It's a papa johns better pizza than lil Cesar's but like double the price. If you like to gamble this is the spot for you. A hit or miss sometimes. We have gotten good here and it's so good, other times it's like not good and made us sick. I've found hair on more than one occasion but I mean what do you expect when no one wears hair nets? Also last time we got it it had huge air bubbles on it. Someone forgot to use the pizza roller thing with the buttons so it doesn't do that. There was a smelly homeless man outside sleeping with his shoes off right next to it but I guess at least he wasn't inside?

I was very disappointed with the new shaq's pizza, very dry and no flavor. Well to me I dont think I will eat Papa John's again so many other pizza joints less money better flavor. Pizza hut and Pizza show in Lawndale are my #1s.

The delivery driver must have been in a NASCAR race on the way here considering how out of place the pizza was when I opened the box. Can’t order pizza from a place if you can’t trust them to deliver it intact.

I got 2 pizzas from here and they barely put any topping on the pizzas, to the point that I had to actually look for them. Don't buy from here. I've included the picture of a pepperoni mushrooms pizza.

I got 2 pizzas from here and they barely put any topping on the pizzas, to the point that I had to actually look for them. Don't buy from here. I've included the picture of a pepperoni mushrooms pizza.

Lousy service, uninterested in customer satisfaction or service. They didn't give me my salad and refused to deliver it. The employee said they would give a free pizza to make up for it. The employee wouldn't give me his name but swore he added this to my account. I tried to collect three days later and there's nothing there. They refused to honor it. So they are either incompetent or criminal. I'm out money and will never spend a damn dime there again.

Never order from here again. The forgot part of the order and said it would take 45 mins to get it delivered. The pizza tasted like it was sitting out for a while and when I called the 2 managers one male and one female said there was nothing they could do about the pizza since we took 1 bite out of the whole thing and just keep telling me to call the manager tomorrow. No one would give me their names and would not give me the name of the manager I was supposed to call. Pizza Hut and dominos will fix them problem but apparently papa johns doesn’t care what they give you. Once your order is delivered they have your money and there is nothing you can do!! Sad thing is that this Papa Johns used to be a really good place to get good pizza.

Customer Service here is rude and unprofessional. I ordered in advance to have delivery at a particular time and my order was 30 minutes late as well as cold by the time it got to me. When I called to see why it was late the guy Avery or AB whatever he goes by had the most unprofessional answer and bad attitude. I am reporting to BBB and filing a complaint. It amazes me ignorant people like him can be employed in this kind of service.

Horrible experience, both delivering and pick up. Today, I decided to cough up the extra $5 for the delivery fee (just so I dont lose my parking spot). The tracker said delivery ETA 37 to 57 minutes. Almost 78 minutes later the pizza comes, cold, (49 degrees outside) the parmesan cheese actually got firmer on the pizza. I mean, I didn't want to deal with it, you know, evening was nice and we were pretty hungry, so my wife and I just ate the POS.

It took 25 minutes to order the pizza. When we went to pick them up the order was wrong and double the price quoted. The person that attended us very rude and did not offer a resolution. We have been buying pizza in this store weekly for the past four years. Service going worst every day. Not sure what is happening the order taking process has gone very bad and the people attending in the store have become very rude I’m really disappointed because I really love Papa John’s Pizza. I sure hope they get their stuff together soon.

Saw the XL $10.99 special on TV and decided to give them a go. Went to the store, asked about the special, was told rudely by the attendant that no special exists. I told her it’s all over the TV. She was abrupt and treated me as if I was trying to rip them off. She made a phone call, spoke in Spanish, then came back to the counter and rudely said ok but it’s one topping! The pizza was oily and centre all soggy. Wont be back.

Ordered through Postmastes and received incorrect item. Didn’t get a refund from Postmates tried contacting Papa John’s And had issues with the phone not being answered. Called a few more times and finally someone picked up who was rude and said nothing they can do. He tried to give me false information by saying contact Postmates they will pick up your order and come back so we can recook for you but that is not possible with Postmates. Both Papa Johns and Postmates need to do better!

I just want to get my pizze hot, why do I need to wait an hour an a half and get a cold pizze??? Because the driver has many stops?? Get more drivers! This has been the 3rd time we gave them a chance- same thing everytime. Horrible branch. Do not order.

Took about 15 minutes before he found my pizza which was right in front of him. He was first prepared to give me someone else's order then just gave up and wasn't going to return my money. Worse people. Worse ingredients. Papa Johns.
