I had ordered an Oreo shake, along with a Buttermilk Ranch Bacon Burger during the recent Dallaska 2026 freeze and due to the freeze, chose to walk to IHOP from a close by motel rather than drive. When I got there. The burger was ready. They told me they were out of Oreos and I happily said a Cinnamon shake would do. I proceeded to sit and wait for about 30 minutes for them to make a small shake for me to eat my burger with. Now, after calling into the corporate IHOP # and leaving a complaint as well as reviewing the situation in its entirety, I realized a shake request in this weather probably was a bit weird. They might’ve had the machine off and had to do more to get it going or something. I’m also grateful IHOP was open at all during the inclement weather. Either way, I very quickly received a call from the Branch Manager, Pam who was looking to make the situation right. I asked if I could come back the next day and try getting the same or similar meal again. I returned and they had everything ready and made me one of the best burgers I’ve had while eating out, in some time. They take pride in their work here and I highly recommend you stop by and check them out!
IHOP has great selections on its menu. This location was spotlessly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My meal of bacon, eggs and pancakes was exactly how I expected them, hot, fresh and flavorful.
Had to come review after the great service from Ramon, he was awesome and made our night! Great food too!
RJ is absolutely the man. Took care of us and our friend who wasn’t feeling to good. Will definitely be coming back

We went during the week and didn't expect to have great service but boy were we wrong. The food was excellent and the waitress was by far the best waitress I have had in a very long time. She was extremely attentive and made sure everything was as we wanted it and we never had to ask for anything. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves a raise. All waitresses should strive to be as good as she was.

Great service from the time we walked in the door she greeted (D. Lee) us with a huge smile and a warm welcome. She waited on us with a smile a made sure we had everything we needed. Her energy was amazing! She made my dining experience a great one!

The I-30/Collins location is our favorite iHop restaurant. Always get taken care by friendly staff and the food is awesome. Today, we were served by Hailey and the Manager was Monica. Both ladies were very friendly and efficient with the service and the food was delicious. Great job guys ! Christopher and Michelle Rhoades
It’s my birthday and assistant mgr Xavier overcame every adversity and provided us with exceptional service that may often be imitated but simply cannot be duplicated. Our drinks stayed as full as he made our tummies and hearts. 10/10 recommend this location bc of him!

My 3 kids and I went for breakfast. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay and eat because my son threw a huge tantrum for hurting his knee (no one’s fault) so I asked to pay for the drinks at the host stand and asked if I could please get some of the drinks to go. The kindness that we received from every single one of these employees from the host to the server to the manager was impeccable. The host even gave me a bag with creamer and sugar to take with me. I was so stressed with my kid crying and they made everything so much better. From this stressed mom, Thank you!!!

Came in the middle of night after a concert, and received great service from our waiter, Dell. Food was terrific, and I got a freshly brewed coffee. I cleaned my plate!

Came last week late night. Waiter was nice, helped us whenever we needed. The food was good and hot, but they forgot the sauce on my omelette.
