Really friendly service. And they actually had Crazy Bread hot and ready. This has been an issue of mine with most Little Caesars, is they dont have what you want hot and ready like they advertise. But now two times in a row they have had what I want hot and ready. So five stars!

Pizza here we ordered a Hawaiian pizza here. The pizza was very good it was excellent. The service took a long time. But when they brought the pizza out to the car they were kind us and gave us an a bag of crazy bread free, for waiting so long. They did not have to do that and we appreciated it that's why they got the five stars. And the food was good.
I don't understand why this location has such low reviews, my experience here was immaculate. I placed a mobile order and picked up my order with ease through their pizza portal in less than 10 minutes. Pizza tasted so good! Will definitely make this my regular pizza place!
Update from today. We ordered 4 pizzas, over an hour ahead. 3 stuffed crust, one deep dish. Got home, deep dish was raw, 1 pizza had a hair in it. Called in because of the raw deep dish, cause hair can happen. Got told pizza will be ready in 7 min. Got there, no one had an idea. Then they looked at my previous order, got my pizza, got home, pizza was cooked but it wasn't a stuffed crust. But at this point I didn't wanted to drive back again. It was sheer chaos in the store, people got shown already made pizzas and they had to say if it is their order or not. When I got there I almost got someone else's order. The pizzas are great when cooked but staff definitely needs training and organizing training. We ordered Pizza a day ahead for a party. It was done exactly on time. The guy behind the counter was really nice and helpful. We will be back!
February 17th, 2021. My husband ordered online and I went to pick up. We’ve had terrible weather for the past few days with no power or water so when people could finally drive, they ventured out to get food. Power has been so spotty that pizza seemed like a safe bet for lunch/dinner. At Little Cesar’s, there was one employee working when I arrived and he was busting his butt the entire time I was in the store (2 hours). He had 8-10 customers at all times waiting in the store, a line of people in the drive through, and the phone was ringing off the hook. He was the ONLY person there, and not only maintained his composure in a highly stressful environment, but addressed every customer politely and with a yes ma’am, yes sir. I was extremely impressed by his work ethic. If the owner is reading this, you should be ashamed that you weren’t there yourself helping this poor kid out. In addition, you lost a revenue generating opportunity. I watched 20-30 customers walk in and walk out after learning of the wait times. The kid working (tall, African American young man) deserves a raise, bonus, or some serious praise for the way he handled that entire situation.

Just moved back to San Antonio from Kentucky and needed quick fuel for the rest of the night and decided to pick up a pizza for the night. The staff were super friendly and even came out to the car to give us our pizza. For someone who has been unpacking all day my feet personally thank that worker!
This place used to be terrible!!! I looked at the recent reviews and they were saying it was much better. Decided to give it a shot now (it's been about a year since I was there) and I must say, it was extremely good! From the service to the timeliness to the food, it was excellent! I hope this isn't a one-off experience. Very pleased.

Pizza is great. Been eating it since I was a kid. It is nice to buy more pizza than you need and it still be cheaper than Taco Bell. The staff can be hit or miss at this location. Seems to have changed in the last 6 months or so. I know it is busy location so it is best to order waaaay in advance.

The main draw of Little Caesars is the promise of walking in, grabbing a pre-made pizza, and leaving quickly, but the experience here is hit-or-miss. I have a larger family and they only had one Hot-N-Ready. Luckily I didn’t think I needed for today. I walked in, grabbed a pepperoni pizza and a Crazy Bread bundle, and was out the door in under five minutes. The pizza was hot, with a decent amount of pepperoni and a crispy crust, perfect for a quick meal. The staff was friendly, However, consistency is a problem. The Crazy Bread is a highlight—garlicky, cheesy, and always fresh in my experience—but the pricing for the marinara sauce is frustrating. The Crazy Bread bundle costs about $3.99, but the Crazy Sauce is an extra $0.99, which feels non-intuitive and nickel-and-dimey. It’s not a huge cost, but it should be included in the bundle price or make the bundle 4.99 which to me makes more sense. The Spring Branch location is clean, and the staff is generally polite, but they seem understaffed during peak hours, which slows things down. For the price, it’s hard to complain too much—Little Caesars is a budget-friendly option. I’ll keep coming back for quick bites, but I’m crossing my fingers for them to include the marinara sauce.

Tonight not so much. Took almost 1 hour for an an on line order. I can eat mediocre food, I won't wait for an hour for mediocre food. Proceed with caution.

Went there around closing time and didn’t realize it. They were nice and made my two pizzas. Two younger teenagers were not dressed in uniform were behind the counter and were cussing a lot. I also heard employees in the back cussing. They got my order right and it was done fast. I checked my clock and it was 1 minuet before closing time. When I left they basically switched off the lights and left with me. I have worked at a pizza place and they usually have a ton of work to do after hours. I guess not here.
Love Little Caesar's Pizza and will be back. The people were nice, but they need help. Either they are under staffed or need more training. Ordered at 6:15 for a 6:45 pick up. Arrived at 6:45 and waited for over 30 mins. Everyone in there was upset for having to wait a long time.
Pizza is amazing but the lobby is pretty hot. If I'm hot, I know the servers are suffering. The customer service was also spot on.
Used the website to order, never received a notification that my pizza was ready until it was consumed and partially digested. Said my pizza went in the oven at 6:18, I finally went into the store to inquire at 6:50. They had the pizza ready, but never loaded it into the pizza portal, had not updated that status on the app (until I had picked up, transported home, ate and cleaned up). Pizza was okay, but might have been better if I could have picked it up fresh out of the oven.

We placed an online order at 5:41pm and it stated it would be ready at 6:05pm. After arriving in the drive thru, they stated it was in the oven and to pull around front. At 6:20, no one had come out to give us pizza. At 6:32, my husband went into the store to figure out why our pizza was still not ready. None of the staff would come to the front. They were all standing around with their masks on their chins doing nothing. They didn’t come to the front until my husband started yelling to which a girl came to the front and asked for the name on the order and was very rude and had major attitude before she slammed the door behind her to go to the back. We have gone to this location many times before and the service is awful but this time in particular was ridiculous! They could care less about their service and never apologized!
I ordered 10 pizzas for pickup for my son's birthday party. Ordered the night before and was assured they would be ready by 11:30 am. Showed up at 11:19 to find an empty building. No one was there! Finally a kid shows up and says he has no idea what's going on and that his manager should have been there. He finally gets ahold of his manager and says that he is having car trouble and that's why he's not there. Seriously, you don't call anyone, employees, another manager, GM, anyone? Wow, great manager! I will never go to this Little Ceasers again and I suggest no one else does,especially if you need the food for any kind of event.
Does management for this Little Caesars not care about this store. They are constantly getting our order wrong and it obviously has been sitting there for a long time while we are painfully sitting outside for 30 minutes and that’s after we placed the order online 25 mins before. We asked for extra sauce and got basically no sauce
We called a order in for pickup was told 15 minutes got there in 12 was told another 10 minutes. Waited outside and finally when nobody came out with my pizza I went inside to inquire as to where my pizza was and they couldn't find it. 40 minutes wasted. Watched at least 10 people get their food before I asked for my money back. Never going to another little Cesar's again.
Really disappointed with this place. The service is rapidly getting worse and worse. The staff do not seem to care about service and quality and are rude. I placed an online order and the pick up time was 08:35pm. When I arrived at 08:40pm I was told that my order had not even been processed yet! Seriously. The young lady at the front told me that they only had three people working. No apology, no effort to make it right. Just a “too bad” attitude and it’ll be ready in 10 minutes and then disappear to the back. Ownership needs to step in and save this sinking ship. I’ve never had a bad pizza from here, but I can’t emphasize how bad the service has become. I would very much like to hear from management/ownership to hear what they have to say.
I placed an order last night at 520 for pickup time of 6pm on the app. Drove there waited in my car until I received the notice that the pizza was ready went inside the person working said 12 more minutes ok no big deal I know they are busy. Waited 15 minutes in my car during that time I received another notification that the pizza was ready so I go back in it was not ready, the person working now said they hadn't even started it yet and there were about 4 orders ahead of mine. I left. I will be contacting corporate for this location, right now I'm out $20 and no pizza. it was not worth it to wait around for who knows how long as no time estimate for my pizza could be given from the person working there. Do not recommend this place this is also not the first time I've had extremely slow service. The first 2 times I tried to give them the benift of the doubt but will not be going back here again.
Don't waste your time here. Go to papa John's or dominos for faster friendlier service. Gave this place 3 tries and each time was worst then the last on wait times when lobby and drive thru are empty to the quality of food. I've had the pizza not cooked all the way and then had to explain to the manager why its wrong. No one will greet you in lobby stood there for 15 mins before someone came from the back. I used to live in schertz and never had issues with a little ceasers like this. Plus tonight they lost my order that I used on the pizza portal app. Took almost hr and 45 mins for pizza. Wont be coming here again till things change.
Placed an order to pick up online, came at 11:10 am, and the door was locked and lights off. We paid online, so now we will have to find a way to be reimbursed. I was picking up for a birthday party that started earlier that morning, so had to miss majority of the party to get the food for everyone. GO TO MARCO’s, NOT HERE! Marco’s worked together to get my order done as fast as possible.
Called in order for two pizzas, drove10 minutes to store, no other customers in store when I arrived and no others came the entire time I was there, paid for pizzas, sat and waited 10 minutes listening to employees discuss work schedule for next week. One employee eventuality went to the back and put two pans in the oven. 20 minutes late my pizzas were ready. Pretty normal for this location
Pizza is good for the money. The very tall manager is awesome.... BUT the lady with the very dark hair is something else. She's very rude, no manner's what so ever. And could careless of what you think. Also she's NOT very good at giving you the correct change back. I called her out on it, and told her she shorted me about 5 dollars (really it was 6 dollars) She said absolutely nothing and tossed the bills she shorted me at me. Not I'm sorry or anything. I'm thinking she did that on purpose. So watch out for it if you get her to wait on you. Everyone knows who the very dark hair lady is that I'm talking about.
Worst little Caesar’s ever!! Every time I go I have problems but I always give them another chance. This will be our last time coming to this location for good. Got home and our deep dish pizza was uncooked. Was so mad because our closes little caesars is 25 mins away I was not going back! We tried re cooking it but it was not the same at all. Called location to get my money back and they refused they told me I had to bring pizza back and they could give me a free pizza the next time ha are you kidding me.. I also asked for corporate number and they didn’t have it so I looked for it myself and reported them. They either need to fire all employees including manager or shut it down.
Sat in line for over 10 mins while the same car never moved from the window pickup. I went inside and got my pizzas, and the car never moved. Employee at the register had headphones in, making it hard to figure out if he's listening to you or music/whatever. Employees should be more conscious of what's going on in/at the store.
I normally love good Little Caesars pizza, but this place is the absolute worst. We ordered about 6 pizzas for a birthday party to feed hungry teen boys. Pickup was scheduled for 11 am, but they did not open their doors until after noon! It was so embarrassing to have no food for the kids. My husband was waiting for them to open from 11 until they finally opened and made the pizzas. He ended up missing all of our son’s birthday party except the last 20 minutes. They offered no excuse. Another time I had ordered in the drive through, only to pull up and wait 29 minutes for a Hot n Ready pizza. No one answered, so I drove to the front of the store to find the manager chatting on her phone in her car with her headset still on! She just walked off in the middle of my order and left me waiting. No apologies or anything. Once I found her, she continued to sit in her car for several more minutes. Atrocious customer service. Corporate did not even acknowledge our bad experiences, which actually made us more frustrated!
The AC was out at the store and they assumed it would be a good idea to not have any fans in the lobby for anyone waiting. My shirt was soaked because I had to wait over 25 minutes for just 3 pizzas . Little Ceasars should really take their customers into consideration more . Or close the lobby at least . And too top it off I asked for cheese packets and of course they charge for those . Pretty horrible experience.
Called in an order over the phone and drove to pick it up... she told me 15-20 mins. It was exactly 20 minutes, so I drove to pick it up and pulled up to the drive-thru window. As I pulled up, the woman was sitting on the floor, legs spread, with her back against a refrigerator looking right at me. I reached for my wallet and pulled out a card, and she was gone when I looked back. I sat there and never saw another person. I looked at the clock, and after 10 minutes, I drove around and went in the front door. There was no other customer, and after about a minute, she came out of the back and acted like she was bothered by my presence. She said, "Can I help you?" in an aggravated tone of voice. I explained I had ordered over the phone, and she reached in the heater box to pull out my order. As she pulled my boxes out, I noticed her hands were filthy, I assume from being on the floor. She placed my order on the counter, and some guy came out of the back and lay on the counter with his feet still on the floor and rolled over almost to his back.....on the counter. I paid for my order and turned around and walked out after saying "thank you," and nothing else was said. I got in the car and opened the crazy puffs... They were baked hard, and there was no sauce, no napkins, no nothing, but there was something black sprinkled on top of one of the crazy puffs. The pizza looked like it might be decent, but I was not about to find out as it was not what I ordered. I have never seen any business that just absolutely doesn't give care in the world about their customer service, appearance, manners, or professionalism. Judging by the attitudes I witnessed, it would not do any good to go back and get my money back or ask to have the order corrected. I got to looking at the reviews and it didn't take long to figure out why. I drove across to the wal mart parking lot and tossed the order in the trash. I learned where NOT to go, and I went and bought lunch at another restaurant. The people here have no business serving food anywhere. Good luck if you waste your time and money here.
They never have hot and ready ready and then you have to wait. when they do have it, it's been in the warmer longer than it took to cook it. I have been to this location several times (weekdays and weekends) and have never spent less that twenty to thirty minutes waiting for a supposedly hot and ready. Forget about ordering in the app... it doesn't make it any faster. I ordered in hopes that it would be faster but the order was still not ready an hour later. I am done with them and will go elsewhere for pizza. The other options may not be as inexpensive but at least they quality is better and they are consistent.
I brought a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and it was not cooked all the way, the guy told me it was that it just looked like that because of the cheese but how is it gonna be cooked all the way if it looks like that…he even said “if we make it again it’s probably going to look the same” I was not gonna eat a raw pizza so I asked for a refund and he said that I had to pay again for everything else on my receipt because I did not returned the other pizza that I also brought.. How does that even make sense if the only bad one was the stuffed crust. Super bad service the guy was being super rude to me he even went to the back and kept talking about it to his friends. Never again!

Drove up to the window to PICK UP ONLINE ORDER the guy would see me at the window and never came had to park and come in the store started yelling at me and practically calling me stupid walked away and started doing signs with his hands hitting his head that it was common sense walked back in there and said if I could have his named refused his “manager” Told me to step out of the store NEVER COMING BACK

I was in the building waiting and they said they were making them. How are they so cold coming out of the oven? I also ordered a world famous pizza suppose to have 100+ pepperonis and it had like 20 or less. All I heard from sitting and waiting was profanity coming from the back. Two employees back and forth with each other.

Employees were very quiet and didnt respond when i asked two different questions. Have never had any experience like this at little ceasars. Will be continuing to get fast and friendly service from dominoes for a few extra dollars. Felt like a ghost town.
After waiting minutes for a hot and ready this is what I received. The speaker box at drive thru never works. The staff inside doesn't seem to care to much about service and speed as I watched them walk around and talk and even have headphones on.

This little Caesars literally never has any hot and ready. Never in my year and a half of consistently coming to this location have they ever had hot and ready. Any order takes 15 minutes. Pizza is hot, just don’t expect it to be ready. Use the app and order ahead

Wish I didn't have to put stars on this little Caesars but how is it they stop making stuff like stuff crust pizza and crazy puffs an hour before they close. Like y'all close at 10 and get paid by the hour. But they locked the door early yet close at 10. Just because they couldn't do their job
If I could id be giving this place a big fat zero they are just straight trash they stop selling over half the menu a hour before they close and you can't even order online after 9pm they close at 10 please tell me why I showed up at 9:15 and wanted crazy puffs and was told I can't get them 45 minutes before they close makes no sense to me
Stood in the front over 5 minutes just to be told they didn’t have anything ready and it was going to take long. Big heavy set girl said that and just walked away. It’s no wonder with employees like this restaurant go out of business
How you going to advertise hot and ready pizza have no pizza read none in the oven then have 2 people sitting down doing nothing playing on phones ones caping at door with it open guy laughs as I try to pay with a hundred we can’t take that mind you my food was over $45 should have change for that I just laughed said ok I have a card I guess then he signed like omg I have to do my job this location will be my last option I’ll pay more and go to dominoes customer service here was horrible
Apparently stops regular service if they have big orders, came to get a stuffed crust was told it would be 20-30 mins. Asked what they had ready. A regular pepperoni, I settle because I have to go to work, do not have time to wait.
False advertisement at this location. They never have “hot and readies ”and the wait is typically 20+ minutes. Seems like they are more reactive then proactive in having their so called “hot and ready” pizzas available. Their pizza isn’t worth the wait and a place like this is more for convenience. Better off going to another local pizza spot.

I sat in my car and happened to see the dark headed girl come inside from out back and walk right over and start making the pizza orders .....without washing her hands .....then she picked her nose and didn't wash her hands .....and a justed her nose ring.... still not washing her hands .....she then ran her hands through her hair and still no washing her hands ......then she a justed herself .....and no hand washing.....she did all this in sight of everyone that could see in the store and the people in the store too ......then as the guy was taking orders ....she came up beside him and started rubbing on his arm and leaned over the counter .....the whole time the pore guy was trying to take the order from the young man that walked in to place an order.... the guy that worked there was trying to be professional and trying to take the order ...but the girl just kept on rubbing on him and playing with his hair .....when I got the pizza ......I really didn't want to eat it after all that ......and the pizza was not cooked at all in the middle ...it was slimmey ,raw,and I told my son .....well we will just throw it away .....he said we could give it to the dogs .....I said NO....I don't want any one to get sick ...be it a person or an animal......I haven't went there since that took place .....we now go to Marcos pizza..... *five stars for Marcos pizza ...in Bulverde/ spring branch *
The 2 Old Lady’s in their 50s SITTING DOWN AND ON THEIR PHONES ACROSS DRIVE THROUGH IGNORING US ! Clearly so lazy why are they there while the other staff hard working making pizzas ,
Apparently stops regular service if they have big orders, came to get a stuffed crust was told it would be 20-30 mins. Asked what they had ready. A regular pepperoni, I settle because I have to go to work, do not have time to wait.
False advertisement at this location. They never have “hot and readies ”and the wait is typically 20+ minutes. Seems like they are more reactive then proactive in having their so called “hot and ready” pizzas available. Their pizza isn’t worth the wait and a place like this is more for convenience. Better off going to another local pizza spot.

If I could id be giving this place a big fat zero they are just straight trash they stop selling over half the menu a hour before they close and you can't even order online after 9pm they close at 10 please tell me why I showed up at 9:15 and wanted crazy puffs and was told I can't get them 45 minutes before they close makes no sense to me
Wish I didn't have to put stars on this little Caesars but how is it they stop making stuff like stuff crust pizza and crazy puffs an hour before they close. Like y'all close at 10 and get paid by the hour. But they locked the door early yet close at 10. Just because they couldn't do their job
Stood in the front over 5 minutes just to be told they didn’t have anything ready and it was going to take long. Big heavy set girl said that and just walked away. It’s no wonder with employees like this restaurant go out of business
This little Caesars literally never has any hot and ready. Never in my year and a half of consistently coming to this location have they ever had hot and ready. Any order takes 15 minutes. Pizza is hot, just don’t expect it to be ready. Use the app and order ahead
How you going to advertise hot and ready pizza have no pizza read none in the oven then have 2 people sitting down doing nothing playing on phones ones caping at door with it open guy laughs as I try to pay with a hundred we can’t take that mind you my food was over $45 should have change for that I just laughed said ok I have a card I guess then he signed like omg I have to do my job this location will be my last option I’ll pay more and go to dominoes customer service here was horrible
