Close this location asap they will not serve you after a certain time even if they arent closed. Would not recommend anyone spend money there.

Do not go to this sonic location. They do not make the drinks you ordered. I ordered (on app) a strawberry slush with coconut and nerds. They give it to me with blue coconut and tell me they don’t have coconut after I asked them about it. I also ordered a water with flavor add ins and lemon and they didn’t put any lemon. If you do not have what a customer ordered, wait until they arrive to inform them of what you don’t have and let them decide if they still want that same drink or no!! If I pay for extra flavors or fruit added to my drink, I expect it to be in there. Very unprofessional!!

Good food but service takes forever… barely any cars and I was waiting for over 10 minutes just to order. I ended up making a mobile order and only 5 minutes later did someone ask for my order. Terrible service and this isn’t even the first time this happened

Hamilton was very rude after ordering small slushies i asked if i could changed them for Medium and with a very hostile attitude he said he had already made even thou it had been only a second after placing my order When he came outside to delivered my drinks he escalated the situation and said “ next time you have to tell me the right size “ with a very rude attitude i apologized and he said “i had already made them … “ needless to said it would NOT b a next time at this location after years of stopping for slushies Hopefully SONIC can trained their employees better . Nasty attitude from Hamilton Cruz, with this type of attitude not only is he not going to get anywhere but is business for sonic will seriously go down. Sonic in particular this location needs to check their employees and make sure they get the training they need to be able to perform this with a much better attitude and service. I asked for a size up on my drinks I understand that is going to take a minute but there was no need for the employee to come out with a disrespectful attitude in front of my children and I was offering tip for the kid he decided to just walk away and leave. I can tell is just child attitude and not professional so never coming back to this establishment after coming here for years never being disrespected before and not going to give them the chance again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was doing uber eats and came to this location for an order it was 11:12pm Friday 20 of June and when I came to pick up my order i rang the service button and I saw my order had printed out and finally saw an employee working only for him to rip it in half and take it with him to his car . He sat there and stayed inside of his car instead of just leaving. Why didn’t he just do the order if he wasn’t going to leave. Later a couple arrived not to long before he went to his car; I guess they were doing deliveries too. They went around the building looking for the dude. Why do they hire lazy people instead of people who want to work and do a good job. But I guess that’s the workers companies want.

terrible place horrible wait time all i did was order a Large shake and have been waiting for about 15 minutes already im literally typing this review in the drive thru. Oh thank God this bald 50 year old man just handled me my shake after waiting 15 whole minutes for ONE LARGE SHAKE

I ordered food for my team for lunch here and had it picked up by a team member. The complete order was wrong. I called and spoke to a manager regarding the concern. I offered to return the food and just get my money back, but she stated she would just refund the charge. We are 5 plus days in and still waiting on my refund of $46.70. My fault for not having the driver check everyone's order but here we are. This should go without me saying and follow my own advice, but check your order before leaving the restaurant.

I have been coming to the sonic since it opened many many years ago. Never had an issue but tonight everything was terrible. The ice creams were very sour. At first, I thought maybe they switched to frozen yogurt, but after a couple bites, I realized it was just sour bad ice cream. We had to throw away two sonic blasts and those are not cheap. And then we were going to eat the fries, but the sauce looked old and separated. We figured the fries were probably old as well at that point and just threw everything away. 😭😭

The food is mediocre the portions are extremely small they have the nerve to ask for a tip with the order before you even eat the food. They are extremely great customer service most times. They charge my capital one credit card while I was at work a charge that I did not authorize Update: still trash food. The tater tots is a very small rip off portion. The sauces or non existence very hard hurt my teeth They also did it to my husband
