McAlister's Deli Southlake Reviews
At My McAlister's employees are always so sweet, and give wonderful customer service. They get to know the customers. Great every time. Food is always on point. ❤️❤️❤️
- Quality ingredients. - Food portions are reasonable. - Pricing are fair. - Staff are professional and nice
Absolutely outstanding customer service. Your employees could not have been more friendly and efficient. Even when I thought something was missing from my bag, she wasn’t condescending—just kindly pointed out that, yes, it was in fact in the bag.
I wanted to try out their loaded baked potato 🥔 and I ordered it after work and even if I couldn't figure out the app someone came out to hand it to me in the pickup spot for parking. Definitely ordering the baked potato 😁
McAlister's is a staple for our big family. The food is always fresh and ready quickly. The value of the kids meals and the large drinks make for an affordable meal for all 6 of us! Can't go wrong with any combination of the "Choose Two" menu items. The only issue we run into is seating can be tight on occasion when they get busy.
This McAlisters is in a GREAT spot! I got to try their witches brew lemonade and it was FANTASTIC! I've been craving it again too. 😩 The food was good too! I got a French dip and it all came out hot and ready. Me and some friends came here to meet up for lunch and it was really nice. The cashier was super sweet and they took good care of us. I'd definitely come back here again.
My family frequents this location for lunch. Is delicious and everyone is so friendly. My son tried the kids pretzel dogs and loved them. My daughter gets two kids meals, a sandwich and mac n cheese, because they're only 1.99 each! I recently had half spicy southwest chicken sandwich and the pecanberry salad. Both were fantastic!
First time eating at the Southlake location. Went on a Friday evening and it was pretty slow business. The gentleman at the counter was nice. I ordered the limited time pork nachos with chicken tortilla soup and the wife the choose two with a grilled chicken club and a sous with cheese and bacon. The nachos were good, wish it came with just a oit more pork. The wife enjoyed her sandwich and spud. The reason for 3 stars for atmosphere is due to several tables had dirty dishes from previous patrons. While we were eating, two employees did go around and pick up the dirty dishes.
McAlister’s is always pretty good to me. This location no different. Service was great and everyone was nice. I ordered a choose two, savanna chopped salad and a four cheese melt with a chocolate chip cookie! Went on a Monday around 11:50a, not extremely busy, but a good enough crowd.
I had a bad weekend foodwise - meaning that I ate too danged much and a lot of it wasn't good for me! (I ate TWO homemade pizzas on Saturday!) I didn't want to decline an opportunity to have lunch with my buddy, but I didn't want to add on to my already overdone weekend. So I looked for something healthy and lo-Cal. And I found it. I had a bowl of vegetable soup and the Southwest Chicken and Avocado salad. I appreciate that the Calorie information was on the menu. I was able to select items that kept me in my goal to make up for my weekend debauchery. The vegetable soup was really good (probably a lot of sodium though). And the salad was good and reasonably filling. I really enjoyed my meal even though I was watching what I ate. It was just what the doctor ordered. Or it would have been what the doctor ordered if she had know how badly (deliciously) I'd eaten the days before.
Food was decent. Service, blah. Is it just me or are these 18 year olds asking for tips driving anyone else nuts? They just stood there. ***Adding edit to original post to clarify after the generic response from the "owner"- I ALWAYS TIP, AND WELL. BUT, I tip the person who deserves it, the person who worked for it. I don't like this tipping culture we are in where we are teaching people to not work and to snub customers who ordered their own food or watched you click, click tip me please. Do something wild, watch my cash fly. Until then, it's a turn off- turn off tipping.
I used to come here more often but recently service has become very bad. They do mistake in your orders . Also all the time instead of service, the staff keep chatting in the Kitchen with no refill offers for your beverages…
i received my order today. i opened up my box and saw a shocking sandwich. i always order the same thing and have no problems with it but this time i did. my bread was not toasted, the tiniest bit of avocado was on it along with mayonnaise, and one little tomato. forgot to add some items? and still charging full price.
If the restrooms look like this, I’d hate to see the kitchen. They must be assigning this “chore” to the high school aged staff members because they look as if they haven’t been cleaned in months. The young staff is also normally given chores like bathrooms, dishes, the stainless steel tea dispensers, and cleaning the fountain drink heads. My guess is if they aren’t doing the bathrooms well that none of the plates or anything that drinks come from are being done well either. Say no to harmful bacteria all over & in everything & just pick a different deli.
