I came into the restaurant DT gave me the best service I have ever experienced I had a triple order he asked what I needed told me it would be 6 to 9 minutes for my order to be fresh and it was perfect and on time I definitely give him 5 stars

As a panda connoisseur this location is well managed. The bathroom was clean, my orange chicken was so crispy and best of all the person taking drive thru orders the evening of 9/17 was very kind.
My guilty pleasure.. I may or may not come here at least twice a month.. food is always yummy and FRESH! Sonita is one of the best people you’ll ever meet, consider yourself lucky if you see her on your visit <3 Remember to download the app too it’s my holy grail ;)
DT was so nice and helpful! He was so happy when he interacted with us in the drive through and when he walked our food out to the vehicle. I feel like he made the absolute best of our interaction which is such a rarity with the fast food industry. He deserves a raise!
Inside order for carryout at lunchtime. A little busy but not bad. Order for 2 plates processed quickly and BOGO coupon applied correctly. Lo mein was very good. Beef & broccoli as well as the orange chicken was also very good. Quick tastefully done food. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No one cares about the waiter/waitress names, their abilities, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.
Grabbed some takeout from the drive through. Standard Panda Express quality. The food came out quickly, as expected but no issues or complaints here. Sorry no photos but I assure you, standard fare. I'm a big fan of thr chow mein and double orange chicken.

This location is usually pretty busy. We have been here several times, usually for takeout. Most times they are generous with their serving size, but they are rushing so much they don’t pay attention to what they are scooping. For example, we pay extra for a premium entree (such as pepper steak) and when they scoop the food they don’t look and make sure you are actually getting meat. So we have gotten all vegetables and two small pieces of beef when paying for the premium meat. We did make them aware of this and were given a free meal because of the mistake, so they did handle it appropriately which was appreciated. Our most recent visit they were busy, but the person passing out the to-go orders was very thorough and noticed our large order was missing things. He then went back and opened each item to figure out what exactly was missing and made sure it was all there before we left. It took an extra couple minutes, but saved us a trip back to the store because we wouldn’t have noticed until we got home and started passing out everyone’s meal. I appreciated the attention to detail despite the fact that they were busy at the time.
Panda Express is always a good stop for me. I can appreciate their style and attention to keeping things fresh. The food is good a d I don't like many fast food restaurants. I'm more of a sit down person so for them pit together the quality that they do is impressive. The menu is small which allows them to focus on quality over quantity. Many fast food places dedicated to preparing food that's ready to eat start strong but lack the quality down the stretch. Panda Express has kept with doing things the right way.
I have a love-hate relationship with Panda Express. I always regret getting it, but it's just something different in the rotation of fast food places around here, for when you're sick of burgers and fries. I find the food greasy and heavy. You always feel bloated after eating here, and 50% of the time, they get something in your order wrong. Also, the drive thru blocks the parking lot and sometimes getting out of here is a mess.
Food varies. More than half their offerings are too chili loaded and not edible. Good concept but chili saturates the best steak and shrimp dishes. Low prices but most people cannot eat the food
It’s hit and miss. The first two times that I came to Panda for lunch it was fine, but the third time food was cold and stale.
I was disappointed with the Orange Chicken, as it was overcooked and lacked the expected tenderness and flavor. The dish should allow you to enjoy the taste of the chicken, but it was so overdone that it was difficult to even bite into. This isn't the first time, so I hope to see improvements in the future.
I am a regular customer of Panda and have generally been satisfied with your service. However, I would like to formally report an unpleasant experience I had recently at one of your locations. On the day of my visit, I encountered a female employee who works in the kitchen as my information she have white Honda civic TCF 1335she is almost 5.7 and healty not too much but it is. As I was leaving the store and she was entering, there was a strong and unpleasant body odor, which made the situation uncomfortable. Additionally, although I held the door open for her as a courtesy, she responded by using inappropriate and offensive language toward me. I believe that maintaining personal hygiene, professionalism, and respectful communication is essential for employees who represent your brand and interact with customers. The behavior I experienced does not align with the standards I expect from Panda. I am sharing this feedback so that appropriate action can be taken to ensure better customer service in the future. I hope this matter will be addressed seriously, as I would like to continue being a loyal customer.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Panda Express. While ordering, the kitchen staff (Fariha) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was spoken to disrespectfully and cursed at, which is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing job. On top of that, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area, which made me very uncomfortable and seriously raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The overall behavior and environment felt chaotic and unwelcoming. This place clearly lacks proper staff training, basic manners, and attention to sanitation. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location unless management takes immediate action
I called because they always be massing up and one items always missing on my order when i talk to the manager over the phone about it they were laughing at the fact they forgot it but they cant even read an order and need to learn from that mistake
i get there at 950pm they dont have the steak, they dont have kung pao chicken, she doesnt even attempt to say anything about if theres gonna be more coming. i ordered a bigger plate w 3 entrees i had less than pieces of meat combined. my chow mein was straight veggies and 2 noodles. i was so angry, im gonna corporate monday for sure.
We lost power in a storm yesterday 5/13/25 and had to order food. Wrong choice choosing them. Order was correct and delivered timely with grbhub and I shared my meal with my 11 month old which worries me because I’ve had loose bms since .3am. I pray she doesn’t feel the same way today. I was very nauseous at 4am and took meds to help. Wont eat here again. If my baby gets sick they’ll hear from me! Ordered the fried and white rice with mushroom chicken
My order was white rice and honey walnuts shrimps and they give me fried rice and the honey walnuts, I asked them my order was white rice they took the bowl and add the white rice and just pick the shrimps from the other bowl and you can see and the picture there is no walnuts in my shrimps I requested the walnuts and Tristian told me we are out of walnuts. And I was like WHAT? Please make sure you give quality service
