Quality doesn’t match price. Ordered the combo steak and shrimp and added hibachi noodles. $25 and wasn’t very much food, and was just okay. *photo is half eaten of the large platter.

Customer service 10/10. The meat & veggies were good. However the rice had a weird taste to it & the yum yum sauce was not yummin’. I was disappointed bc I was really craving hibachi :(

Ordered the steak and shrimp combo hibachi and got 3 pieces of shrimp and barely any steak. Definitely not $17+ worth of food.

i heard really good things about this place and finally tried the chicken hibachi. the chicken and rice both were extremely dry and the rice was hard and crunchy probably the worst hibachi ive ever had.

Stars for friendly attitude and chicken that tasted good. However, I ordered the chicken katsu plate and it said it came with veggies and fried rice.. well rice was exactly that, just white rice that had been browned with a little egg. The veggies were okay and the chicken was the best part. Not much food or quality for the price.

i got the chicken hibachi plate and the chicken was burnt to a crisp it was so black then the fried rice was oily and cold My girlfriend got the sushi and the avocado didn't look right don't ever order here just go to Shogun instead

The food I got was 4.5 star but I wish I got the chicken hibachi meal and well in the pic something is missing lol If it was super busy I would somewhat understand but it was dead lol I mean you can’t tell me when u closed that box that it even looked right

Ordered through uber eats. I can't express enough how horrible this food is!! I asked for extra sauce, I didn't get any sauce at all...the food is so DRY I can't choke it down. The crab rangoons were cooked in old oil and are almost burnt. The noodles have no sauce and are...you guessed it DRY! The fried cheesecake also tastes like old oil. The chicken is hard and DRY. I can't believe I spent money on this to throw it all away. Very irritated about it and would suggest going anywhere but here.

Came here to pick up food as a delivery driver, man at the register was disgustingly rude and demanding. He asked me to confirm the order and I did. Then he told me to complete my pick up even though I haven’t even been handed any food. I told him if I could verify the bag first, he told me if I did not complete my pick up he was not going to give me the food. As a driver I have NEVER heard of this. To not argue I just completed my pick up, still with no food in hand. He gave me the food when I guess it disappeared from his screen and threw it out the window left it on the counter and slammed the window in my face. I would never recommend This hibachi place to anyone. If the workers are gross i would match the quality of food with it. Will never be accepting an order from this place again.

We were talking for months about ordering from here, we finally gave it a shot. I got the teriyaki chicken meal and my hf got the chicken katsu we both wanted rice, noodle and veggie instead of 2 sides of rice, and veggie. They LITERALLY called to tell me they can't do that even though we would literally be getting the same amount, even us paying extra. It made no since to add conflict with a phone call. The food is extremely mediocre. The chicken seems like it was boiled.. the chicken katsu tastes like serious frozen chicken maybe deep fried for 3 minutes top... no katsu sauce on the side like requested, honestly all I ate out of the entire meal was the rice, it was the only thing edible to say the least. My 5 month old would even think this food is just too bland, and customer service is just not good. They could definitely do better, and thrive in this town! But, then again there's tons of hibachi food trucks I'd pick a million times again over Jaspers. Definitely don't recommend going. Spent around $90 here just to eat the rice and be rudely called by them just to tell me they can't give us rice and noodles. Even though we paid extra for it.
