I really enjoy this franchise. I can assure you it is the best one in Springville. Never go to the loves gas station franchise or you will regret it! This franchise is fast, clean, and my order always comes the way I expect. Have been avoiding eating inside, so I can tell you the lines at lunch time is long. Be there early! I highly recommend this place.
Really nice for a restaurant in a gas station. It's awesome that they have a play place too. It still feels a little cramped, especially when a mopping sign is placed down. Recently they have really cranked up their service and quality of food! If feel treated great here with nice hot food, good helpings, and positive service

Love McDonald's. I don't eat there as much this past year due to being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and there is not a lot on the menu for me, however, I still love it.
The manager was really helpful and I really appreciate he took the time to help me and resolve my concern.
Best Double cheese burger I've had in a long time. They were so sweet & patient with me. My teen stayed in the car so i had to text him to see what he wanted. I appreciate you guys 🥰🥰🥰
The food was amazing. Whoever is on shift currently, or was on shift around 7:30, Friday July 18 deserves a raise. We ordered a big mac bundle and the fries were hot and perfectly salted. Also, the chicken nuggets were crunchy and crispy. LASTLY, the big mac was the best. The bun was fresh, airy, and looked exactly like the commercials if not better. Perfect amount of sauce to meat and veggies. It’s never been THIS good so whoever worked, great job and thank you. You deserve the BEST day ever n a raise. Genuinely the best time at Mcdonalds EVER.
I try not to go to McDonald’s because they’re a shrewd real estate company but this location is better than most of the ones I have previously been to. If you happen to get McDonald’s I recommend coming here. They’ve never messed up my order, the staff is usually always friendly, the drive thru is efficient, their burgers aren’t off center from the bottom bun, fries are usually crazy hot. Inside of it is kinda sterile and sketchy as most McDonald’s, usually very few people inside. I can’t imagine how many high schoolers they put up this. I hope their employees are treated, I recommend this location over others. The first time I went here the burgers were really hot, oddly juicy too. It was what I needed. Only pleasantries from then on. I don’t highly praise chain restaurants but I like that they keep nice staff around.
Kind people(staff) were here, made my night better. My spicy chicken sandwich was nice and proportionate, I couldn’t taste any spice though it must be the recipe. They added extra lettuce like I asked for. Also the nuggets were crispy and still warm so that was a nice treat as well. It’s not great having to walk through a gas station to get there but it is what it is. The place is pretty clean for the most part and I like that it’s kinda tucked away and not too noisy.
This is one of my favorite spots at the edge of Springville heading north to your right or going south to work on your left. The staff is fast and friendly and the food mart by it is a central hub prefect for the spot. The Mcdonalds is clean as well as the food mart. When I am needing a pick me up, I go here. I like to sit down and eat if I can. But if I am on the go, then this is the place. The store and McDonald's is wheelchair accessible. The parking lot has plenty of space. So, if you plan to sit and eat, I would recommend inside a good spot. They are open 24 hours. The gas station pumps are great and allow you to take your time. When I usually come to buy my breakfast, I go through the entrance of the food mart, which is called "Extra Mile" and enter the doors to the fast food area inside. When you come, say hi to the cashier at the food mart and inside of the Mcdonalds. They always appreciate the love. The food mart is always stocked with items thank you Mcdonalds and food mart for your service and professionalism.
This McDonald’s location is great. The people are always friendly and helpful. My only concern is that some evenings it seems to take a little longer to get my order. And sometimes that is just a drink and I’m the only one in the drive thru. I can’t really complain because they are always nice so I always go back. It’s still quicker than the other one in town.
Soda area NOT clean. Staff did not seem to get along at least on that day we went. Just seemed cold atmosphere. But hey, the bathroom was clean and top modern equipment in there.
The service was great, the food was served up quickly, the restaurant was clean, and for the most part it was a very nice McDonald's. There was only one problem... This restaurant had two touch screen soda machines, one didn't work at all, and the second offered a very limited selection. (Good thing I actually like ginger ale).
As I write this, it seems to me a little silly to review a McDonald's. Considering almost every person alive today has eaten McDonald's at least once, how can a review have much merit? Well... this is just my opinion, but this is the most consistent McDonald's I have ever been to. From breakfast to the lunchtime rush, my food is always freshly made with hardly ever a wait time. The hashbrowns and fries are always crisp and crunchy, never that grease slog at the bottom of the bag. I would never recommend going out of your way for a McDonald's, even with kids, but if you have that McCrave and are in the area, you won'tbe sorry. Happy Eats
It's McDonald's. The hardest part is that you have to go through the gas station to get in. There is an entrance near the drive through but the gas station is safer, especially with children. The service was very quick this last time.
I ordered with the app for the first time. It was nice not having nearly as long of a wait. Ordered a lot of chicken nuggets some not not as fresh or hot sadly disappointed. Rest of food was delish. Huge improvement but still has a little further to go in my opinion.

Seriously was the freshest food I've had at a McDonald's. Everything was crispy and hot. The only downside was they wouldn't upsize my husband's drink from a small.
Service is usually pretty quick. Quality of the food varies, depending on the day. Overall pretty good.
Service was slow, we were told to pull off to the side, then we waited for more than 10 minutes for our food to be brought out. When we got, it the fries were lukewarm. The only good thing about this visit was the mushroom and Swiss burger, it was tasty.
Had a fish sandwich and warm fries. Order was taken promptly and filled correctly. I wasn't driving or I would not have eaten at fat-city. The have embraced mediocrity as their brand.
I can probably only give a McDonald's 3 stars, but this has been better than most McDonald's locations I've gone to in recent years. Yes, they still mess up your order when you use the drive through, so you should always check to make sure they gave you the right stuff, but they mess it up less often (or I've gotten lucky).
This is the first time I've been to this McDonald's. Overall, the experience was great. The food didn't come out super fast nor did it take too long. It came out got and fresh and everything looked great. I only give it 3 stars because the service was absolutely horrible. The food was brought to my table but it was just literally thrown into the table. I tried to thank the person but she just walked up, threw the food onto the table and walked away. It was terrible. My only other issue is that McDonald's bacon is like eating bark from a tree.
It has been quite a while since I've been to McDonald's. A lot of changes. I liked the old way better . I didn't feel like they even cared if they served customers or not. More than half of the flavors in the soda machine were empty. So I'm thinking it will be quite some time before I go back.
I was greeted luke-warm. I ordered chicken nuggets, a double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. The food was okay but the cheeseburger wasn’t fresh. I came here about 10 days ago and the staff were so overwhelmed I left after half an hour for 2 drinks and a cheeseburger. So I came back today and they gave me another burger. That was nice. I wanted to write the manager’s name because I thought she was nice but they were protective of giving me her name as if I was going to write a bad review haha. Overall, it’s a typical McDonald’s. Nothing special about it. It’s food for your stomach if you’re in a hurry but that’s it.

I keep coming here because it’s right near my work. I’ve just had worse experiences than I have good. Not gonna lie but i order McFlurrys a lot and sometimes that’s all I have and I do curbside and it’ll take forever for them to bring it to me and these are times where there is no one in the drive through or no one waiting curbside.
I eat here multiple times a week. Usually things are done decent for a McDonalds. But anytime I order the Steak McMuffin, I get a Bagel. While it is an okay sandwich. I do not want a Bagel.
I stopped by McDonald's at approx 0230 last night, so we ordered a Grinch Meal, and a deluxe chicken sandwich. That chicken sandwich was so dry, Stringy, I stopped eating it half way through. So this location has been ok. Except they usually seem to get our order wrong or mixed up with the other cars behind us. It gets frustrating especially when we're kinda in a hurry. On the bright side more times than not we got our food warm which is great cause the food taste better. But we have received food cold a few times. I like that they have workers with special needs because they bring the food or clean and they are sweet when they do. It's nice to see them contributing and happy to work. That's why I'll eat my food cold even if I don't like it cold. I don't want to bother them.
I’m not sure why I ordered a chicken sandwich at a McDonalds but I did and it wasn’t very good. Half way through the meal I ditched the bun and ate the dry chicken...only because I was starving. Sadly, the French fries were over cooked also. On a positive note, the Fanta was okay. I’ve been to the play place at this location and my kids enjoy it. Just be prepared for everything to not be stocked such as sanitizing wipes, napkins, etc. The McFlurry is good if you’re looking for a tasty treat
Usually this location is very good with giving out the right food, and usually the food is fresh. But tonight at like 12:10am I went here and waited for 13 minutes and at 12:23 I was given cold fries. If I am waiting 10 minutes there is no reason I should get cold fries. I also saw one of the workers making a smoothie or something in an already dirty blender. Not one of their best nights.
Very upset about fries. They were all raw we had 7 kids meal fries and 3 larges. All raw. Took a long time to get food even though we ordered thru the app. They were low staffed and soda machine had a lot of sodas out. Very disappointed. Even though we've had good experiences before.
This was one of the crappiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Constant beeping of the machinery that was super loud and obnoxious. Soft drink lids and napkins were strewn about the floor near the garbage and soda fountain. One of the workers spilled an orange soda left on a table--no one bothered to clean it up and it stayed there even after we left. Play place had clearly not been cleaned up in a VERY long time. Garbages were overflowing and trays had not been returned. The only reason I give this place two stars instead of one was because the food came out quick. Would not recommend going. Get better management.
The crew were all Hispanic sit and talk bout you in Spanish it's not nice .little do they know some people understand and can speak Spanish. They are slow you get cold food. . A whole bunch of the m sit together on breaks watch you stare you down like a criminal.. and talk about you. . McDonald's is not a fun nice place to go Quality has gone down .. if we didn't have to go to McDonald's. I would recommend to not go
I’ll give them the fact that they were fast but as soon as my husband took a bite of tries he spit out 2 pieces of paper I’m sorry but he proceeded to pull out even bigger pieces! It’s not safe for kids and it’s just flat out gross. Hope y’all can work on this issue
I ordered my meal, with a very friendly young man. Very pleasant (and if my visit was just about him I'd give 5 stars), however I ordered a modified item and was only half right, it wasn't major so whatever. I got my drink cup and went to fill it up. Everything was out. I enjoy the mellow yellow flavors and they were all gone along with my second choice of cream sodas. Everything was out on both machines. It seems to happen more often than not when I'm at this location. I wish they would stay on top of those machines. The manager I spoke with about this issue was also very kind and since I had a take out order I was gone before it was fixed, or maybe it wasn't, not sure.
They never get my order right. I know it seems small, but the condiments are ALWAYS wrong. It seems like my requests (no ketchup, no pickles, etc) are always overlooked. It always takes forever, I’ve had to go in several times to get my mobile order because I was waiting over 15 minutes
It's too damn expensive. 3/4 of my family members don't eat here anymore, only my teenager still eats here. This location does a good job, the food is fast and fresh enough, and the lines aren't too long, the service is fine, but honestly it makes no sense to pay 10-15 bucks for chemicals and sawdust masquerading as food when I can go to a real restaurant and get something fresh for the same price. So I will continue my personal boycott of McDonald's, which I used to pick up a couple times a month for my whole family, and I stead just pick up the occasional lunch for my teenager instead.

Didn't realize you would only get a sandwich with chicken, but nothing else on it. I wouldn't get this sandwich again unless I ask them to put stuff on it, which I'm not sure if they will charge for it. Everything else came fine and pretty fresh for the most part. I would give this zero stars if I could. I stood up front waiting for someone for 5 minutes, all while the girl upfront ignored me and talked to what I assumed was her friend. I ended up ordering on the tablets up front. The woman I assumed was her manger glared at me from the back. When I sat to eat my food, my friends realized that they didn’t get part of their order and it took all three of us going up the the counter before they helped us. The manger helping us tried to walk away from us during our conversation several times. They also gave part of my order to someone else and when I tried to correct it the manger walked away from me, rolling her eyes and acting like I was a giant inconvenience. The woman that ended up helping me was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her. I’ve been here several times before and had great service but I will no longer support being disrespected and horrible customer service.
The food was great as usual but the MAIN reason I chose to go there in the first place was my daughter wanting a happy meal (for the toy, of course). We got the happy meal but NO TOY! Didnt make my chocolate shake right and when I went inside to ask for another the general manager was terribly rude. She wouldn't make me another one the right way. I ate a fry right outside of the window and it was so hard and there was no potato in it because it had been cooked so long. There was a lady with long hair that didnt have her hair put up. She put it up when she was behind the counter and didnt wash her hands and was touching the food. All of the workers where very rude. Terrible experience.
I came in today to get breakfast around 7 am, I ordered a hash brown, sausage egg McMuffin and a big breakfast and large sprite, well I only received one hash brown so I went through the drive though again, and the lady charged me for the hash brown saying that she originally never charged me, I looked at the receipt and realized she did charge me like I stated and so I went back in and was given the refund, I wasn’t going to make it a big deal because she took care of it even tho I had to go in twice after purchasing my food, but when I got home I noticed my sausage egg and cheese McMuffin did not have any egg in it, I am honestly just upset because I bought this for my picky kids and I paid for food to be correct, even after going in twice, getting charged extra, getting a refund for what I was charged extra for, my food was still not right. I come to this location because it’s the closest to me but usually the fries are cold, or something is messed up on my order so it’s frustrating at this point.
Won't make my order. They told me they only have 4 employees. I understand. But the thing is there was only 1 other customer. I would run a pizza place with 2 employees and could maintain as many customers that wanted to come in. I didn't ask for fast. Just make my order. Will not be coming back, unless management does something about this.
Went to mcdonalds through the drive thru today at 1pm. There were 3 cars in front of me. The first 2 cars went through pretty quickly. They then sent the car in front of me to 1 & 2 waiting stalls right against the store. The next 3 cars went to 3,4, & 5 stalls. They said they were waiting for fries. They had a company cleaning the side of the store so my car and the car in front were covered in soapy water from the pressure sprayer. When the fries were done instead of serving the people waiting first they gave the next 7 orders to the people that were in the drive thru behind us. Total wait time in stall 2 for me was 15 minutes. While the people behind us they kept serving. When they cleared the drive thru behind us they started bringing out orders 1 at a time. When I got my food the fries were barely warm. Horrible way to run a business. They should have served the waiting cars first. That's just common sense. I left with cold fries and a soapy wet car. I will not be returning to that McDonald's and I'm sure the 4 other cars felt the same way. Don't go to this McDonald's unless you want to wait a long time. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
Seriously worse McDonald's ever. I was in line and ordered my food. When I went to pay, they had the wrong order up. They brought up my order, took my card, told me a I would get a receipt at the next window. While I am sitting in line waiting at the next window, I see them hand a bag of food to the car in front of me. The driver opens the bag and hands it back to them - clearly not their order. The driver in front of me never got an order - looks like they drove off in a huff around to the front to park and go inside. I get to the window and sure enough they give me the bag of food they had just given the car in front of me that the driver had just dug his hand through. Total violation of health laws! Then of course, they had no receipt to give me. I don't trust them at all and will be watching my credit card closely for the total. It was very clear from the number of cars parked to the side and waiting for food, that they were messing up everyone's orders. Also frustrated because I ordered the shamrock oreo mcflurry, and just got a plain oree mcflurry. And then the oreo was only on top they had not even bothered to mix it in. Definitely not going back there again.
Dirty, not enough employees for the customer load. Manager service was poor, without smiles and they yelled at the employees. Employees seemed they'd do most anything to be somewhere else. Who knows how long food had been sitting at the prep table. Chicken was hard and fries were limp. Do not trust food to be sanitary or fresh. I watched them pick food up off the ground and put it back. I do not recommend this McDonald's. I won't go back.
UPDATE: It has been several months, and I still experience these exact same problems. Pick a different McDonald's if you're going to eat at one. The only thing that has changed is that the odds of getting my order wrong have seemingly gone UP, from about 50/50 to about 70% chance. I honestly hope corporate comes in and intervenes with this location. As a food industry worker, I typically give people the benefit of the doubt. However, I can only give a restaurant to the benefit of the doubt so many times before it becomes a clear pattern of problems. MOST of the last several times I've been here, my order has been done wrong. Whether it be missing items, wrong ingredients, or the entire wrong menu item served to me, it is about a 50% chance of being wrong. Most recently, I ordered a spicy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, and was instead given the basic crispy chicken sandwich, but with mayonnaise on it. A LOT of mayo. I don't know whether this is due to bad management, bad staffing, bad practices, or some combination of the three. But something needs to change. And until it does, my one-star review will remain.
They refused to sell me a cup of warm water even know i always buy my lunch at this location just because they feel like it and want to be lazy and rude making excuses about it very disappointed I requested to speak with the supervisor after waiting 20 in their drive way and losing my 30 min lunch break she said the owner will step on her side by refusing , never coming back Update! I called their corporation to ask about their policy and services and I found out their employees were lying about this policy of service! They apologized and offered free food coupons 👌 ! But anyways thanks McDonald’s.

This place is a mess! We have problems every time we come, generally with missing food. Today we waited 15 minutes before cancelling our order because based on the length of time the others there had been waiting we would have been at least 30 minutes more. In addition, their soda machines had no carbonation and many of the flavors had run out. This was not the first time we've had problems at this location, but it was the last. I live a block away but I'll drive the few miles to the other one in town from now on.
Brittney was very rude condescending and insulting in the drive through at night, would not refund for an incorrect charge and needs to be fired.
This McDonald's is the worst maintained McDonald's I've ever been to. Probably the worst in fast food establishments in general. EVERYTHING WAS OUT! No napkins, no lids, no straws, no ice. I'm not exaggerating. Completely out. Except for the few strewn all over the counter. Garbage overflowing with about 20 trays stacked with food on them because there was nowhere to dump them. Tables weren't really cleaned. Made me start to wonder about the quality of my food. The only reason I would return is because the kids liked the toys here, but I'm not sure that will be enough for me to want to come back.
I live only a block from this McDonald and unfortunately go since it’s so close. I am honestly amazed at how bad everything about this McDonald’s is. They must actively try to be bad because 99% of the time something is missing, under/over cooked, or just wrong. Don’t know how they stay open. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a happy meal using a code that made it free and they still charged me for it. On top of that I ordered five spicy chickens and they only gave me one. After they repeated the order back to me the way I said and they still got it wrong. I will never go back to this location ever again as they can’t get my simple order right.
I love McDonald's but when I tried to ride my bike through the drive thru to order food because I didn't want to leave my bike outside while I went in and ordered they wouldn't even talk to me. I yelled into the speaker but no one answered. You guys need to get nicer employees
This particular mcdonalds will mess up your order and will either put no sauce or a disgusting amount of sauce on anything that comes with Mac sauce or spicy sauce. I stop in there from time to time due to it being on the way home and I regret it every single time. I have on two occasions made a point to them to make sure they put sauce on my spicy mcrispy deluxe because they always forget it and have been assured by the person taking orders that they will make sure it has sauce and they "forgot" one time, the other time they basically filled the pouch with sauce but forgot all the add ons that come with the "dlx". If you drive thru make sure to check your food before you leave.
The app sucks here, but we've enjoyed only one woman who attends to us like gold. And we'll come back just to see her and this location just for that only.
Never has any options for pop and at least 1 machine always out if ice. This time both were. Went up front and took a long time to catch the eye if anyone behind counter as they don't take face to face orders. Tok even linger to get any pop as they were all engrossed in getting drive thru orders done...with their pop... This location is just getting worse and worse
Kids working there were hanging out if the windows just sitting there in the drive through there was no one in front of us and we were there waiting for 20 minutes just to order an ice cream cone, they asked us to wait before they even took our order and then wait again, like if it takes that long to make an ice cream cone . What the heck are they doing? I look inside it's not packed they have a couple people eating inside. Whoever is managing this location is doing it poorly and it reflects on the customer service.

Dear owner, We ordered two bottles of milk through the drive thru. We received two bottles of sour, EXPIRED milk. I called to talk to the supervisor to let them know they are selling sour milk. When I called, a Hispanic woman that answered the phone wouldn't let me talk to the supervisor. She was rude and impossible to deal with. She accused me of being a scammer and hung up the phone on me!!! Your employees are completely unhinged and incompetent!!! People who act like that are not capable of making my food. We won't be back!
The McDonald’s workers never gave me my cup, even though I ordered it on the machine, why can’t they just read ? I had to wait for 10 minutes nobody even bothered to come and help me, I had to wait 10 minutes! To get a damn cup!! Food is usually fresh. But picking up doordash orders have been a problem lately. Sitting 5-10mins before the order even shows up on their screen. Smells weird inside always has a water leak on floor or some random weird old dude standing around.. Best to just place an order through the app and pick up .
This is on my way to work and I occasionally stop by for a breakfast item on the way. I ordered a small hot chocolate this morning and the cup was only half full.
Usually come by during my work lunch and almost every time I go through the drive through I ask for plain burgers because I dont like the condiments. 90% of the time they arent plain and always have gross old onion on them. The workers dont change their gloves often anough and the leftover onion that sticks to their hands gets on my burgers everytime on top, bottom, and inbetween the patties. You cant take them off cause theyre old and very acidic so you can still taste and smell them after taking them off cause theyre so pungent. I dont have time to get it fixed because my lunch is just long enough to get my food, drive back, and eat before i have to be back on the clock. Cant recommend this location if youre a part of the plain gang. If you like your food plain you will most likely get a bunch of nasty chopped onions in your food. Update 2yrs later: Just came through drive thru again and got a quarter pounder deluxe. It was still raw in the middle and not cooked all the way through. This place still sucks.
I've never been a big fan of McDonald's. In fact, u haven't eaten there in at least 5 years. Today I decided to drive through and get some fries to share with my son to finish out our little mommy/son date. We started eating the fries on the way home. Once we got home, we had to throw the rest away due to a black hair found in our fries. 🤢 Neither of us have black hair. Safe to say I'll never eat there again.
This location needs to be visited by the health department. Managers need to be fired! Ice and soda machines are moldy.
This Mcdonald’s needs to get it together immediately. I’m not sure if I could name one thing they are doing right. It is near impossible to speak to a worker, and, if you manage to flag one down, they will likely reply with a nasty remark. It took 20 minutes for me to receive a drink cup, and when I finally did, I realized the fountain was completely out of stock. No ice, water, or anything. I had to wait for an employee to fill it up in the back and I watched them take a drink that had not been claimed, dump it out, and reuse the cup for my drink. I received the most horrible, watered down drink that I had to throw away after a few sips. This Mcdonald’s either needs to figure something out now or close permanently.
I was at this location about 10 am today and no one was at the counter to help me so I used the self check out but it didn’t give me a receipt so I pressed the help button so I could make sure my order went through but I ended up waiting a long time and when someone finally came to the front she ignored me and helped take someones order. When I told her the problem she was super rude didn’t try and understand what my problem was and just wanted to make me order and pay again without checking if I was going to get charged double. Very disappointed in the customer service and discouraged to want to go back to this location
I drove to this location for the minecraft meal because they said they had it online and when I called. I live about 20 minutes away but I really wanted the minecraft meal. So I ordered it online but when I got there they said they were out of the meal. So they gave me a refund. but I literally saw a guy walk out with 4 right after me. They were very rude and acted like they didn’t even care. I’m not ever going back to that location. I’m pretty sure that they just didn’t want to give it to me.
Yall. I don’t know if I’ve even ever written a bad review before. I rarely even post reviews, but the experience I had here, I thought It was gonna kill me. I ate McDonald’s last night with some friends, we just got some medium fries. So it wasn’t too much food. None of us had eaten all day. So we eat, and they taste a bit funky, but I wasn’t super concerned, it’s McDonald’s. But I woke up to the worst feeling. Needing to throw up, but I couldn’t. It hurt so bad, and I ended up having to force myself to. And I just kept throwing up until I felt like I was gonna pass out. Jesus Christ, count your days Ronald.

I have visited this location on several occasions, and unfortunately, this is about the tenth time I've been given an incomplete order through the Drive-Thru. On my last visit (Order 1420), I was handed my bags missing an item (McNuggets), which forced me to waste my time and gas driving back to claim what I had already paid for. However, the most disappointing part wasn't just the lack of quality control when putting the order together, but the terrible customer service. When I went back to get my food, the staff had a very bad attitude, zero empathy, and at no point did they apologize for the mistake they made. As you can see in the attached photo, I had to take a pen myself and mark a check (✓) next to every item that was actually in the bag and an 'X' next to what was missing in order to make my claim. As a constructive suggestion for management: perhaps you should implement this same system of checking off items on the receipt as you pack the bags. It would take a few seconds and prevent poor service. I am leaving this objective review hoping that urgent measures are taken to improve order verification and staff training. For other customers: don't leave without checking bag by bag.
This one was doing such a great job for a couple years and now the last 5 meals were totally garbage. Food comes out cold they didn’t listen to how I wanted my food. The fries are soggy and gross. The burgers are cold and way too salty, each time they tried to forget my drink. Totally stay away from this location until they get new management. There’s apparently a bunch of people there that do not care at all about the quality of food.
Terrible customer service. My whole family went at 10 PM and wanted to place our order. The manager, in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, without even acknowledging our greeting, loudly told us that the lobby was closed. Then another young man came out and said he would take our order, but the woman who had initially served us wouldn't allow it and left us waiting for more than 30 minutes. Then she yelled again from inside that it was closed. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at this establishment. They always treat customers terribly. We will definitely not be returning to this store.
My first negative experience while visiting Utah. I ordered in the app, as did my husband. I ordered a large HOT caramel macchiato and my husband ordered a large hot coffee. We pull to the last window, and a guy opens the window and hands me a receipt without using any words. Then we wait for 5 minutes, the same guy opens the window and without using his words again - hands me an iced drink and shuts the window. So I wait again, he opens the window and looks at me, so I tell him that I ordered a hot macchiato. He takes it back, then a couple minutes later he hands me the same drink! I tell him again that I ordered a HOT drink. All the while this guy refuses to speak one word to me. I asked the guy at the window if there was anyone that I could actually speak with, and a woman comes to the window and says “the receipt says iced” - it didn’t. I try to tell her that I’ll just take the iced, but she walks off to make the drink I actually ordered. I eventually get the drink, it’s about 75% full and tastes like nothing. My husband was given a leaking hot coffee to top everything off. This guy wouldn’t have a job where I’m from, far too many people willing to do their job for this type of behavior to be acceptable.
Food was depressing, order wrong. They gave me the wrong size nuggets, wrong burger, and actually the entirely wrong order. They had no idea what was in my order, and everything I DID receive felt like it was reheated right before I got it. Soggy dry nuggets, soggy fries, wet food. All around a sad experience and made my lunch worse.
Sorry ladies and gents. I have nothing good to say about this place. Nothing at all. Haven't been to mcdonalds in years, nor do I plan on every going there ever again. Disgusting place.
This mcdonalds does nothing to make things right just refunds and sends you on your way. I saw there was a line, I order on the app while in line around 1020 something, I checked in just before 1030. I was told to wait at the intercom. I had to ask the lady after 2 people went through on the other drive through. Still no reply so I asked if I could check in after a few mins of waiting. She then said I couldnt because breakfast was over. But I ordered and checked in on time. Stupid ridiculous that its 5 mins after, my order said it was sent, and took from my card And gave me a check in number. I had to go inside to get an immediate refund because they kept telling me it will refund when the app refunds it. No, if you can't serve me right then and there, I want my money right away. Not days from now.
Went through the drive-through they told me to pull up to spot number one I did. I sat there for like 10 minutes until I finally had to go in and ask where my food was, and it was sitting on the counter getting cold. Service is terrible. If they ask you to pull up to a spot when you go through drive-through, don’t do it because they’ll forget all about you.
This place is the worse. Time spent in the drive through to old food being served buns are hard. I customized my order hoping it would be fresh to find they pulled the pickles off and scraped the Ketchup off. I have learned my lesson
I work near this McDonald's. I place my orders online ahead of time so I can get to work quickly, and they never have what I order ready. So, why do I pay online in advance (up to 45 minutes) and then arrive without the food ready?
This is what I opened up to find when I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. It was the worst burger I've ever had. The bun was for the smaller burgers and it was stale. The meat was extremely salty and falling apart. I couldn't finish it. This has happened to me 3 different times on the night shift. I don't know what's going on in the back but someone needs to be trained better. Really disappointed
