For lovers of Ligurian cuisine from the hinterland, genuine and authentic, just like 100 years ago. The restaurant is just as it was 100 years ago. After Nestin's passing, his heirs have continued the tradition. Watch out for wild boars, which come right up to the restaurant's doors. Park along the road. Friendly and fast service.

I was probably the first Chinese customer to visit this restaurant! The restaurant has a wooden hall with a roaring fireplace, making it incredibly warm! Every dish was delicious! I especially recommend the wild boar, which was perfectly tender and had no other seasonings. Simply delicious!

No frills restaurant with rustic decor, friendly lady boss and even friendlier dog who came to say hello to us (<3). We had the foccacetta, pansotti and coniglio, with the last being the best. Wasn't the cheapest (came up to €36 for 2 without wine) but portions were good sized. The €2 coperta per person included a free bread basket, some nibbles that we hadn't see in Genova before, and an after meal liquor if you fancy (we skipped). Only irk was that the lady said she'd bring us a mix of foccacetta but instead brought us 2 full sized separate portions (2 pieces each), and we ate it thinking it was 1 portion, but realised when the bill came. We visited on a Wednesday evening. Service was fast and friendly. A little far out but worth trying if you're in the area.

Tried it on the recommendation of a friend. The place is very welcoming and well-kept, with a homey feel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The menu is typical of the Ligurian hinterland. We had delicious pansotti with walnut sauce and fried focaccia as an appetizer. But the real surprise of the evening was the truly excellent wild boar 😍!!!! Prices are in line with the style of a homely trattoria.

Il salone esterno in legno e vetrate è molto accogliente e caratteristico, lascia l'opportunità di godere il panorama della campagna che lo circonda. Abbiamo gustato delle foccaccette con lo stracchino molto buone ed anche una variante che abbiamo richiesto vuota con sopra prosciutto altrettanto buone. Mi sono piaciuti molto anche i pansoti con il sugo di noci ed anche il vitel tonnato . È stata una bella scampagnata in una domenica di pioggia primaverile.

Trattoria con buon rapporto cibo prezzo. Piatti abbondanti con sapori tipici. Ti alzi da tavola veramente sazio ad un prezzo medio di 25€.

Ci siamo trovati bene, eravamo in 5. Senza parte ne gloria è stata una bella serata, cibo ottimo e servizio cordiale e gentile. Cabaret con panisette (panizza tagliata e fritta) e mini frisceu (frittelle fritte), 2 cabaret di focaccette allo stracchino e gorgonzola, squisite, ravioli e lasagne squisite, 2 dolci caffè amari acqua e vino: 105 €. Tutto ottimo e molto buono. Se prendete le focaccine attenti che al secondo non ci arrivate, xché sono una golosità, una tira l'altra. Unico neo è la strada x arrivarci: è stretta ma se avete prudenza e pazienza sarete ricompensati quando metterete le gambe sotto il tavolo.

This trattoria serves a typical Ligurian menu with delicious dishes, including the unmissable cheese focaccia and excellent ravioli with ragù. The welcome plate of small cuculli and panissa is also noteworthy. A lovely outdoor area is perfect for dining on warm evenings, and the atmosphere is rustic and relaxing.

In a hamlet of Sori, in a beautiful panoramic position in the greenery, is this historic restaurant among olive trees and centuries-old horse chestnuts, a very particular house that has lived a lot and highlights it with its furnishings that tell its centuries-old history. Lunch outdoors, classic Eastern Ligurian menu, taste exciting focaccias with melted cheese with panisette and frisceau, then a harmonious chestnut flour lasagne in a delicate walnut sauce, to arrive at the main dish that I dare not shamelessly declare the best ever "fried mixed Italian style" that I have tasted in my life, perfect breading and frying, an impalpable lightness and complete absence of greasiness. Classic desserts. Short but satisfying wine list for the menu. All prepared and served by two wonderful women who demonstrate profound professionalism and care and attention to best satisfy customers. Fair price, closed on Tuesdays. I recommend it to anyone who wants a good meal well served in the fresh greenery and quiet. Every time I return it's a celebration! 🏅🏅🏅

Non è un brutto posto, si mangia discretamente, porzioni abbondanti, ma non mi è piaciuto tutto, anche altri al tavolo non erano soddisfatti (pasta scotta, poco sale, troppo sale, pesto mhe, però ragù buono, polpette buone,...) . Ci sono già andata due volte e sinceramente non ci tornerei più né lo consiglierei. D'inverno assolutamente sconsigliato, si soffre il freddo nella sala, nonostante il camino e le stufette, si rischia di mangiare con il cappotto. Tutti se ne lamentavano, non solo il nostro tavolo.
