RIA Solaro Reviews
An oasis of soul and flavor between "old times and a modern soul" I admit I'm a pain in the ass, but I've finally found a place worthy of my appetite (and my wallet). Here, we're talking about true quality and typical Italian products, not the stuff that swells in your stomach like a balloon as soon as you finish eating. The quality isn't just on the plate, but in every detail: well-arranged tables, carefully designed lighting, and perfect colors that create an intimate atmosphere with an exquisitely retro feel. The strictly black-and-white photography collection featuring our beloved Italian artists is splendid: a tribute to our culture, just like our gastronomy. Kindness and openness to dialogue complete the picture. In a frenetic world, I've found a delicate and authentic place. Five stars are not enough for me; it deserves much more. What I really appreciated was their draft beer, far from the fizzy beers that bloat, beers with a unique aroma, a precise soul, I don't ask you to believe me, but I would take a trip.
The four-cheese pizza has always been my favorite, and when I order it, I do so at my own risk, as it's quite heavy. Last night, however, I left my table at Ria feeling lighter than I usually do. I haven't had such a good pizza in a long time, and the whole table was delighted (the other diners ordered a Calabrese and a Margherita with Taggiasca olives and mushrooms). My compliments to the pizza chef; we'll definitely be back. The woman in the dining room was also very kind, and made us feel pampered.
Last night I celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary in one of the trattoria's dining rooms. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we booked. We chose the dining room, and I was even able to choose the color of the tablecloths (not everyone can afford that) and how the tables were arranged. The owner and the staff were helpful, kind, and attentive, and the ladies in the pastry shop were equally fantastic. Excellent food, impeccable service (despite the dining room being full) with a complimentary welcome flute and background music appropriate for the occasion. The cake was also beautiful. The best part was receiving compliments from the guests on the location. I won't say anything else; the photos speak for themselves.
Delicious dinner, refined, tasty, and sophisticated dishes. Fresh cured meats straight from the farm—you could taste the difference; the wax-cured salami was spectacular. The bone marrow risotto deserves a medal. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, even serving dishes that were assembled from the cart in front of the customer. The spacious dining room had a subdued atmosphere, with 1980s-style furnishings and a special 50 on display. The music was pleasant and unobtrusive, allowing for a peaceful conversation without outside disturbances. The tables were large and the chairs were very comfortable. The walls were covered with paintings of young Italian singers, and it was immediately a challenge to see who could recognize the most. Ample free parking was available. Prices were perhaps a little high, but considering the quality and deliciousness of the food, they were incredibly reasonable. We left happy. Try it and believe it.
Recommended by a friend, I tried this trattoria pizzeria and was extremely satisfied. The atmosphere and staff are truly charming and attentive. The menu is interesting. I had the cured meats appetizer (the focaccia was excellent, the cured meats were refined and delicious) and the Porcini Mushroom and Cream Cheese Risotto. The risotto was well-cooked and had a remarkable amount of porcini mushrooms. The portions were extremely generous for both dishes. Being hungry (very hungry) helps you finish everything. Recommended.
Very good restaurants with a nice specialty Don't hesitate
It was great! The Pizzas are delicious and so are the Antipasti! Looking forward to visit you again.
Nice atmosphere, good food [but I can't be relied on, because I ate a pizza, even though the people I was with said the same thing] maybe you spend a little more but everything has increased 😂 nice selection of wines, beers etc etc... To go again!
I was truly impressed with RIA Trattoria Pizzeria! The pizzas are excellent, and the ingredients are top-quality and fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It's one of those places you always want to return to, whether for a family dinner or an evening with friends. Highly recommended for the pizza, but the rest of the menu looks interesting, too. We'll definitely be returning to explore more.
Excellent restaurant. Good food, perfectly cooked, both with meat and fish. The wine list is average, although I personally found it a bit pricey. The service was good, very professional, and fast, and the aperitif cocktails were good. I didn't like that some items were sold out even though they were on the menu. I found it annoying on a Sunday lunch at a party. Very cool inside, plenty of seating outside, and a very quiet location with plenty of parking. Very easy to get to. Very convenient for wheelchair users, too. Come on!
Ample parking, a meticulously maintained restaurant, true to the image of a trattoria, with red checked tablecloths and many historic photos, and extremely kind and helpful staff. There were three of us, and we all ate the same thing: the Milanese cutlet, which I must say was good and plentiful, but we can't comment on the other dishes, as we ran out of room for more. It's a shame, but it's worth it anyway.
I'm sorry, it took me a while to decide what to write, but I have to be honest. I've never really liked this place. I've gone there with friends, but I've never been crazy about the low ceiling, which gives a feeling of being under pressure. The decor is simple, which could be fine, but the menu is questionable in my opinion, and the products aren't exactly top-quality. I came back here again a few days ago for lunch. I asked for a simple pasta with tomato sauce and was refused, saying they had a fixed menu.... blank? Not even!! I had a farro salad with vegetables and shrimp. Very cold, tasteless, and with raw vegetables... I'm tempted, given my hunger, by the stewed meatloaf with polenta. The latter is lumpy and insignificant, the meatballs are half raw, and some are missing parts. I've been there before, and I've always left unsatisfied. In their defense, they make good pizza, but then I'm talking about the restaurant? I will do everything I can to never go there again.
