First time ordering from Dominos and online. I like that I can track my order online. Delivery was quick. (25 minutes) Delivery person was very considerate to go over my order. All the food was hot like it just came out of the oven and tasted great!! Way cheaper than Round table and better taste. I found my new pizza!
I was ordering for a party for 50 people with different food constraints like vegetarian or no beef. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to help me order. I’d like to thank him a lot. The food ordered was diverse and delicious, and people were so happy!

I have to say this place is great. The food is fresh and delicious. The people that work there are friendly and professional and super quick. One of my orders didn't come out as we had ordered it, so I called them and they were extremely nice and willing to fix the order. I give the store a 5 🌟 because they exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend the place to everyone. And thanks to the employee whose name I didn't get, for being so nice and fixing my order fast and throughout the entire visit you had a smile on your face. That's awesome! I will definitely be returning to this place...

While I put forward a 5-star review for this Dominoes joint, is not only because for the quality and amazing pizza they made, but also preparing it for me specifically when they take only online orders after 10 pm. The staff was courteous and humble and they dished out an amazing Extravaganza pizza for me. Kudoes to the Domino’s staff!!

Got a cheese stuffed pizza it was nicely made good flavor and crust normal customer service
My personal fav is thincrust pizza with veggiee topings. Specially like that dominoes is open till 1am near me. Would like to have pizza toppings on a chese garlic bread.

I think most of the negative reviews were written a long time ago; I live in the neighborhood, so this has been my local fast pizza place since summer 2013. The pizza is standard Domino's (if you love it, great--I do), and I've never once had bad service. On the contrary; every time I've been in to pick up my order the staff has always been almost oddly chipper and nice. I'd recommend ordering online--it's fast and easy, and it tells you when to come pick up your order. I've never had delivery from this location, so I can't speak to that.
I have not liked dominos historically due to the hard pizza base i have experienced. I tried out the thin crust option 14" pizza with a coupon offering a good deal. The price hit the sweet spot and the pizza was great. Overall a nice experience at dominos for a change.

This used to be a 5 star review. Now it is 3 star. They give me raw dough twice with the pan pizza. Then it was a chore getting them to remake it the next day. Come on people. I had my receipt. They've never seen me before, they want proof. Like evidence. And they said after 24 hours they don't even do it. Well, I made them do it. And just to get it done. I took it home, checked it, and froze it. And am going to forget about it. And forget about them. I'm sorry they suck but it's not my fault. At least the lady apologized. That's why it's a 3 star and not a 1 star. And not my rant is done. Check your pizza for raw dough before you leave the store if it is thick pan. 😜
Was definitely disappointed with the service I received not once but twice when ordering online. First time I received expired icing for my cinnamon twists and when I complained they didn't offer to deliver so I had to drive back to pick up a icing that was not expired. Second time they forgot my soda when doing a delivery. I had to call the store and they eventually delivered me one but we're very rude on the phone. Food was good but poor customer service.
Update--Feb 23, 2025 Sunnyvale, CA 'Caliente Location' Order #1447 OVER THE YEARS, WE'VE UNFORTUNATELY FOUND THERE IS 'INCONSISTENCY W/QUALITY' OF THEIR PIZZAS😞 This time we ordered the Lrg. 10-Topping Special for $9.99, which is an 'Excellent Price', but some of the 'toppings' were so 'Scarce/Small', you'd need a 'Magnifying Glass' to find them😞 Large (14") Hand Tossed Pizza Whole: Extra Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Ham, Italian Sausage, Bacon, Pepperoni, Garlic, Onions, Diced Tomatoes, Black Olives, Shredded Provolone Cheese, Green Peppers, Cheese Pros: Overall 'Quality/Taste' was good. There was 'Extra Sauce', as I'd ordered. There was sufficient amount of 'Pepperoni' and 'Shredded Provolone. Crispy Standard Pizza that I purchased during its special $10 Large Size deal. The Toppings are Delicious as long as the pizza is fresh & pipping hot! The Parmesan bites is a must get especially when they include a 50% discount offer!

They cut the slices such that a couple of the slices contain both toppings. They should have cut it so each slice only has one topping. Subtracting a star from the review for this. Another star will be subtracted because I asked for some chilli flakes but they said it's chargeable. This kind of nickel-and-dimeing is not a good look. Overall, the pizza seemed fresh and decent, and the jalapeño was fairly spicy. Once I pulled up and pressed the button on the app, they broight out the pizza in less than 1 minute.

The staff are nice but the service was extremely slow. I was shocked to see how unorganized the store was there were over thirty pizzas ready with no labels. Each customer has to wait for staff to open each box and find the pizza one by one in order to pick up the orders. Perhaps it was an off day but the efficiency and processes were mind boggling.

Lol I walked in and all 3 guys were on their phones and none looked up for a solid 30 seconds. My order said it was complete online over 10-20 mins before I walked in, and was told they needed another 5 mins. This was on a Monday night. I’m not sure if it’s like this in all locations but if I’m ever craving dominos again, I’ll probably go somewhere else. Parking was also not easy.

My sister and I had ordered a pizza from this place and had a very dry, flat pizza. The crust wasn't soft and thick like how normally it is. It seemed like it was prepared the day before and when the manager had said to return it, one of the employees was very rude and unfriendly. She denied us another pizza because she claimed we had "finished" it already when in reality just three pieces were taken. One slice each, one for my sister, her husband and one for myself. Although the manager was willing to make us a new one, she was arguing with us in a very unprofessional manner. We will be going to a different Domino's from now on.
Worst Domino's ever. They consistently put bacon/ pork/ beef in chicken pizzas. There are hardly any quality ingredients. Multiple complaints yielded no improvements. They are pathetic. Avoid this place if you value your money.
Stopped doing business here 3 weeks ago when the manager would not honor the coupon special after we ordered on the app. The app glitched and stopped tracking. She demanded an order number, which cannot be obtained if the app stops tracking after paying for the order. She claimed the order wasn’t received, yet the history showed it was and the payment was accepted. She charged us reg price for the pizzas $42 and got our money for the app order paid by gift card. In total we paid $68 for 2 pizzas and an order of cheesy bread. We’ve ordered from here since moving here every Friday since August of 2021. Our autistic daughter looks forward to dominoes every Friday. I’ve done a lot of forgiving at this location because of that and it’s very busy and they were often short staffed, and we’ve had issues before. But this was just too much…literally. We now drive to the Cabrillo store every Friday. They have been awesome so far. And honestly the pizza has been much tastier.
Worst food ever from a Dominos Pizza! Ordered Italian sub sub about 10" long and literally had 3 pieces of pepperoni and all other toppings were subpar and I literally threw it in the trash! Terrible. Didn't even want the Italian but this location did not offer the hoagie with toppings and multiple sauces but with this experience I would have little expectations it would have been any better
Terrible customer service. Avoid!! Ordered delivery. Driver left it on the porch without knocking or calling, and by the time I looked outside to see what was taking so long, the food was on the porch covered in ants. I called the store to ask for a refund and they pretended to not be able to understand me. I drove the ant-covered pizza to the store. The manager told me it was my fault for not checking the tracker on the website (website tracker also was not working). Eventually the manager agreed to give me a refund but said “we won’t refund you again next time.” lmao don’t worry, there won’t be a next time.
I ordered their marble brownie and a pizza for delivery. Pizza was fine but the brownie was completely burned in the edges and 100% raw in the inside. Absolutely inedible. I called them and the lady was extremely rude. She told me I had to physically drive to the store and return the food. I explained I just had surgery and could not physically drive or walk there which is why I ordered delivery in the first place. The unprofessionalism and rudeness of this woman when I told her that is something I have never experienced before. I started to tell her how inedible it was and could make someone sick. As I am talking, she HUNG UP on me. I will NEVER order from here again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the company.
Extremely horrible customer service. I never got such a bad customer service before. We order pizza online. When we went to pick up pizza. They handed over wrong order and when I told them about wrong oder they didn’t accept their or their website fault and two employees and manger all screamed on me without trying to hear or resolving issue.
This location was not honoring the 2 medium 2 topping pizza for 5.99. This happened for both online and over the phone delivery. While some upcharges are understandable (a dollar extra for a premium topping), after we made two medium pizzas, the total was about thirty dollars. The person I spoke to indicated this is because non-standard sauces count as a 3rd topping making the coupon no longer apply. At a different nearby location we were able to make the order for about $17 dollars.
We ordered online. The pizza wasn't ready when we got there. The manager lied and said it was coming out of the oven now but they hadn't even started making it yet. The pizza maker wasn't wearing a mask. The manager had her mask under her nose. When I asked that they put their masks on properly, she said it's too hot and took her mask off completely. I will never go there again.
I've ordered twice and both times the pizza was burned black. BLACK! Called in and was dismissed. Told that's how thin crist is every time. I order thin crust all the time and it is never black anywhere else. No one wants to taste charcoal when they're eating pizza. The Chicken wings were also not tossed in hot wing sause - barely had any sause drizzled over the top. Very disappointed in this Domino's. Not what I've come to expect with this franchise. Unacceptable quality and unacceptable customer service. Do not use this Domino's.
Poor service. They gave me an icing instead of ranch and I walk in to switch it out and all 6 employees kept walking past me and ignoring me after I nicely ask them for help so I walk passed them all and get a ranch an leave the icing when one of them suddenly notices me and he follows me all the way out to my car claiming that I stole the ranch after I was waiting for more than five minutes at the counter, he could have easily done the switch for me instead he chose to ignore me and accuse me of stealing a $.75 ranch. Never going back here again I would get more than one pizza at least once a week for my family. Id rather pay more for decent service. Dominos couldn't pay me to eat their food at any location anymore.
Very disappointed! I am a big fan of Domino's Pizza. In fact I only eat Domino's Pizza 9.5/10 times. But this particular branch is awful at making Pizzas. I ordered 3 times and everytime, there was a problem regarding order (wrong pizza), estimated time and the quality of pizza (regular crust looks like thin crust, 4 out of 8 slices were missing the toppings, the toppings were stale and lot more). Not to mention they don't have Chilli Flakes ever. I hope the management looks into it and restores my want to go back there again someday. Thumbs down for now!
My carryout order is delivered 20 mins late. The staff is so rude on just questioning why it is late . Very bad behavior by the guy at the counter. Pizza is not baked properly. Garlic Parmesan Chicken wings were not cooked properly. Initially when I say the order number on entering , he will ask what is your name and asks me to check on the screen for my name and come after 10 mins . Even after coming 10 mins later as told my takeway food was delivered 15 mins late. Totally disappointed ☹️ with the behavior and no apologies from the staff. I will request Dominos customers to avoid this store and prefer Cabrillo, Santa Clara than this store.
Bro me and my cousin are ordering half pepperoni and half pineapple with ham we waited 1 hours to get the pizza when we got home they give us pepperoni to expect pineapple and ham we got black olives and ham when we get back to dominos the manager told us we need to pay again and wait a nother hour she was yelling at not going back
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with my recent order experience. This was my first time purchasing from Domino’s, based on a recommendation from a friend, but what should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating and deceptive situation. I placed an online order for a Large (9.9) pizza, as clearly advertised. However, upon arriving at the store, I was handed a Medium pizza instead. When I questioned this, the staff casually informed me that they were out of Large pizzas due to the promotion, so they simply substituted a smaller size at the same price—without any prior notice or compensation. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to blatant consumer deception. As a new customer, this experience has left me with a deeply negative impression of Domino’s. If the advertised product was unavailable, I should have been informed before completing my order, or at the very least, offered a fair alternative—such as an adjustment in price or additional items to make up for the difference. Instead, I was tricked into paying the same price for less, which is simply unethical business practice. LARGE (14") THIN PIZZA Whole: Extra Cheese, Beef, Pepperoni, Bacon, Italian Sausage, Green Peppers, Ham, Premium Chicken, Philly Steak, Mushrooms, Onions。 I strongly suspect that my pizza also had fewer toppings than it should have

Called up to complain and got for a guy! why do you want us to remake it. then hung up on me. Will not go back there. I picked up to eat on my lunch break. now I'm at work and have nothing to eat. Thanks! Stay away from there...

Called to see if I could have it redelivered, but was told I had to come pick it up. I tried to explain that I just had surgery and couldn’t drive, and the woman I spoke to responded with “you’re the only person that has complained about this item”, then proceeded to hang up on me. This was the most unprofessional phone call I have ever had. Save yourself some brain cells and go to Pizza Hut instead.
Received my pasta bowl with round cardboard circles mixed in with mushrooms Called the manager and he said I lied because he personally cut it. Not sure how you cut a bread boowl but he refused to give me a district managers or anybody else’s number He was a complete jerk
Ordered veggie pizza and stuffed cheese bread for delivery from here. Pizza was not baked correctly and tasted bad. Stuffed cheese bread felt like chunks of cheese on top of bread.
Worse Domino's ever. 3 days in a row I order med pizza pep 2x onions. I get this. Today my order cost 29.50 the delivery driver says 30 dollars plus tip. I pay for delivery with the app. Maybe I'll get rid of the app.

I ordered 3 pastas and a pizza and all three pastas were same like this. I called many times they did not answer my calls on Sunday late night when it wasn’t even busy. And requested driver to knock on door to give him cash tip but he left food in front of door and did not even knock the door. My food was sitting on the floor for 30 mins at 45 degrees. I used to work dominos but this is not the portion for chicken or sauce. Maybe team need better training on portions .
Ordered veggie pizza and stuffed cheese bread for delivery from here. Pizza was not baked correctly and tasted bad. Stuffed cheese bread felt like chunks of cheese on top of bread.
Worse Domino's ever. 3 days in a row I order med pizza pep 2x onions. I get this. Today my order cost 29.50 the delivery driver says 30 dollars plus tip. I pay for delivery with the app. Maybe I'll get rid of the app.
The Indian manager is very rude. She treats the customers inappropriately. The sooner they let her go, the better this branch will function.
Rude, Unprofessional, and Unacceptable Service I recently placed a large order from Domino’s Pizza for a group event, and I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received — especially from an employee named Cynthia. After placing the order, I called the store to ask a simple question about cheese and pepper packets. Instead of helping, Cynthia responded in a rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional manner. She cut me off mid-sentence, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and then hung up the phone on me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior — especially when you’re dealing with a large order and just asking for basic customer service. This experience was frustrating and completely soured what should have been a straightforward, easy order. If Domino’s wants to keep its customers, it might want to consider better training in how to treat them with respect. Do better.
Had twice here and both times fell sick. The first time I thought it was something else. But, experienced a case of food poisoning even the second time. It’s rather surprising to see Dominos maintaining such a low quality standard. Extremely disappointing. Please avoid ordering here.
