This location has made great improvements! My hand tossed pizza had a delicious crust and tasted really fresh. The GM Bessy took care of me and was very friendly. My wings were perfect, crunchy and spicy. I also ordered fries and I couldn't believe how good they actually are with that crispy feeling!

Whenever I’m in the mood for a personal-size pizza, this is my go-to spot. The food is always great, and the experience is just as good. The same Hispanic lady is always there when I visit, and she is consistently friendly and helpful. I absolutely love their pizza!
Upon arrival I was greated by a young lady I think she said her name is T. She was very nice and patient as I did come in with a bunch of girls for a sleep over..the food was nice hot and fresh
I usually don't do a review but today I felt it was time. I'm in the store a couples in the week for lunch or dinner. Im always happy to see one of your employees because I know that the service will be awesome from plaving the order, minimum wait time, food is going to still be hot when I get home (about 40 minutes away). This evening I finally learned the lady's name. She told me her name is Tonisha when I asked but I did hear someone call her Tee. This lady has the best smile on a rainy day. It's genuine. I've watched her greet people, take care of a complaint, with a smile. Not just with me but others as well. Tonisha, Tee is a true asset to this Pizza Hut establishment at this location and I strongly recommend a promotion from within as the team seem to follow her well rounded lead. So kudos to Tonisha for a job very very well done and Kudos to the company for hiring such a pleasant employee who knows how to get the job done.
Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and what I received what not a stuffed crust pizza, called Pizza Hut and no one answered the first time, the 2nd time put on hold for more than 8 minutes. I just want a refund for the difference on what I ordered and what I was charges and what I received
Showed my order delivered. 12 min go by, I call the store to let them know my order wasn't delivered. Store manager Betsy states delivery driver is outside of my gate and attempted to call me multiple times. The gate code was given when I made the order, and the driver never attempted to make contact. Driver speeds passed my house then reverses. I take my order in to see one of the boxes crushed, and the order was cold. Thanks for the amazing service and food, insert sarcasm 😉
I ordered my pizza two hours before it was time to pick up my order. When I got there, both pizzas were made incorrectly, and the manager, Bessie, acted like it was no big deal. I ordered a super supreme pizza with extra cheese, extra bacon, extra beef, and extra pepperoni, and the toppings were not added, and she stated it was correct. Also, on a supreme pizza, it comes with green peppers and onions, and she told me, “Oh, we are out of them.” Then I was like, why didn’t anyone reach out to me to see if I would like to exchange it for another pizza or get a refund? She then stated that, “Well, it’s only a dollar per item you are missing.” I don’t care if it was one penny. It’s my hard-earned money I’m spending at your establishment, and if I didn’t have that dollar to pay for my pizza, would you give it to me? While this whole conversation is happening, she has her purse on her shoulder because she is ready to go and leave the store. I tell her I would like my pizza remade with the appropriate toppings I paid for. Her own employee even told me that the pizza was made wrong and didn’t include the extra items I paid for because it would be a lot more on the pizza and it would be a lot thicker. The manager at this location lacks customer service and the ability to make sure the customer is taken care of. She then leaves the building, and her employee actually took care of me. Her employee, Toneshia, was excellent and made sure that she remade the pizza that was done incorrectly by the manager and deeply expressed empathy that it was purchased in advance and still made wrong. I ordered two pizzas, and both were made incorrectly and did not have the extras I paid for.
I just got home to a pizza that I can count the cheese on it one pizza was ok the other has all most no cheese on and for 32$ ... It's crazy I love pizza hut. I only order pizza hut you guys let me down .14hr shift and all want was a good pizza I don't feel like driving back it raining 😔😭 I have pictures of the pizza .ps pls do better thank you 🙏😀
Where do I start? First, I tried ordering online, and it wouldn't let me complete the order. So I called, and I had to keep repeating things because the person who answered kept interrupting me. I was told it would take at most 40 minutes to deliver. It took an additional half hour, total of 80 minutes from when I ordered. I'm only a little over ONE mile from this store. Of course, the pizza was cold. After 80 minutes, I tried calling three times to see if I could pick it up myself, since I received no notice that it was on its way, and three times, they hung up on me. So I called back and selected the change order option instead. I asked if the order was out yet, and her response was - no joke - "$32.68". I found out later that because I didn't put a tip on my card, my delivery was scheduled last. I tip in cash as a courtesy for the individual drivers. I actually was thinking about putting it on the card, but person who took my order hung up just as fast as she was interrupting me while taking the order. I've ordered many times before from here, but this was the worst service I've ever had with a delivery. This location just lost my business.
My last order arrived over 50 minutes after I received the "in route to you" text message. This is not 50 minutes from time of ordering, but 50 minutes after I was informed it was on its way. When I did receive it, all items were present. The pizza was warm, but all side items were not. Of the two orders of fries, one was clearly smaller than the other; and neither seemed a good value for $3.99. The "boneless wings" were poorly prepared; many pieces being completely free of sauce.
I earned a free pizza, so I can't be upset about the price. I tipped and still had to wait past the normal time, while hearing something in the background about "queen pickup" but I was trying to be patient. I came home to open a pizza with toppings added above the cheese. I feel like I was personally judged bc it was my free one and I will never go to this location again. The girl that helped at the front seemed sweet. Stuffed crust was on point!

My food showed it was delivered but it was not delivered to me. The delivery driver sent a picture of food delivery but never responded when I asked about location.
They forgot the pesto sauce on my pizza. Also, and I’m just splitting hairs here, the pizza is cold. I understand that pizza has to cool off after it’s come out of the oven, but come on. It was like someone cancelled their order and the workers just decided “well even though it’s been sitting out for a bit, let’s just give it to another customer”. Update: literally everyone in my house has food poisoning now. We thought the pizza tasted a bit bad but we never expected that it would get us sick.
Y’all take my advice and never order from this Pizza Hut. I highly advise you to please choose another store location. There are way too many things wrong with this one. It needs to seriously just shut this location down. I should have learned my lesson after the first two times I tried ordering from here. I ordered delivery and paid for delivery that never came. I called the store multiple times before anyone even answered. Had to come pick up the pizza over an hour later than its delivery time that was supposed to make it to me just one mile away at the Best Western. I had to check out by 11 and ended up staying in the lobby until I could get someone to answer the phone. Now I sit here eating a cold dried out pizza. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered a pizza this past Sunday and 10:41 before they opened at 11 so I can be one of the first orders they make I pull up around 11:15 and no one is there and the doors are locked. So I call the store and they send me to customer service and that’s fine . But the customer service lady said I would get a refund and I still haven’t received it yet and it’s Thursday. And in my account it’s saying that the transaction has been completed I either want my money or my food back that’s it
I ordered pizza and wings to my hotel room, it said it would get there at 5:15, it arrived at 5:35 which is no big deal. The pizza was cold and the buffalo wings had no sauce on them. I don’t care if my pizza is late, i expect that. But when my pizza is cold and no sauce on the wings there is a problem. This is my first and last time ordering at this location.
Curbside pickup. When I arrived home, I come to find out that the pizza is burned. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they see that the pizza is burned they should not box it and let the client take it home. Unacceptable. And to top it off, they put the wrong toppings on the pizza that I ordered. Looking at all the negative reviews, there is definitely a fundamental issue at this location that is yet to be resolved. This was not just an isolated mistake. Marco's pizza down the street on Cypresswood is significantly better. I've never had this type of negative experience there. Quality, timing, freshness, accuracy of my orders has always been on point.
I ordered online and when i got email confirmation the modifications were wrong. Ordered light cheese, not light sauce. I called to correct it and was told it would be taken care of. It seemed as if they just assumed that we wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I have dietary restrictions, so dont make promises you cant deliver. People arent dumb...
