I got a strawberry banana smoothie and it tasted absolutely great. I even got the avocado toast, which I was impressed. I did not think it would taste that good. They even took the time to draw on my bag thank you notes that was very personalized and I thought that was pretty neat.

My husband and I recently discovered Smoothie King a few months ago and have been coming ever since. The morning crew is phenomenal. Gina and Ashley are a great team, always pleasant, quick, and friendly. They go above and beyond, bringing our order out the back when the drive though is to long. They know my husband's order and have made great suggestions for me. We enjoy coming here.

I’m a huge regular of anything associated with apps and to go orders, having the smoothie king app + rewards + payment options makes it so simple and easy! This is my 3rd/4th visit to this location and I haven’t had any problems, everything comes with easy transition, mobile orders, online orders, drive through orders come out just fine without any mistakes or issues. I like that there’s a kid option and rewards are automatically applied and specials are always going on. My favorite is the Chocolate Gladiator with Banana and Peanut Butter! And my daughters favorite is the Strawberry Blueberry 🫐 on the kids menu Message me for a discount on your first mobile order!

It's a beautiful Saturday afternoon, the place is full and there is only one very hard working employee serving everyone. I feel very bad for the one person here. Either someone didn't show up today or the higher ups don't care to support their workers properly.

Price and expectation of tipping is simply too high. I was charged 3.50 for a tip when going through the drive through without even selecting it. Not going back.

My brother and I both got smoothie bowls on different days. They both told us it was $11, we checked our cards later and we both got charged $13+ - why? They didn’t give receipt, we didn’t get extras, are they tipping themselves?..

I ordered a veggie superfood smoothie and was given a nut nuttier smoothie. I waited at the drive thru window for 2 minutes before my order was taken. I sat at the window for another 9 minutes before anyone came to the window. I was so distraught that I didn’t pay attention to the color of my smoothie until I got home to notice it was brown instead of green🫣. I called to advise that I was given the wrong order but no one answered and by the way I was the only one in line. This was the worst service I’ve ever had from smoothie king😩🙃

The staff was so rude today. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or what but you don’t treat people like that and yelling through the drive-through mic is completely unnecessary….

Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes for two 20oz smoothies and they were practically flavorless. Very frustrating! This place is being run by teenagers that are goofing around and don’t care how long customers wait. Won’t be coming back to here again.
