such a fun day at bww!! the vibes were great, drinks were actually so good, and our bartender daniel was amazing. he was super chill, super friendly, and kept checking on us the whole time. def one of the best experiences i’ve had there. will 100% be coming back!!

I'm a regular since this place is the only spot on campus where I can properly study. The bar has outlets, which makes it perfect for multi-hour long study sessions and the free refills on drinks helps as well. Probably the best food on campus and the best atmosphere. Lots of TV's so there is always something to watch, and staff are always helpful and ready to take my order hen I'm ready. Shout out to Daniel at the bar, he's chill and very professional

Had an awesome time at Buffalo Wild Wings! The food was on point as always—crispy wings, flavorful sauces, and ice-cold drinks. But what really made the experience stand out was our server, Trevor. He was seriously great—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. You could tell he actually cared about giving us a good experience. Rece changed my life. I think this is the start of the rest of my life and she is the love interest. Her as my server was a true meet cute moment. My food came fast and delicious. She even refilled my water when it was low. Incredible attitude. 10/10 would come again and 100/10 would marry her.

We recently visited the new Stephenville BWW. We sat at the bar which was very busy, but the service was spot on. Ashley A, the bartender working our area, was very attentive to our needs. She recommended the Chicken Parm Melt sandwich. It was huge and was really good! We will be back to try out some other menu items.

This was my first time in this location and I had such a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was lively and the whole restaurant looked spotless. We were greeted immediately as we entered by an inviting smile. He gave us our menus and then proceeded to tell us about their new limited edition wings, which by the way I loved the new Buffalo bleu flavor! I would definitely be coming back to this establishment, especially since I was impressed by their waiter (Mason) who was very friendly and accommodating.

I had the absolute best experience dining here, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing waitress, Ema! From the moment we were seated, she brought such good vibes—super friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Came in for lunch today & was just getting seated as 2 school busses flocked the restaurant with over 50 students. Our food took a little longer than expected & I understand due to such a big crowd unexpectedly showing up but Sherry the manager stopped by our table to make sure our food still came out hot & fresh as it did & our drinks were full! That says alot for her observations while running food, drinks - changing TV stations I even seen her behind the bar helping the bartender. Thank you BWW & staff for making sure our lunch was satisfactory under such pressure we will definitely be back...

Second visit. Server much improved over last visit. The place was completely full thus I believe that impacted food service times a lot. Server kept drinks full and was attentive throughout the visit. Good was good and enjoyed watching March Madness basketball. Uses the patio and corn hole boards area place to linger and finish up watching the game without taking up a table.

Not only was my food delicious,my waitress was very attentive and focused and always kept my drinks refilled. She made sure my husband and I were taken care of at all times. My friend and I wanted to order a mixed drink from the zero proof section of the drink menus. We were not expecting to be carded as the drink we wanted contained no alcohol. Our male server then told us that we were going to be carded due to them being placed in alcoholic glasses. When we questioned it he claimed it “is a state law.” No where were we able to find does the state required people to be carded for the use of a glass. The server lied to us. Kinda crazy.

The server took our order and delivered it to the bartender who was standing around talking to people. I went up to the bar and saw pur ticket and asked about it. The lady behind the bar just kind of stuffed it off and continued to talk to whoever was sitting at the bar. 15 minutes later, we got our warm beers. This was on Wednesday, April 9, at lunchtime. Again. I have never experienced such a lazidazical attitude in a bartender. To top it off, our food order was completely wrong. This is a cool place. However, it seems like the employees need to take their jobs seriously.

Even then they said they were contacting corporate to help fix the rewards issue but have heard nothing since then. Ordered different flavors of wings and they all came out mixed together. Since they were different heat levels they all looked the same. If it were for all adults not a problem but my 12yo daughter was eating them with her dad. Needless to say, her lunch was ruined on her 2nd wing because she got the hotter one. We asked the server as soon as they were delivered about them being 2 flavors and being mixed. She was no help, looked at them and said " I think the darker ones are the hotter ones" and then walked away. There were no darker ones, at least not that the 3 of could tell. My wings were cold and the fried pickles were gooey because they were under cooked. The oboe good thing about the meal was the chips and dip trio. Also, gave the server my phone number fir my rewards account but she'd didn't put in. Over a week later and the visit isn't in my rewards account. Reached out to customer service twice and have not heard back. Very disappointing.

This Buffalo Wild Wings always finds a way to mess up a to go order. We had a good meal in person, really slow service but tasted perfect. But we’ve ordered out 5 times and sometimes wrong everytime. Dry rub seasoning missing. All the wings plain. This time since it’s bogo boneless wings we ended up With over cooked dry wings, like they had been sitting neglected for awhile. I was honestly so disappointed with the type of service me and my friends received. We were so excited to try out this new place. Our order got taken to the table, however I noticed mine was the wrong order and I notified the other sever about this. I got it fixed which was no problem, however everyone else on the table has finished their plate due to my order being remade. Once our server, Anna brought back my correct order she then asked us how the bill will be separated. We told her and when she came back with our tickets she immediately asks us how are we tipping her. We weren’t sure yet at the moment since it happened so fast and I was still not finished with my plate. We felt very rushed and we felt uncomfortable afterwards. Once we were checked out. She then told a different table how her last table (which was us) didn’t leave a tip. Mind you, she said this as we were still there since we were discussing much we should leave for her. We felt judged and were very rude of her to say. Only one of us left a tip and she got offended anyways since she claims we still didn’t tip her. She created a scene raising her voice about not tipping your servers. We still decided to leave at least something that we could do and she seemed unappreciated. This was very rude of her and not professional.

I’ve been twice since they’ve opened (first time: Saturday night; second time: Wednesday lunch). Both times, the restaurant only had about 5-6 tables sat. The Saturday night I went, party of 2, and I asked to sit outside. The hostess rolled her eyes and sat us as requested. After 15 minutes of no one checking on us (there was one other party outside that had been checked on 3 times since we were sat), I went to find the hostess. She wasn’t at the front, but at the bar, with 4 other employees, hanging out. I asked if she’d let our server know they had been sat, and she looked around, going “Uhh, uhh…”. Then I said, “We’d like to have someone come wait on us, please.” The girl that ended up waiting on us actually wasn’t bad, but poor girl was the only one doing any work. I noticed she was waiting on all the tables within my sight, running food, and sweeping. I made mention of it to her when we checked out, “Girl, you’re the only one here doing any work tonight.” The food was fine…nothing amazing, but nothing awful. We also had bar drinks. I was really surprised BWW was so slow on a Saturday night. It was my third choice after seeing Fuzzy’s and Bosque Tap House were packed. I decided to give BWW another shot a week and a half later for lunch. This hostess was nicer. We were greeted by our server in a timely manner, but after that, the service was not great. Our server spent most of her time hanging out by the bar, conversing with staff. Another table she was serving had to flag her down for their ticket, and wait to pay. We had to flag her down for drink refills. She walked by later as I was getting my wallet out to pay, looked at me and kept walking. I had to get her attention to get my ticket. She later dropped the card reader, gave me instructions to pay, and then left. Again, food was fine. This place should be crazy busy based on location, drinks, decently priced lunch menu, happy hour, and sports-bar atmosphere. After experiencing how staff doesn’t care about providing quality service, I understand why they only have a few tables at peak hours.

Give it some time! They still have a lot of issues to work out. We sat at the bar, and it took over an hour before they asked for our drink order. They never took our food order. When we asked for our ticket, it never came. To put the cherry on top, the bartender was picking her nose like digging for gold in that sucker AND NOT WASHING HER HANDS AFTER!!!!!! While continuing to make drinks for guest Hopefully, they will improve in about a month.

Last time I'm bringing my family to this location. Service was excellent!. Buy one get one and points are not valid here. What a failure. Used to get buy one get one free bone in wings and get points for purchases in Stephenville. Was informed that the T college owns this BWW. So let's recap that day. I get an email that says, bogo today which is Tuesday (buy one get one free). I walk in and the advertisement on their TV says get points for purchases. I had an additional reward of an extra 250 points which I couldn't redeem, couldn't use points for discounts and lost 11 dollars in a savings that I would get for bogo. Got the bog50 percent off. $5.50 or so lost out and received no points as they can't take my phone number either. No advisements that you can't get points, in fact to the contrary. I go about once a month to BWW. Between 50-100 dollars a month. But not even one more time, until they start following the corporate policy. Bathroom had non functional paper towel dispensers. Had a roll just hanging out on top of one of them. And the fries that came with the burger was a pitiful amount. Frustrating experience. Unless I'm reimbursed and given the points and apologized to, we will not return. And this is not my normal mode. But I'm willing to forgive if they fix their problem. Update 6 days later. It would appear ownership is not interested in responding to this. This is a significant failure. I used their website that others had been told, to get problems fixed : I tried to submit this. We stopped at the Stephenville location Thursday 4-24 for a quick dinner before softball playoff games in Glen Rose. It was not quick by any means. The place was maybe a quarter full and the hostess had to go check if a server was available to seat us. We were finally seated and waited maybe 5 minutes for our order to be taken. Ordered a soft drink and 2 drinks from the bar. Got the soft drink immediately. After about 15 minutes our server came by and said “just waiting on the bartender for your beer and drink”. We were watching the bartender stand at a table chatting with college kids who by the way received 2 rounds of drinks in this time. After 30 minutes of no drinks and not seeing our server again we asked a different server to speak to a manager who came out and went to the bar and made our drinks. Received our food but not our appetizer. One order of 6 wings came with 5 wings. By the time we received our food we had been there 2 hours. We were able to eat a little while finishing our drinks and then asked for to go boxes in order to make the softball games on time. Oh and our appetizer came while we were waiting on to go boxes!! We literally arrived here 3 and a half hours before game time and got to the game 10 minutes before the start of the game and didn’t even have time to finish our meal. This location could be great with better service

My fiancee and I were excited to have a Buffalo wild wings in our home town, because we have enjoyed it at several other locations. We gave lunch a try the first time.We sat inside. We ordered cheddar bites as an appetizer and they weren't bad. Then we ordered Wings, and they were awful. Dry and old tasting. Our service was very slow. Then, a few weeks later on a Sunday late afternoon, we decided to go for a snack and a couple of beers. We sat outside this time. It took forever to get our drinks, and they weren't that busy. Our food was cold and took forever. We had received a gift card and when checking out we were told this location doesn't accept them. Everything about this location needs improvement!

Me and my friends went for dinner. Not even to watch the game but we knew we chose a bad time so it was gonna be a wait. We surprisingly get seated immediately. 10 minutes in they come to our table with someone else’s food and we haven’t even ordered yet. 25 minutes in we finally find out who our waitress is. Me and a friend go to the bathroom and one of the stalls is locked for a long time. An employee walks out and my friend walks in and says she can smell the cart (weed pen) the employee was smoking. 40min in we put our entire order (appetizer, drinks, and entree) in with the girl in charge of seating tables. 50mins in we get water from a waiter that is not our own. 55 mins in our waiter comes out with a second set of waters she says “sorry about the wait. You should’ve seen us earlier we couldn’t even seat people”. An 1hr in we’re getting hangry and watching people leave who’ve already been serviced. 1hr 15mins in the waitress says “sorry about the wait you’re ticket is next in line”. We have watched this whole place nearly empty out, people who’ve walked in after us get food before us, waiters and cooks pausing to watch the game, and the ice in our waters melt. 1hr and 30mins (no food just water) in we decide it isn’t worth it anymore and we leave. I don’t know if she was on the whole “college kids don’t tip”, had too many tables, didn’t like P.O.C., or just genuinely forgot or didn’t care. But if we stayed longer I fear we would’ve been there long after closing time. She came to our table max 3-4 times and had whole conversations with other tables. I don’t think we’ll ever come back at all or on a day like today. I don’t know what happened from the first semester to the second but it sucks now

The WORST!! Save your $$ & go somewhere else. Unfriendly host, at table for 10mins before waiter showed up to take drink order (BTW only 2 other tables w/ 2 people at each), we had 4 people at our table. All 3 drinks empty - had to fill 1 Pepsi myself, NO HELP w/ getting the other 2 sweet tea's filled. Finally waiter brought them out. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience because we go 3-4x a week to Buffalo Wild Wings in Terrell. PS- got told this location is owed by the college.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced… we sat down and were quick to get our drinks ordered.. a water, a kids sprite, and a sweet tea. There was only 3 of us.. we waited to order food for 35 mins because she would go to every table besides ours. No big deal, I can be patient.. iv been in the service most of my life. No worries. Well after about another 35 mins, she noticed not that our drinks had been empty, but that we still didn’t have our food. Meanwhile she’s off dilly dallying with a table of guys that came in well after us. She knew we had waited to order.. said she would rush the order and that she was sorry.. no problem. Iv been there I get it.. but then everyone around us that came in after us started to get their food. Finally after about 45 mins our food FINALLY came out. But it was WRONG.. missing items.. and my drink was still empty. We expressed to her that we were upset and something needs to be done.. essentially told her we don’t want to wait another hour for the to re make our food, so we would eat what was brought to the table.. I didn’t eat anything besides my fry’s that looked like they had been sitting out all day. It was pitiful. My wings were cold. I didn’t want to eat chicken that had been sitting out, due to the fear of bacteria.. she at this point is avoiding our table lol the plague. I just want a box for my daughter’s food and the check so we can go home.She has told us she would take the wings off, and when we received the check nothing had been taken off.. I’m literally speechless. We were just ready to get out of there, we paid, tipped $5 and left. We will NEVER be back. I can assure you that! Almost 2 hours in that place was absurd!!

Very slow service. Spoke to the manager 3 times to get my drinks and food. Barely saw waitress. Had to go to bar to get my own drinks. Food was cold when it finally came out. Fries were cold and stale. Took forever to get drinks, I ordered an old fashioned. Pretty sure it was just whiskey and water. Horrible service at this location with no G.A.S. from management.

Went on a Sunday night, no biggie. Nothing major happening in town like sporting events etc.. Walked in and there are plenty of open tables but there is a 25 minute wait. So we are finally seated and it took 15 mins for a waitress. We order drinks and chips and salsa. 25 mins goes by. I start looking around, a good solid 85% of the tables that had customers had no food or empty glasses. After another 15 mins and still nothing we asked to have our order cancelled and left. Rough night for the Bfubs team…. You’re in a college town and can’t find help?

15 minute wait as soon as we walked in and half of the restaurant is empty. I asked the host why we couldn’t be seated and she said they didn’t want to overload the servers. Which I understand that. We finally got sat and it took another 20 mins for us to have a server come talk to us and take our drinks. Then it took another 10 minutes for our drinks to come out. Meanwhile our server was only attending to one other table besides ours. I talk to the manager and she said they were still getting used to being busy. And she said they had 5 servers on staff while the restaurant at that point was under halfway full. She didn’t apologize or anything, she simply just said thank you and walked away when I wasn’t even finished talking. Will not be going to eat there again. In addition to that, when we did finally get our food it was cold. Would not recommend anyone to eat there

As a long-time local, I was genuinely excited when a B-Dubs opened here. Unfortunately, that excitement didn’t last. The first time my wife and I went, we were told there was an hour wait, even though we could easily see a dozen empty tables. I understand staffing issues, but if you can’t seat people, maybe don’t open that many tables in the first place. We gave it another shot a few weeks later. We were seated quickly, which was promising, but that’s where things stopped improving. It took about 10 minutes before our server came by, and another 15 before we even got our drinks: a lukewarm draft beer and a margarita that tasted like straight mixer. We both ordered wings, and they were honestly disappointing at best. We paid and left, hoping maybe it was just an off night. Then I received a BWW gift card, so we decided to try again. Same drink quality, same food quality, same lackluster service. And to top it off, when I went to pay, I was told they “aren’t allowed” to accept gift cards not purchased at their location because they’re tied to the college. At that point, I was done. After giving this place two real chances, I won’t be stepping foot in there again, and I’ll tell anyone who asks to steer clear.

This was my first time visiting this location, and it was extremely disappointing. I’ve been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and usually enjoy it, so I expected the same here. The only decent part of the meal was the Buffalo chicken dip appetizer. The wings were terrible. I ordered Spicy Garlic (new to me) and Lemon Pepper (my usual). The Spicy Garlic might just not be my preference, but the Lemon Pepper had no excuse — they were dry, tiny, and just not good. We didn’t even finish the food. Service was ok. We had our order mixed up but I didn’t get a water refill until right before we left, and only because I asked. I do appreciate the lady asking me and noticing that we weren't to thrilled about the spicy gralic. Anyways when we went to pay, I tried using a Buffalo Wild Wings gift card (the main reason we came), and was told they don’t accept gift cards, which made no sense. Overall, I won’t be coming back to this location.

I’ve been twice since they’ve opened (first time: Saturday night; second time: Wednesday lunch). Both times, the restaurant only had about 5-6 tables sat. The Saturday night I went, party of 2, and I asked to sit outside. The hostess rolled her eyes and sat us as requested. After 15 minutes of no one checking on us (there was one other party outside that had been checked on 3 times since we were sat), I went to find the hostess. She wasn’t at the front, but at the bar, with 4 other employees, hanging out. I asked if she’d let our server know they had been sat, and she looked around, going “Uhh, uhh…”. Then I said, “We’d like to have someone come wait on us, please.” The girl that ended up waiting on us actually wasn’t bad, but poor girl was the only one doing any work. I noticed she was waiting on all the tables within my sight, running food, and sweeping. I made mention of it to her when we checked out, “Girl, you’re the only one here doing any work tonight.” The food was fine…nothing amazing, but nothing awful. We also had bar drinks. I was really surprised BWW was so slow on a Saturday night. It was my third choice after seeing Fuzzy’s and Bosque Tap House were packed. I decided to give BWW another shot a week and a half later for lunch. This hostess was nicer. We were greeted by our server in a timely manner, but after that, the service was not great. Our server spent most of her time hanging out by the bar, conversing with staff. Another table she was serving had to flag her down for their ticket, and wait to pay. We had to flag her down for drink refills. She walked by later as I was getting my wallet out to pay, looked at me and kept walking. I had to get her attention to get my ticket. She later dropped the card reader, gave me instructions to pay, and then left. Again, food was fine. This place should be crazy busy based on location, drinks, decently priced lunch menu, happy hour, and sports-bar atmosphere. After experiencing how staff doesn’t care about providing quality service, I understand why they only have a few tables at peak hours.
