I just recently tried their French fries and I was pleasantly surprised...best fast food fries out there! Nuggets suck...again company wide, not just this location. All in all I still crave KFC about once a week!

I asked her for her recommendations on different things since she told me and she gave me extra sauce to try and a sample of the starry drink so she is a great woman and a valuable employee to you, so I would recommend that you give her a raise you’re not gonna find anyone better to promote your company, thank you.

The counter guy was very helpful except when I got home I didn't have the mac and cheese I checked the receipt I did pay for it I tried to call after several tries it went to a fax machine other then that I love KFC I wish you guys would open on the east end of Simi I live at the last exit east before the Valley.

Was alot of work ordering. The associate couldn't hear anything. Not sure of wind tunnel or bad system you're using but it was probably just as frustrating for the associate as was for me. Or they just didn't have good listening skills. I'm going with noise for benefit of your team. Food was delicious 😋

The KFC off of Los Angeles Ave in Simi Valley has been remodeled on the inside. It's much more inviting, and the esthetic gives it more pop to want to stay and enjoy a meal there. Although, most people will still go use the drive thru. After all, Simi is a suburban neighborhood. My Mom always was a fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken, and I remember the taste as a kid. I don't go in often, but when I do, the flavors never disappoint. Update: For a limited time, a chizza is available to order. It's like a pizza, but a boneless fried chicken piece as the crust. Definitely worth trying

Food was decent, and the customer service was okay, but it was definitely way overpriced , I had not been to KFC in a while, and I doubt I'll be back for a long time.

For some reason the flavor of the original chicken is not there anymore, thats just my particular opinion, I bought chicken twice in a week and unfortunately the flavor has changed, I found it a little more salty than usual, also the price had rocket very fast, and the clerk don't even help with their deals, they try to sell their regular deals instead of telling you about the specials, that's just my comment, may be Im wrong about the flavor.

1st Chicken was cooked well 2nd My biscuit was moldy 3nd This is the most depressed customer service ever. When they gave me my food they said there you go, put the bag on the counter and started to walk away. I had to call her back to get sauces. I said thank you she said nothing. I wished her a good day and she said nothing but turned and walked away. Rude! I got home to eat my food and I couldnt eat my biscuit because there was mold on it.

It's fast food, don't expect gourmet quality. Although for me honestly I always have these cravings for chicken and for me KFC does chicken right. I usually dine in and there's usually a line as this is a popular place. Also on a side note, if you order sides, don't ever get the potato wedges. They're often overcooked and uneatable.

I got the 3 piece combo. My side orders were Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. It just seemed to be very very salty. Both the chicken and the Mac and cheese were not enjoyable. Usually I like their food but today's was not good. The other unusual thing was the wait in the drive-thru was much longer than normal. This was out of the ordinary, especially for this KFC, hopefully my next visit will be better!

Original recipe not the same. Very salty. Order the crispy instead. It was a bit filthy in the dining area. Food I ordered and other customers waiting for their order. Employees didn't schedule to cook their food in a timely manner. Customers didn't have a choice except to wait.

Ordered two pc combo with mashed potatoes and gravy cole slaw . They gave me Mac and cheese and a wing that was so broken and the chicken was barely warm . So disappointed whatever happened to KFC ?

I went to KFC in simi valley to pick up dinner for my family. I bought 2 -4 piece dinners for $9.50 ea. The total amount of meat between the 8 pieces wont not feed one person. I feel that KFC's advertising is total false and miss leading. When the cost of living is so high in so cal, going out to dinner is a luxury. I could have gone to Stater Brothers and bought steak and all the fixing for my family cheaper. Will not go to KFC agian.

I just had a very awkward and weird experience in the drive-thru. I ordered $25.00 worth of food, which included a 5-pc chicken tender combo. Upon receiving my food, after paying, I noticed that I was only given 2 bbq sauces for the 5-pc I just ordered. As I asked for 2 additional sauces, I was met with nastiest, meanest-dirtiest look imaginable! After I was reluctantly given the 2 additional sauces, the lady in the window proceeds to SLAM the drive-thru while I'm still at the window, which I interpreted as gesture to indicate that she was no longer willing to assist me with any additional request of any kind! As I'm driving out of the drive-thru I started to feel very unappreciated as a paying customer and wondered why I was made to feel as is if I'm asking too much of the staff to accommodate me with only 2 additional bbq sauces for my 5-pc combo. So to the lady at the second-window, thank you for my four bbq sauces and I apologize if I caused you any harm per my request..for sauce. :/

Customer Service was pretty pathetic. Ordered 3 meals 2 of which were bowls, one mac&cheese bowl and one mashed potato bowl Ordered sodas. When read the order back to us she said 2 mashed bowls so when tried to correct the bowls she suddenly says we don't have mac&cheese. Ok so just 2 mashed bowl combos and she tried to charge for 4. When corrected again to just 2 then the sodas were removed. Only got 1 of 4 sodas and told them at window it should have been 4 total. Worker says receipt only has 1 soda. Not a problem, asked to charge for 3 more sodas he repeats 2, say no 3, again repeats 2, say 3 again and he said I already ran your card for 2. Asked him to run again then for other soda. All our sodas we ordered were Medium. We get 4 small ones. Asked why and he says we're out of medium cups. Ok but you didn't say that and mentioned if charged for Med then should up size not down it since paid for Med size. He then says they're out of Med and Large cups. Hello...why not tell ppl that when they're ordering instead of just charging for whatever size they request and then just giving small. Food was ok but chicken tenders were slimy in the middle and not cooked through.

My rating is based on customer service with the added star for food. I asked the cashier if he knew the rating for their restaurant (A, B, C, etc) He asked the shift manager who shouted “Why!?” Then rudely called me over, “Lady! Come here!” She then proceeded to flip her inspection papers at me saying she doesn’t know what I want to know but they recently had an inspection and passed so “What do you want to know!?” I calmly explained that my mother in law is in town and asked if the restaurants in our city post ratings. She went to the bathroom and was disgusted just walking in there, then went to it at our table only to have to wipe her own chair down and the. place her arm in sticky goo. This is not my first negative experience with this shift manager. Not a great representative for this restaurant.

Ok first off, you walk in and the place is filthy. Alright now that we got that down, you have to get snark remarks from the cashier. Step three, watch her yell at another customer because he didn't grab his cup. Then, wait five minutes to get your ketchup because you still a child and you get popcorn chicken. Step four, look at your friend sitting across from you as he looks down at the indistinguishable insect sitting in his potatoes. You go to start eating that delicious popcorn chicken but half of that stuff is just the breading not even chicken. Alright, now you're almost done so quit complaining. You're about to leave and you notice the hideous outdated artwork on the wall. Now as you exit you will feel a tingling sensation on the top of your head? That's your soul escaping your body, enjoy your food!

Guaranteed to get your order wrong you will be overcharged. You will have missing items and you will have to ask three different times and exit your vehicle to get any condiments.

Just visited this establishment. Cashier/managerial was extremely rude. She cut me off during my order several times. She did NOT provide clarity about the menu. I tried to explain to her what I see on the menu. And then she accused me of not listening. I left this establishment, took my business elsewhere and I will NOT return to this or any KFC in future. I will also make sure that all of friends and Family do NOT go to KFC. Thank you for taking the time to read this and have a good day.

worst experience by far going to this KFC the cashier koltin seemed uninterested in taking my order and rushed me to the point I couldn't finish placing my order. his attitude of not wanting to work in customer service shows tremendously therefore giving KFC as a company a bad name. I won't be returning again. it's summer time I'm sure there's plenty of kids looking for jobs who are willing to be polite and friendly, I suggest finding one of them to replace koltin. the gentleman working with him tonight wasn't much better.

I went through the drive thru today. Not only was my order incorrect but I didn't receive the receipt. My total was over 50 dollars and I still sis not receive the mixed family meal I asked for. I understand that they are understaffed but atleast check to make sure a simple 8 piece meal has two breast two wings two legs and two thighs . I wish I had been a mystery shopper so I could have given them a score under 65. I have worked for YUM corp before and this store is not to their standards. Very disappointed. And I can't place a complaint because the woman at the drive thru at approx 2:20 pm did not give me my receipt. Thanks but no thanks.

I like KFC fried chicken but I won't suffer through bad customer service. Waited in line and when it was my turn, the girl in the counter just ignored me and went to do another task. If you don't have enough staff at least train your people. The proper way is to talk to the customer waiting and explain. The manager should also fill in when there is lack of staff.

i should have driven to Popeyes 2 mins away. I want to like kfc in the USA. Outside especially in Asian kfc is delicious. But unfortunately kfc in USA the chicken is just pig slop it doesn’t taste like chicken. This is supposed to be honey bbq sauce it’s gross. The potato wages are mediocre. The biscuit is ok. So this is my first time buying kfc in at least 10 years and I guess I’ll try again in another 10. Maybe they will have better food.

Shortly, after standing for a while a young tall skinny kid walks in the side door by the cash register and grabs some paper towels to dry his hands after using the restroom. We said hello, he ignores us, he checks the oven, looks at us and doesn't say anything. He then proceeds towards the drive through lady and says something to her. She comes over and asks if she can help us - in a foreign language. We order our food in English luckily she got it right. We don't know if the kid played a trick on Maria but it was not nice. That skinny tall kid needs to learn some customer service skills, manners, and have some common sense. Unfortunately, now a days, youngsters don't have proper manners or customer service skills. So sad, and very disappointed. We hope the manager speaks to this kid about today's unfortunate incident. That skinny kid needs to apologize...
