Michaelangelos Pizzeria Staten Island Reviews
Decent pizzeria with good service! The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is okay — not the best pizza I've had but satisfying enough. The atmosphere is plain and could use some work. Overall a fine option for a casual meal in the neighborhood!
One of the best underrated restaurants on Staten Island, I order the shrimp parm with Nutella zeppolis and they make it the best everytime. I recommend this place to anyone, truly amazing.
Great food and very clean place. We lived service there as well
I order from here at least once a week. Sometimes I dine in, but I mostly get delivery. The pizza is always hot & fresh out the oven. Everyone is nice & delivery is usually pretty quick. & you can't beat the price!
I ordered a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was very good quality. It tasted very delicious. I am very pleased. This business does so much for the community as well. I will be supporting them in the future.
Pizza on Staten Island is Religion. It is SO EASY to mess up a simple food. Burn it, not pay attention, etc. These guys are great. I ordered a half bacon and half pepperoni pizza tonight and it was done perfectly. They said delivery in 45 minutes thay delivered in 30 minutes. Not overdone, not underdone. Just perfect. And they do this consistently.
The service was outstanding, I ordered and sat down everything was brought to the table. The pizza was really good. Most places call you to the counter to pick up your order it was real professional and great service I will go back again.
Michaelangelo Pizza really out here doing the darn thing. The pizza is always bomb! Maybe once or twice there was a hiccup but they sure know how to make a customer bounce back. The crust is darn near always cooked to PERFECTION. The flavor combination of tomato sauce and cheese - undeniably good. Pizza arrives HOT & FRESH each time. Their wings are delicious and who can go wrong with garlic knots. I usually order the Chicken Francese -- which is to die for!!!! I just wanted to thank Michaelangelo Pizza; especially Lucia for making lunch/dinner great for my family. I know we are a super picky bunch but we definitely appreciate you all!
We usually always online order for delivery or pick up. They're always on time. Everything is good on the menu. Place is small but big enough to eat in. Parking is on side of street. Customer service is great, they will remember you, it's like a local so they're great. We moved from FL, & so far our favorite pizza & wings spot in staten island. They take cash or credit.
I've only gotten their chicken Alfredo pie but it was/is AMAZING. The staff there is super sweet too. Last time I ordered a heart shaped pie and the guy on the phone (I wish I knew his name) was so sweet about it.. Even though I called back after my order. It looked and tasted great. Thank you so much ! ❤
Very thin crust, but chewy and crispy. Thin coverage of cheese and sauce, making for a dry slice. No particular flavor or seasoning. The only noticeable flavor was the crust, which seems to be brushed in an oil and oregano combination. Undersized for $2.72. I'll give this one an 80. Nothing really done wrong, but nothing notable either.
Delivered the pizza 30 mins early for kids pizza party. The school is 5 mins away walking distance. They couldn’t make the delivery on time and now the kids have cold pizza. Refused to remake pizza, the only option was a refund.
Very unlikely to ever order from again. Zippos were greasy and barely had powdered sugar. Ordered 2 slices at 3:30pm and asked if I could grab the soda that goes with the 2Slice lunch special. The woman at the register aggressively answered Angry enough for the other men working in store to stop and stare me down. "I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED ANYTHING ELSE!! SODA IS $0.50 MORE" I just asked because it said outside 2Slice lunch special and free can soda or water. I wasn't going to go back and forth over a soda but for the cashier to be instantly raged by a question politely asked. Then to see the worst Zippo ever. Greasy and barely any sugar. Won't return or refer anyone.
My issue really is about the delivery. I honestly live down the block and order here a lot in store or recently over the slice app. Now I understand I can walk my behind down the block to get my pizza however I rather pay for delivery after a certain time for my own mental health. But it seems to be an issue for the driver to get out his car to deliver the pizza to my door? And that honestly is so strange to me because in the past everything was delivered directly to my door. I also automatically tip the driver to deliver but instead I’m walking half way down the block to get my order so what’s the point of automatically tipping the driver? This is the second time this has happened to me in the past week or so. So now I’ll think twice about ordering here again. Thanks so much. Also since when does the garlic knots have red pepper flakes?
If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I don’t know if the people left but who ever is managing it now they do not know what their doing, they put people on the register who do not know how to use the card machine, the first couple of times everything was fine I went there one day and they wanted to charge me double for something I ALREADY paid for ! Now today because I honestly was boycotting them, my friend went to buy pizza and they did the same thing to him. I WILL NOT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN I DO NOT CARE HOW “good” pizza may be there are other pizza shops that charge less and taste just the same!
