I came here with my friends for some mochi donuts and this place did not disappoint. I also got their honeydew boba tea which was amazing. Their donuts were chewy in the inside while crunchy on the outside with frosting on top. I enjoyed the food and vibe of this place would recommend!

The staff is friendly and efficient. Clean and modern decor makes it a perfect spot to hang out or grab and go. Highly recommend!

Moon & Flower House is a fantastic hidden gem on Staten Island! The cheeseburger was juicy and flavorful (better than some big chains), spicy popcorn chicken crispy and addictive, and the mango pomelo sago drink super refreshing. Food is solid and fresh, service friendly and quick (great recommendations too), and the atmosphere is cute and cozy—bright, modern, perfect for a quick bite or takeout. Highly recommend for burgers, chicken, or boba—great value!

Just stopped in here out of curiosity and hunger. I have to say, this place is phenomenal. I had their spicy chicken sandwich and a Kane Onigiri. The onigiri was so fresh and delicious. The rice was seasoned perfectly. The chicken sandwich was incredible. Clearly cooked to order. Crispy, crunchy, juicy. Definitely coming back soon.

Moon and Flower House is a total hidden gem in Staten Island! The service is friendly, and the fried chicken is some of the best around—perfectly crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. I love that they leave the box slightly open so the steam doesn't make the breading soggy; it’s a small detail that makes a huge difference. ​The only downside is the parking, as the tiny lot is a major pain to navigate. If you can handle the tight squeeze, the food is absolutely worth the trip!

This place is not bad for what it is. My wife and I ordered (1B) Spicy chicken sandwich + wings and a drink combo and (2A) Fried pork sandwich + Fries and a drink. The packaging is so cute! The food wasn’t bad. We only waited 8-10 min for our food. The chicken sandwich is a bit on the dry side and not a lot of meat, other than that 1B was fairly decent. As for 2A the pork was thin but they gave two pieces of pork in the sandwich I prefer the Fried Pork over the chicken sandwich. The fruit drinks that we ordered for the combo was pretty good. (Peach and Passionfruit) For a soft opening this place is not bad. I would definitely come back when this place officially grand open.

If you are someone who enjoys Vivi Bubble Tea, Kung Fu Tea, Yaya Tea, or just any bubble tea shop in general, then this is worth checking out. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere of the entire establishment is just so calm. There's places to sit, and a nice collection of various pokemon plushies displayed on the wall. It is very minimalistic, yet the aesthetic is on point without a doubt. Staff is very kind and attentive, someone is always at the register waiting for the next customer, no wait time at all. It wasn't very crowded, which is nice if you are there to do some studying or remote work of some kind. However, seating is very limited, so if it were to become crowded, you'd be out of luck almost immediately. Most people are in-and-out, some stay for 15-30min on average from what I had observed on a Sunday afternoon. However, the environment is very cozy and relaxing, it's kind of tough to get up. The drink menu and food options are very attractive. So many things to choose from, with unique names and looks. I had ordered, and within a matter of 5-10min, I received everything I had ordered, which is actually REALLY fast compared to some other bubble tea shops I have been to. The drinks are not overly sweet, in fact, it's just perfect the way they make it. I am not someone who likes too much sweets, so this was literally the perfect balance for me to enjoy. Food was hot and delicious, I finished it so quickly. Even though it was a snack, I was pretty full, and that was satisfactory for me. I knocked a star off for two reasons: lack of seating, and pricing option. As I mentioned before: It wasn't crowded on a Sunday afternoon, however if it were to become crowded, you wouldn't find a place to sit here. It's very spacious, so it is capable of having a bit more seating, but I suppose maybe it's better to have some space to keep it comfortable. Pricing though, like everywhere else, is a bit much. The portion sizes are acceptable, however I had bought 4 items and easily spent $30 instantly. From what I saw, most customers were teenagers and college students, who probably can't just buy 4 items and have money left over, so in a way, the pricing isn't fair. I wish it was a bit more affordable in that regard, because I can tell this is a hotspot for teenagers to hang out after school. Overall, I will come back. I enjoyed the drink I had, and the food was good too. I may not come every day, but if I am in the area, or craving bubble tea, Moon & Flower House would come to mind. Definitely check it out, experience it for yourself!!

I really love the fries cause they were fresh and crispy. Not the biggest fan of the pork cutlet. But imma order from uber eats more to try their other stuff. Definitely a spot to visit and I love how cute it looks.

The fried pork sandwich taste so different from other places because they added lemon to it and I find that super yummy compare to no flavor fried pork. The takoyaki was salty when I tried it but my mom said it wasn't salty at all. Their french fries, like their fried pork sandwich, was so addicting. It was the right amount of crispy and the right amount of flavor bursting. The passion fruit tea was pretty decent. Would highly recommend and eat here again. The prices is pretty fair for their amazing quality.

I ordered the takoyaki and onigiri. Takoyaki was on point bonito flakes were a bit too hard to chew on. Onigiri 🍙 was a bit dry. There was no enough filling but it was still tasty with the spicy mayo sauce. I hope next time I get it. It can have more filling. ❤️

GREAT deals if youre looking for a boba/american food combo but the food is very mid. Leaves much to be desired. Also no bathroom is a deal breaker. Great for high schoolers looking to get bang for your buck. Otherwise meh.

Place is clearly not ready to be open for business, short of staff and menu items, 80% of the were cross out and only take out is available. Staff was not able to provide accurate waiting time for the food I ordered which caused me to wait for much longer than she told me. Plus, there is no AC but it is technically not a requirement for business even in summer I guess🥵. Luckily there are some stores around you can go to kill time. Would not recommend going there to order in person. Probably phone or online order if that’s an option. Ended up waiting for almost 1 hour for my chicken burger order. I guess they started from egg hatching🐣 and making their own oil, flour and all other ingredients from the very beginning. Food itself is fine, but definitely not worth the wait. I could have found a nice restaurant and enjoy a full course dinner 🫠 plus there are shake shack and Staten Island mall food court nearby, which they have not just indoor seating but also full menu items and most importantly, AC. And lastly, the price is similar.

We’re walking in and order at 12:15, chicken sandwiche, ramen noodles, the cashier was busy and forgot 1 more order, I didn’t note it until my son saw the receipt where is it his chicken nuggets? I’m sorry they didn’t hear well and forgot about it. Unfortunately they let me waiting for the fast food over 35 minutes, I have to run for the doctor appointment I told her cashier, she told me have to waiting for 15 more minutes and say not only I ordered food, a lots people ordered it, the reason is no one around me?? I told her only me here why you don’t do my first? After 40 minutes waiting the ramen noodles soup is cold, I throw it out.👎
