Dunkin' Stone Ridge Reviews
Amazing staff, very clean store front. My drink was piping hot.
As a customer, I look back on the line and see that the employees work hard, food is usually made right, fast, and expedited efficiently. Everytime I walk in it is busy with either people in line or online orders. These stellar employees truly don't get paid enough for their work load, consider giving them a raise if your CEO isn't greedy(unlikely). When you walk in give em a smile, and a wave, they're people too.
Food was good, coffee was good, but they get five stars for professionally and effectively dealing with the entitled Karen that came in after me. Kudos to the staff for having to put up with that nonsense AND for doing it while maintaining professionalism. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The early AM shift is SO GOOD. Fast, accurate. Like ninjas, but friendly! They know you need to be somewhere and they're gonna have your stuff READY.
Definitely one of the better dunkin chains to go to. Staff are friendly, and the coffee is good.
The staff make this chain a better stop than most. They are kind and friendly to kids, and the rest of us too but wow. Really nice and accommodating to kids. I saw 2 kids under 10 get service and help from 3 people who gave them the experience of being important customers and treated as though they were any other customer with kindness and respect as though they were an adult. It was refreshing to see good people give kids a chance to be "normal" and yet treated well. It may seem small, but it made me happy.
Staff consistently friendly and fast. Always appreciate the munchkin love!

Prices seem higher than other dunkin' donuts.
Ok. This Dunkin donuts seems to be the one we go to in stone ridge NY.. definitely no problems. If it's a glitch and it's the one in ellenville I'm reviewing, then disregard and imagine I put negative stars!
My friend purchased a drink late in the evening & received accurate, friendly & quick service. Definitely going back in the future & recommend anyone else to go as well.
This is a typical corporate Dunkin Donuts located in a small town strip mall... Actually, the only strip mall in town. The service is good, the people are friendly, lines move quickly, and everything seems fresh. Ironically, I've never tried the donuts. I typically just get the morning egg wraps, which are always as fresh as precooked eggs could be. All things aside, this Dunkin donuts is at the center of a very small town with few inexpensive eateries. It is therefore a welcome respite from the several overpriced, higher-end restaurants which cater to the weekend crowd.

Food is great, drinks are good, service is usually slow. Staff is sometimes strange. Love going here and getting coffee and donuts with my friends before and after school. Would get more stars if the service was better.
Been going to the Stone Ridge Dunken for a while now. Generally have good experiences but there is a countless amount of times I dont receive all items I order online. With no prompt from workers upon pick up that there were items that were out of stock. Get home and open the bags and missing 10 to 15 dollars worth of food. When I call about these issues they save the ticket and give me the items I ordered at a later time. But that doesn't help me when im already home trying to have breakfast.

I'm not impressed. The WiFi didn't work, the staff were a bit unfriendly and didn't know much about anything outside of what I could read on the menu, and the place had a hole in the wall vibe. Also, when the WiFi didn't work and I tried to switch to cell, it was COMPLETELY dead (but full bars on the parking lot, which was weird).
Staff has been really rude for no reason. I’m going to assume there was a bad experience with someone who came in before me but they acted like I was stupid for asking a straightforward question about a drink. Staff will hold up the line having extended conversations with people who have already completed their orders. I really don’t care if people wanna talk, doesn’t bother me, just maybe take the order of the next person while talking so we aren’t all late to work. I used to come here on the way to work for the convenience, but I’m just going to wait until I get to Kingston now and go to the Starbucks. I don’t feel comfortable coming back here.

What the hay!! Worse experience ever!! Hardly any chocolate on the Boston cream doughnut... both the pineapple and blue raspberry coolotas we're disgustingly sour! The sausage sandwich looked like school breakfast food... safe to say I will stick to a different DD even though it's further...
I literally signed into my Google account just to leave a review. I just got my order with frozen eggs in it. It was like biting into an ice cube. I’m not one to complain, but this is the second time this has happened in three visits. Once is an accident twice is a pattern. I have no intention of stopping here again.
Three separate occasions to get coffee- all hot coffees tasted burnt and undrinkable. I reached out to Dunkin who contacted store manager- took three days for management to get back to me. All she said was sorry and would check to make sure protocol was followed. I alerted corporate to her response and nothing, not even a free cup of coffee or offer to come back and try them out. Will not go back to this location
Mobile order,My food and reciept were crumpled and thrown on the bottom of the counter,my drink was in the tray and no one was around my bagel was crushed the employees should be checked
The lady petted and rubbed all over a customer’s puppy and then made my coffee without gloves. So gross! Also three toasted bagels were not toasted. Waste of money and waste of time
