on the menu because they the burger menu was up. The “manager” left to get someone to turn the menus but still left some on the evening/dinner menu. We placed our order and he said it would take 10-15 minutes. We said that’s fine. We quickly grabbed some alcohol wipes because this place was filthy. We were tired from our trip that’s why we stayed. They told us the play area was clean so we can go there. It was not. It was merely picked up and swept but definitely not clean. 15 minutes go by and no food. I go over to check and the lady that had been cleaning was making the coffee, with a sour look on her face. WHAT?!? I don’t know if she even washed her hands but the fact that she was cleaning then handling food didn’t sit well. Did I mention that she left the broom and mop and dirty bucket out in the dining area? 30 minutes later, most of the food was ready. I asked for the coffees, they forgot, so they went to pour them. As I waited for them to figure out where the lids were, I touched the breakfast sandwich and it was cold. I opened the breakfast platter and it was missing the hash browns. They said they’d take the has browns to us because they just cleaned the oil and put new oil in so it needed to heat up. (Yes, I saw this happening around 9am. About an hour AFTER they were supposed to have been open). Got the coffee, no stirrer, no sugar, no cream. I asked for all that, they scrambled to look for them. They said they don’t have creamer or milk powder, they stopped using them a year ago. I asked for a bit of milk in a cup. The coffee was very light as soon as I put a splash of milk in it. It was awful. Another two groups came in. One guy didn’t get his change. I guess they didn’t have enough change to give him. Breakfast platter was cold, pancakes almost tasted fishy, eggs were awful. Hash browns finally came. They tasted undercooked. We didn’t finish our food and we left. Did I mention that when we walked in and the employees were all chatting, there was one “client” and he seemed to get his food quickly? Why? Because he was their friend! One of the employees (supervisor maybe, or just a team member) was sitting with him, chatting it up. Close this place down as soon as possible.

This was the worst one I’ve ever seen… Because there where 8 guests inside they locked all doors You couldn’t get out…my friend talks Spanish and told them what if there is a fire 🔥 all burn because the guy that tried to open the door for us didn’t find the right key for 5 minutes

Food was greasy. Quarto de libra combo. Made me feel sick. I never eat this kind of food. Went because was supposed to be fast - wasn't. The concept of fast food is lost on these people.

Restaurant is clean and food is like a McDo, always good but, if you want to eat fast this is not the place. The music was so loud I asked the manager to get it lower and he did it. It took 10 minutes to order my family's meal and 35 minutes to get it. I decided to stand in front of the lady who took my order the last 10 minutes. The order wasn't right but with all this time lost we decided to eat and leave as fast as we could. My mom told one lady that the order wasn't right and she offered to complete the meals, that was the first good customer service we had. When we left the building, I decided to visit the bathroom and when I entered the building, THE MUSIC WAS LOUD AGAIN. I felt like in a discotheque. Really not a good family experience.
