I always think about how they probably think I’m this pizza addicted person 🤣 because when I’m in town from work, I literally order the same pepperoni and extra cheese pizza, almost daily 😩🤦🏽♀️. I’m so glad I discovered them. I’d say, 95% of the time they get it super right!!! My last order didn’t have a lot of cheese, even though it’s always the same extra cheese order, via DoorDash.
This Marcos is 5 million times better then the Pizza Hut that’s less then a block away. I will be ordering and eating all my pizzas from Marcos when I want delivery or carry out. I can’t sing their praises enough. Thank you thank you thank you. Will be eating Marcos for life now! Mac has the best customer service! Someone give her a raise!
This place is great! The food is always fresh and the service is fast and friendly. The owner is in the store almost every day. We have eaten here or picked up carry out at least a dozen times in the last few months and it has become our favorite pizza place. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
Pizza by the slice is a better go-to. Their subs are really good! So far they have not dissapointed!
UPDATE; After owner response, we tried again and saw improvement in the quality of our pizza. We have gotten pizza here several times and we were happy but the last couple months the pizza quality has gone downhill. I called the first time when we recieved pizza that was poorly constructed and cut poorly. This has not improved. Today is my last order. There was no feta in the Greek salad, the dough was tough, pizza cut poorly, and there was bearly any sauce on the pizza.
I came here today on Tuesday because they have a BOGO for medium pizzas. I ordered my 2 pizza and noticed I was being charged for both it was not until I mentioned that it is Tuesday BOGO did they adjust the price and then was told you have to mention the deal in order to get the deal which is stated nowhere at all and not something I have had to do before since I come here often. The food is always good and the shop is always clean I just did not like how the worker tried to get one over on me by over charging me. Honesty is key when it comes to good customer service if you advertise a Tuesday special honor the special the customer shouldn't have to mention it should you be mentioning it to your customers.
If it weren't for a special fundraising night, I doubt this review would be happening – but here we are, LOL! We decided to participate in Marco's fundraiser night, and to add to the excitement, there was a special pizza box created by the little one – having their own pizza box was quite a thrill! Our pizza adventure began with an online order, and I must say, navigating the Marco's website was a breeze. The site made it quick and easy to order, and there was something satisfying about choosing from the array of options available. Plus, Marco's deals are pretty tempting, especially since pizza can be quite pricey without coupons and discounts. Opting for our familiar choices, we went with the Hawaiian Chicken and an order of Cheesy bread, and we decided to pick up our order. Upon arriving for pick-up, we were greeted by Skye, who was absolutely adorable! She was enthusiastic, smiling throughout the whole transaction. When I had a question she couldn't answer, she promptly sought out the manager, Garrett, for assistance. Our interaction with Skye was overall very positive. However, upon returning home, our excitement took a hit when we realized our Hawaiian pizza was missing the most crucial ingredient – PINEAPPLE!!! GRRRRRRRR! I called back and spoke with Garrett, who apologized for the oversight and made it right by noting on our account for a complimentary addition on our next visit. I could tell he was genuinely disappointed that they didn't deliver 100% satisfaction. Still, with Skye's excellent service and Garrett's commitment to rectifying the mistake, I am still 99% satisfied with this visit! Thanks, Skye and Garrett! First time and definitely much better than I expected. Better than MOD and local pizza in the area. I was surprised- very fresh, crust was great and sauce was delicious. However they have specials better than the menu priced items where you could add toppings and get it for less than the preset menu pizzas. Didn’t notice this or was not offered by the register workers. Since I never heard from management about my survey on a take out order, I’m changing my review. I had ordered the same pizza as take out a week later and the topping compared to my first experience was sadly VERY disappointing. Ordered an XL meats to go and it has about the same amount of topping as my small pizza ordered for sit in at my first visit. Missing a little quality control.
Pizza arrived cold, called to complain about it being 30 minutes late and they acted like it was all good. Generic reply for me to “reach out” to make it right. The Marcos app has no feedback option. I called the restaurant and told them. Why would I email again for a coupon or a refund? No one wants to follow up to help YOU with your service. This was the second time in a row I had disappointing service/delivery. It’s not a customers job to coach you up to an acceptable level of quality. Try another place.
LEFT FAMILY HUNGRY WAITED AN HR PLUS TO RECEIVE ORDER THAT NEVER ARRIVED. DONT EXPECT THEM TO BE ABLE TO USE GPS AND DELIVER YOUR FOOD IN A TIMELY MANNER OR EVEN AT ALL. SHOP ELSEWHERE CRUST PIZZA CO CAME IN 18min
Order delivery took over 1hr and 30min never received the order im 8 min away from the store ……. Will not spend money at this location moving forward . LEFT FAMILY HUNGRY ON A SUNDAY
I went there about 8:30.on Tuesday 10-31-2025. I waited almost 5 mins ,no acknowledgment no help. They were helping a women that had a problem with an order.i couldn't get anyone to help me .I turned around and left
I had a terrible experience at this place. The guy with the tattoos making the pizzas wasn’t wearing gloves, was scratching himself while preparing food, and his pants were hanging halfway down. He kept pulling his pants up with his hands every few seconds—then went right back to handling the food without washing his hands. On top of that, he was also serving customers at the cashier with the same hands. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. I will never go back here again.
Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order through Marco’s Pizza website and was given a confirmation with a promised preparation time starting at 11:40 PM. Not only was my pizza never delivered, but there was also ZERO communication, ZERO updates, and ZERO customer service follow-up. I sat around waiting late into the night for food that never showed up. No call, no text, no refund — nothing. If you can’t fulfill an order, the bare minimum you should do is notify your customer. Instead, you wasted my time, my money, and my patience. I used to enjoy Marco’s, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. You clearly do not value your customers or their time. Fix your operations
Customer service is horrible went there on 9/15/2018 at 7:49 pm. We ordered the pizza 15 minutes before we arrived and we came to pay with the order taker Jocelyn. We were talking about the free cheese stick pizza appetizer thing and asked about it she informed us it would be on the visa receipt, it wasn't. Then we kept telling her it wasn't and she finally owned up to throwing the receipt in the trash. She started looking for any old recipt with a code on it and gave it to us. We did the survey and we were still waiting on the pizza we finished the survey and showed her it on the phone and she said it would take 10 minutes. After time went on we were like wuts taking so long like they'll usually call the name on the order so you can get the pizza They never called the name and I also noticed one of the girls was talking to one of the guys while customers were upfront. After 5 more minutes of this my friend asked if the food was done and the girl went to the shelf and gave it to my friend. The pizza was delicious but not worth the wait or the poor customer service.
