Great food but poor and rushed service. Better to walk in, never order online or on the phone. They don’t send everything you paid for and if you call to let them know they will make an excuse about anything. The driver got a flat. Anything to not send what you paid for. After waiting 2 hours for delivery. I recommend to walk in only.

Another unsatisfied customer! According to most of the reviews we can all agree that they have bad customer service. Their food is salty and not even all that. Also the potato balls are no longer good, they taste horrible now. Very disrespectful food place. Let them serve their own kind and stop supporting them.

Be prepared to wait extremely long for your food. You’ll receive cold food and soggy tostones. Also they don’t follow directions.

Delivery took 1 hour and forty five minutes. When I call the second time they wouldn’t answer the phone just let it go to voice mail. Horrible service, will never order from here again.

If I could give this place zero stars, Horrible service I went in there to get food and I told her I was allergic to eggs. They sent it back and they took the eggs off already knowing my food The was contaminated with eggs. She tried to give me a whole allergic reaction. Don’t ever go to this establishment. A jam and when we already walked in, she had a nasty attitude. If you didn’t wanna come to work, you could’ve stood home.

Chicken wasn’t cleaned it stunk food was not seasoned at all I asked for them to keep my food crispy by putting holes in the plastic they didn’t even listen I will never order again! Do better!

They work like molasses. The workers intentionally work slow and inefficient. You could literally watch paying dry faster than they work. I waited 30 minutes for a single combo platter. Literally one platter. All their food is prepared They don’t know what they’re doing. Unless it’s because I’m a white guy picking up an order. Certainly seems racially motivated. Which seems to be the case as people of color were all prioritized

I ordered over the phone at 6:15 pm its now 7:48 pm almost a 2 hours wait for one order. I spoke to the Manager he said they're super busy and doesn't have enough money to pay someone else to do delivery. I suggested the guy delivers 4 orders at a time instead of 10 or 20. The Manager said the option is to order Uber or Doordash to get it faster. I mean waiting 2 hours for one order that's crazy. Clearly they don't know how to manage

I ordered 2 alcapurrias today and this is what I received I actually ordered 3 thankfully they didn’t give me the third one because this is not like any alcapurria I’ve ever had in my life it was disgusting and I actually threw up not too long after eating some of it I’m disappointed and I would not recommend them I don’t know what happened today I’ve eaten here many times but this isn’t acceptable.
