This place was something new to me new type of furniture new look even down to the menu but prices are still the same but let's face your paying a different type of eating this ain't Mc Donald's . I had something similar to brekdfast sampler I wanted to see if I could keep it under $20.00 and did just that without being greedy I had 2 eggs 2 strip s of bacon a side of toast and a hot chocolate 🍫 plus orange juice and dam it came out to $14.00 if took 2 more items away I probably could have done $10 and with a tip kept my budget of $20.00 in range . Yea yea yea call me cheapo cheapeeee I still got money in my pocket lol .my breakfast was perfect my eggs to perfect bacon fried just pancakes good go to I hop definitely worth it .

We stopped by IHOP for breakfast and had a great experience! We were greeted and seated quickly, and the restaurant was very clean. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our server, Ema, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—she truly made our visit special. Please give her a raise! We’ll definitely be back.

I had the most delicious breakfast at IHOP this morning. Vanessa the adorable waitress gave me excellent customer service. I would highly recommend asking for her the next time anyone goes to this IHOP. Also,the coffee ☕️ and hasbrowns were so delicious 😋! I highly recommend this IHOP for anyone's next breakfast outing or even for dinner. Excellent atmosphere, too!!

I had ordered an Oreo shake, along with a Buttermilk Ranch Bacon Burger during the recent Dallaska 2026 freeze and due to the freeze, chose to walk to IHOP from a close by motel rather than drive. When I got there. The burger was ready. They told me they were out of Oreos and I happily said a Cinnamon shake would do. I proceeded to sit and wait for about 30 minutes for them to make a small shake for me to eat my burger with. Now, after calling into the corporate IHOP # and leaving a complaint as well as reviewing the situation in its entirety, I realized a shake request in this weather probably was a bit weird. They might’ve had the machine off and had to do more to get it going or something. I’m also grateful IHOP was open at all during the inclement weather. Either way, I very quickly received a call from the Branch Manager, Pam who was looking to make the situation right. I asked if I could come back the next day and try getting the same or similar meal again. I returned and they had everything ready and made me one of the best burgers I’ve had while eating out, in some time. They take pride in their work here and I highly recommend you stop by and check them out!

We went during the week and didn't expect to have great service but boy were we wrong. The food was excellent and the waitress was by far the best waitress I have had in a very long time. My 3 kids and I went for breakfast. Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay and eat because my son threw a huge tantrum for hurting his knee (no one’s fault) so I asked to pay for the drinks at the host stand and asked if I could please get some of the drinks to go. The kindness that we received from every single one of these employees from the host to the server to the manager was impeccable. The host even gave me a bag with creamer and sugar to take with me. I was so stressed with my kid crying and they made everything so much better. From this stressed mom, Thank you!!!

Went late after a concert they had actually dine in avaliable. The waffle house down the street didn't. The place was short staffed but our host was doing her best to handle everyone there. Friendly service the food was what you expect at 2 AM breakfast spot.

We were in Dallas for a basketball tournament. I suggested IHOP for breakfast, so some of the girls and parents could get together. The restaurant was dirty. Our shoes stuck to the floor, and they needed to sweep. Also, a strand of someone's hair was on the table. We were seated for 20 minutes before I had to get the manager so someone could take our drink order. The manager took our drink and food order on a piece of paper but never put it in the system. Three more people arrived in our party, and that's when the waitress came out to take their order and also confirm our order as she was putting it in. I was so disgusted that I didn't order anything. If it weren't for the other people in our party showing up, my daughter and I would have left.

I was fed up I didn’t want to cause a scene so I asked for the manager. MR XAVIER was very nice , attentive & seemed to care about his job . He was kind enough to take some amount off the tab he apologized for the confusion that it had been a long day but that’s no excuse I said no I understand & gave him & the other kind lady a 5$ tip each if you want good service ask for Mr Xavier ! Or anybody else but Juan b . Thank you for making the situation a little better

Not enough staff, they lost our order, had to come retake our orders.. 15mins later they had to come and had to go over orders to make sure everything was correct, and at the end they kept bringing plates that were not ours. Manager was no help at all. Food was not good

I came here around 3:00 a.m. on a Sunday with my sister expecting the basic level of service you’d assume from a 24-hour diner. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for about five minutes with no acknowledgment from staff. When someone finally came over, it wasn’t to seat us; it was to tell us they were going through a shift change and had already seated their last table until 4:30 a.m. In other words, they simply weren’t serving customers for an hour and a half. This is extremely frustrating and defeats the entire purpose of advertising as a 24-hour diner. If customers can’t be seated for that long in the middle of the night, then it’s not truly 24 hours. What makes it worse is that this isn’t the first time. This is my second attempt in the past two years to eat at this location at around the same time on the same day, and both times I was denied seating just by different employees. That points to a clear management and operational issue, not a one-off situation. Overall, the location feels poorly managed, understaffed, and the customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. If you’re hungry late at night, I’d recommend going somewhere else rather than risking being turned away from a “24-hour” restaurant that apparently stops serving customers for 90 minutes during a shift change.
