It has a good ambience. We went here during lunch. One of the owners was there, and she was really welcoming. She answered some questions we had and also helped us with clicking good pictures of the food. The food was good. It's a little bit on the expensive end but a decent meal for $15-$20.

New favorite spot for fast Mediterranean cuisine. Falafels were flavorful, a bit spicy and had a great crunchy crust. The gyro meat was moist not all dried out like some other places. The platters come with a delicious salad, wonderful hummus and buttery rice. The rice might be a little too buttery for some but perfect for me. The prices are very competitive and portions are adequate. I was really impressed with my first visit.

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Dining Experience! We recently visited Falale Flame in Sunnyvale with our family of five, and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, but the real star was the food. We ordered an array of dishes to share: • Chicken Kabab • Lamb Kabab Platter • Crispy Chicken Burger • Falalel Wrap • Chicken Wrap • Tenders • Fries Every single item exceeded our expectations! The kababs were tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The burgers and wraps were crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The tenders and fries were cooked to perfection. What impressed us most was the generous portion sizes and exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured our needs were met. Falale Flame has earned a loyal customer in us. If you're craving delicious Middle Eastern cuisine, look no further! Rating Breakdown: • Food Quality: 5/5 • Service: 5/5 • Ambiance: 5/5 • Value: 5/5 Recommendation: Don't miss their kabab platters and crispy chicken burger! Will we return? Absolutely!

Such a wonderful little Mediterranean spot that’s a local well known secret. Great food, fast and friendly service, good prices, and ample parking. Although they have great falafel - it’s worth trying the gyro plates and other options on the menu. I was blown away by the falafel wrap. Beautifully presented and delicious for a great price. It’s conveniently located in an outdoor shopping plaza next to coffee, grocery, and other shops. Come here for lunch and take care of other errands. Be careful when parking in the area as the parking lot can be a little sketchy at times - so take your bags out of your car always.

Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! We ordered a burger, gyro, fries, and falafel, and every dish was packed with flavor.

Their wraps are fantastic; soft and fluffy pita bread, crisp and fresh vegetables, seasoned and juicy meats, and all balanced with a cool, creamy-and-not-watery tzatziki sauce. I've tried the Philly, Combo, and Beef Kebab wraps and have only good things to say about them (especially the Philly!). Getting them "spicy" is the right call; it's a flavorful spice that builds up heat with each bite, not at all overpowering. This has become my go-to comfort food spot after a long day of work.

Really Good Mediterranean place on this side of Sunnyvale. Kebabs and Falafel were so fresh and top notch. All sides were very good., Rice, Hummus, Salad, Sauces. I went in with low expectation but they surprised me with the flavors. Adana kebab was very tasty. Must tey if you are around.

My favorite place to eat! I absolutely love the chicken wrap and gyro wrap — both are delicious. The curly fries are amazing too! This is my go-to spot. 10/10

My expectations were low because the place reads like a mid-market fast food chain in term of ambiance, but the wrap I had was packed with flavor. Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the ambiance - it’s just more of a fast food vibe. Service was fine. Folks there were very friendly. I’d go back if I needed a quick dinner again!

We ordered babaganoush. It was like home cooked with nice roasted eggplant. Falafel plate quality is very good too.

Clean little place with courteous staff, quick service and delicious food. I went here post lunch hour around 3.30 and ordered Gyro wrap. Price was adequate for a juicy filling wrap ($13). Got the wrap served within 5mins of ordering. Meat was really tender and wrap was really juicy with tzatziki sauce and salad. Pita was also soft and not dry. The wrap had taste and not bland. They have certified hand-slaughtered Halal meat, and the receptionist was really calm in verifying Halal status and answering all the menu related questions. My experience was so good and I tried them again the next day. This time their hamburger was also really tender, juicy, tasteful, not oily at all, filling and priced at $9! Also, ordering was a breeze with their self-checkout kiosk. Would definitely come again to try their Crispy Chicken burger next!😊

I recently tried Halal Falafel flare sunnyvale, and it was an absolutely satisfying experience. The flavors were fresh, authentic, and beautifully balanced. The meats were tender and well-seasoned, the hummus was smooth and rich, and the salads tasted crisp and refreshing. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and everything tasted homemade with real attention to detail. It’s the kind of food that feels both comforting and wholesome. Whether you enjoy shawarma, falafel, kebabs, or classic Mediterranean sides, this place does it right. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, halal-friendly Mediterranean cuisine Mo was very helpful during our visit :)

Amazing halal beef burgers. There are a lot of other things in the menu however, their beef burgers are fantastic. Two favorites are the flair, burger, and bacon burger. All of their items are halal, which is a huge plus.

Gyro was decent, and curly fries were good. Gyro lacked a sufficient amount of meat and the tzatziki tasted a little off. Little on the pricey side. Staff was nice

Falafels are soo yummy! Chicken wings were okay. It had skin on and the chicken felt like some low grade. But the sauces that came with it were good.

I really enjoyed their food! It’s fully halal and the options are great. So kudos for that. However a few areas for improvement: - increase the serving size - serve different sauces - make sure salads are fresh In terms of what I got - the krispy chicken burger was more of a krisp cutlet burger. Not similar to KFC’s krispy chicken burger or to Lados. Maybe change the name? But tasted good. The lamb kebab and rice platter was fantastic but they should give more rice. The salad also was not very fresh. The kebabs were delicious and well spiced. The curly fries were really good. Strongly recommend.

My wife and I had the chicken wrap. The proportions were excellent and it tasted great. They switched our orders, but that happens sometimes. It's kind of a plain atmosphere, but it's fine. I'll be back.

Really wanted this to be good, the whole experience was just blah. From the moment I walked in, through the ordering process which was on a tablet, to finding a table that wasn't dirty (They were all dirty and sticky), to the decor, to the interaction with their staff how much of the food was extremely disappointing. First of all, they're marketing way oversells what they offer, The food they deliver is nothing like the pictures although it was modestly acceptable. The staff have an angry, I don't want to be bothered to have to talk to you kind of mindset. All the tables had trash and leftover food scraps on top of them, even after cleaning one off to sit down at it was filthy sticky. The vibe here is weird and it just, I don't know, something about it is just wrong. I don't see this business lasting, it was not an enjoyable experience for me, I will not be going back.

Have eaten here twice. Ordered a chicken platter both times. The portion size on my first visit was generous and the food was good. However, the food is expensive as others have pointed out. The portion size during my second visit was mediocre and significantly smaller than what I got during my first visit. It was already difficult to justify the high cost even with the amount of food from the first visit. Unfortunately, the latest experience reinforced that I will not be returning.

I ordered only kebab to go. It costs me $15 after tax but with very little food. Also super dry due to cooking for too long. And it took 30 mins to get the food.
