I wish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional. RUDE. Ignorant. I waited for over 25 min on a Friday in line just for the cashier to say that they are closed and trying to get the store together. The violent yelling was really too much.

The place was a ghost town at noon on the weekend and the staff appeared to still be struggling with a single car in the drive through. It also appears they deleted my online order for no reason.

Door dashed an order and I knew better, I swear. Pawn the old chicken off on delivery orders, business 101. Nothing was warm but the fries that tasted redropped and salty! Chicken strips and chicken nuggets both should've been thrown in the trash at the restaurant. Cold and tough. And the Pepsi was warm with ice in it?! Weird. And it had a strange taste to it. KFC you canceled!!!

I went to the drive through and they asked me to wait thirty minutes before they could place my order. I ran an errand came back thirty minutes later and when I approached the drive through they asked m to wait an additional thirty minutes. Twice before they asked me to come inside because they weren’t taking drive through orders. Worst service I’ve experienced.

Food was horrible! Thought going around dinner time (around 6/6:30pm) my food would be good and hot but NO! Got over $50 in food and all of it was cold! Had to go back twice because they forgot something each time! Wait time was over 15 mins so would think things would have been right & fresh! Don’t think I will be returning to this location anytime soon!

I was very excited today, because it's Tuesday and KFC have a special for an 8 piece, 4 Thighs and 4 Legs for $10.00. So I ordered one. l asked for 4 extra Crispy Thighs and 4 Original Legs. Shondra the cashier that took my order did not know how to ring it up for the special price which is on Tuesday and Saturday's. So another mgr help assisted her. When I got my order it had just the thighs, no legs, so after waiting for at least 15 minutes or longer to get my order it was wrong, so I take it back to the counter, the mgr gave me the 4 original legs and the mgr that took my order did get me a free drink so I was okay. When I started eating my food the extra Crispy Thighs was soggy and the original legs was just salty, it didn't taste like the original recipe chicken am use to tasting. So to make everything even worst. A tall person walk through the side door with a full spiderman jump suit on with the face and head cover up. Once again I said a full spiderman jump suit on with the whole entire body cover up. I noticed that they was black because I saw their right hand and I thought they had a gun , but it looked like a black cell phone or a gun, I wasn't for sure, So I was getting ready to leave when they can in but I was undecided what to do, so I just stayed still. What even made it terrible again, the person went through the side door behind the counter and begin to unzip the spiderman jump suit and they were an employee standing at least 6"3. tall. Now this is terrible, it is not even Halloween and if it was you don't do know stuff like this. I was going to tell the Mgr, but I decided to take it to the internet and to call the corporate office. This had me terrify and afraid. Just because an employee doing things like this. This location is 6262 Winchester Road Memphis, TN 38115. I hope the store Mgr and corporate office see this.

Waited at the register for around 5 minutes or so and being the only customers in the building you’d think there wouldn’t be a wait, then the lady comes in from outside and starts taking our orders and after everyone orders the famous bowls that’s when they tell us they are out of cheese, the guy in the back doing the cooking had an awful attitude and really seemed to hate his job and didn’t mind expressing it. My food once I finally got it was flavorless and tasted old and don’t even think about asking for napkins because they are “out”. This place is a joke. Do better.

I rarely eat KFC. Thekid loves it somehow. The customer service at this place is terrible. The Drinks were served without ice. The woman taking my order had an attitude before I could even order. She couldn’t seem to listen or even repeat my order. She also mentioned that dinner meals don’t come with a beverage, when the menu clearly says it does. Sheeesh. I’ll never return. I’d recommend never going. Hopefully I don’t have to amend this review due to horrible food. Also, every car has had to pull up and wait for their food. 15 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food. Many people behind me have received their food and departed. I was told it would take 4 minutes.

I just recently left KFC, and I live around the corner from KFC. By the time I got home my mash potatoes was cold, I order buffalo wing and honey bbq and after I realized I couldn't even get the taste right because I have only little sauce. I call the restaurant and no one answer and I call at 11:06p.m and call back now the line continues to be busy because I'm very disappointed because I spent $25 dollars and got some old food.
