I ordered my food online , and usually I leave my house as soon as I order I never wait because I expect to wait anyway when I get to taco bell because I get in early ... well I waited a little longer then usual... BUT yall my food came out so dang good tonight , thanks to the manager on duty and Maddison, Phillip, and abby hopefully I spelt the names right but they had such a long line and customers in side and I was happy to wait I wasn't in a rush , great team tonight and by far the best service I had at that taco bell in such a long time ! Thank you 😊 🙏 💓 everyone wants to talk about when they are disappointed, but we need to start praising when the food is amazing as well !
Food was awful taco was stale, but good meat. No tomatoes unless you paid like a dollar more. Hot sauce was sticky. Won't be going back.
My favorite Taco Bell in all of west Texas. I try and make it here at 9am every other day for when they open. Everytime I’ve been here I’ve been treated awesomely and I’ve seen nothing but professionalism every time. I want to shout out Monica. She is always working hard and makes my order perfect everytime . So perfect I forget to write this review because I’m so caught up enjoying my food before I take off on my route for work again. Very clean in the morning and plenty of room with a nice outdoor area. Will keep coming here as often as possible. Thank Yall !
Food was prepared well. My wife asked for no tomatoes, but got tomatoes. Other than that, everything was great. Taco Bell is usually 50:50, we got lucky. Thanks for the good food!
The staff was quick and efficient here, working well together. They made our difficult mobile order perfectly with no problems at all. That doesn't usually happen with our picky orders where we add and take off of multiple items. Our food had an awesome amount of sauces and extras that made it the best we've had!
We get drive-thru pretty regularly. Sometimes it's quick sometimes it's slow. The staff is always helpful the rare times there is a mistake in our order
The food was hot and delivered with a smile. The reason for four stars is the line in the drive thru was very slow. It took about 15 minutes from placing our order to receiving the order. That being said the food was good.
-1 star because our order was wrong initially, but the customer service was amazing. The manager double checked everything we needed, then made sure it was done correctly while being polite the whole time. That was very appreciated. The food was as good as always when we got our correct order.
Had to order on kiosks and when we got our order they told us they had no Large or medium cups gave us small even though we ordered and paid for 2 large drinks. Didn't offer a refund or something in exchange.
Workers are very polite! But absolutely hate when you order through the drive through. It is not a worker that takes your order it is something like an automated message. But of course she takes your order. I tried to replace something on one of my orders but I guess the computer didn't understand so I was unable to change it.
I usually love eating Taco Bell, but lately seems no one can get our order correct...I ordered nachos with chicken instead of beef and no beans. They gave me nachos with beans only and very little cheese, no meat what so ever...either they need to learn to read a ticket or find a different job.
You have to order for yourself at a kiosk..what in the? Not sure why companies are making customers do more and more to consume their products. Anyways, restroom was disgusting. No changing table. Only reason it wasn’t less stars is because I could tell the employees were working hard.

Looks good but portion is damn small for 20.00. think someone needs to fix the measuring process in this location. Spent all that money to remodel the store but cut back on everything else to make up cost. Hopefully it gets better Update: have been back a couple times and still seem like no one cares around the place, have yet to get an order correctly made. Only reason we have went back is we like the quick food option but sure wish they would teach them how to read a screen and make the order correct. Luckily I caught the mess up today since my kid is allergic to tomatoes and beans, which both was removed on order and yet was on meal, smh Update: ok so seriously this location really needs someone on all shifts that can manage the place. I understand that staff is a hard thing to keep but at least the ones working should know how to read a order screen and make sure the customer receives everything they ordered. The last several times we have eaten here, either half the order is wrong or like tonight we paid for items that wasn't even in our bag, was given wrong drinks that they had to remake and to start the whole process we sat in drive thru for almost and hour with one truck in front of us. Still keeping a positive outlook on them getting it together someday
Food is definitely not the same as it used to be. Prices got higher and burritos got smaller. Mine was filled with mostly sauce and beans. I would've needed a microscope to find the beef. 🤧 This is the last time I'll be disappointed in Taco Bell though, I'm sticking to Taco Casa. 🌮
They were out of large cups and defaulted to small cups. That's fine but then they refused to give us a refill or even more of our drink in a different cup. So my gf paid for more drink and they just didn't give a reason why she couldn't get anything without paying again
Updating review. Seems like the lobby is almost never open anymore - drive-thru only! It would be nice if they would put up a sign that the lobby is closed. Its never open during lunchtime. Completely rebuilt from the ground up after the fire last year. The dining room is smaller but the food and service are still great.
On a roadtrip & walked in to eat. Restroom was dirty & had no toilet Paper. Went to the counter to ask for some & and elderly man customer was trying to get any employees attention so he could order via the dumb kiosk. (That's a terrible idea.) There were only 3 people working & nobody acknowledged him for a long time I walked out & went elsewhere.
Been here 2 times b4 and service just keeps getting worse. I ordered 2 identical burritos but they came out very different from each other lol. They do not want to attend to u just use the self check. U wave at them for the cups and all they do is ignore u. I had to order my own food grab my own cup clean my own table so I get a W2 at the end of the year? Do not recommend at all

I had a salad before at other locations. That was a lot. But here the bowl wasn't even half full. They gave me more lettuce and cheese but I was still hungry after. Did not have that at other Taco bell locations.
I have noticed that my local Taco Bell has really gone downhill. It's often not open due to not being able to keep staff. They are now using AI in the drive-thru which caused me to have to order those in my vehicles meal and then have to go back through the line to order mine due to AI not understanding. The staff have been fine for the situation they are in. The inside of restaurant looks very unfinished and it's a newer place, not dirty but not a great atmosphere. The burritos have not been made as well as they use to be, less in them, mostly lettuce beans and meat in burrito supreme..(hardly if any tomatoes or sour cream and cheese)
Food was good but not worth the 30 minutes we spent in the drive through to get it. This store appears to be poorly managed. When asked why the long wait workers commented they were very busy and no apology was offered. They did not appear to be busy enough to warrant a 30 minute wait in the drive through.
The service is super slow. Sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes with only one car in front of me. The last few times I’ve been it’s been super slow. If you go in to order, you must use the kiosk to order because they won’t take it at the front desk.
Food was cold. Door dash orders take priority over all other orders. Cooks cussing and arguing. Have to ask for soap paper towels and napkins.
Came in today with my mom and when well walked in a employee was having a phone call who im guessing was her husband and she had it on speaker while in the back, when we were ready to order we had to order from the screen because no one was there to take our order and then when we had to wait for another employee to get the other person who's suppose to do the cash register so we could finally pay, by time we finally got our food my mom food was cold and a item i got was slightly hard and was like it was in a fridge
We ordered from the kiosk in the lobby. 30 minutes later we finally got our food. Matthew in the drive thru was hustling hard, but for some reason all the drive thru customers were getting their orders faster than those of us in the lobby. Matthew was very apologetic and was the only crew member to stock the napkins, sauces, etc. He's a valuable employee!
Why is this particular store ALWAYS filthy?! We were given DIRTY drink cups! Trash was so full we couldn’t throw anything away, food & trash on tables & all over the floor. There was only 2 other people there so not like they were busy… it’s always dirty every time we go to this location
I can't believe they have a rating for service in the reviews. There is no service. You walk in and have to work for them for free. You have to figure out their kiosk and place your order and pay full price. Another lady had ordered coffee and paid for it just to be told they don't have a coffee pot. That is my last stop to any Taco Bell.
Really slow service asked for them to hold sour cream they put sour cream on everything, also ordered 2 orders of cinnamon twist did not receive them will not be going back that is the 2nd time they have messed up our order
06/18/24 @ around 6pm What I ordered through the speaker: "The big cheeze it box, no tomatoes on anything, Pepsi with light ice please. Three soft tacos with spicy sauce as well." The order I received from the very rude and judgemental young lady at the window: Tomatoes on my order, drink packed full of ice and one of the tacos missing but still charged for it!! Absolutely ridiculous.
Waiting way to long for food and way under staffed

Horrible experience here while visiting Sweetwater Tx. They were pretty busy here and presumed to serve customers who came in after us, well we had to correct their error the employee couldn’t even “find” the order because they are using an automated system for ordering that they clearly don’t know how to use. The manager found it after and was step by step instructing the other worker how to make it. I just ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and a medium Dragonfruit freeze during happy hour. It was 2 dollars total and some odd cents. The manager told me she “had other change” and to keep 1 of my three dollars i gave them. 1/10 a total wreck
Didn't get my order correct and employees were goofing off like nothing mattered. Was difficult talking to the person taking my order because it seemed they weren't paying any attention to the order in the first place. All I can remember is laughing and joking the second the door opened to pay for an order that was wrong. I am so furiated over it I am never going to Taco Bell ever again! The food is a ripoff price as well. And dining was closed because they are too lazy to have it open.
Stood in line for 5-10 minutes with 2 ladies just looking at me as they filled orders from the drive through and finally a 3rd lady came up said you had to order from the app or one of three kiosks but only one kiosk was working so instead of being 1st line, I became 3rd. Gave up and went to Subway! Subway was much cleaner and the sandwich maker was very friendly.
Worst Taco Bell in america... whose than some in south America I'm sure. Waited 30 minutes for a sub lar burrito. Lady threw it on the counter with the wrong receipt, bearly made a peep, and no one could come to the counter to even answer a question. They serve drive-thru first, even if they were there 1 minute while others inside have waited 20. I'll get my money back.
It says here that you closed at 1:00 a.m. but you close at midnight, you need to change it!
The service was very slow,we ordered 2 medium drinks and a stacker it took 25 minutes to get it,other people got their food before us when we had been waiting a good amount of time.
My order was incorrect, and it looked like they threw it upside-down in the bag, so it was just a mess in general, with hardly any chips. I asked them to remake it, they did, and it was correct but still looked sloppy, and some of the food was gross and tasted old, while other ingredients were lacking as if they were running out.
Waited 30 MINUTES in the drive through. Do NOT stop here on your way through town. It will completely derail your trip timing.

The only thing that was right has black stuff on it My fries are missing My cheesy fiest potatoes have no cheese just sour cream even though I don't eat sour cream and specifically said no sour cream My five layer burrito has half the end covered in sour cream even though I specified no sour cream The quality of Sweetwater Texas Taco Bell is disgusting and sad!

No one was taking orders. Left for another restaurant. I don't feel any urge to take my own order... This the reason I went out to get food.
Never eat here, waited 2 hours in drive through and still did not receive my order. Got tired of waiting and I should have left after an hour, but I am Hardheaded and got tired of watching food go out to walk in customers. I think they forgot they had a drive though. Went to DQ and got my food in 5 Min.

Drove into Allsup next door. I saw Taco Bell and walked over to get a meal. It was right at 10pm. The lobby was closed but I know they saw me out there. Walked to the drive through and was ignored. They are right next door to a truck stop. Truckers can’t use the drive through….. Unprofessional and unkind to truckers.
I think prob the worst taco bell experience I've had. My burrito had so little inside of it, it was basically just like eating a burnt wrapped up tortilla. They "forgot" our order of chips and guac so when we went in to get it they told us they were out, so I'm guessing they thought it'd be easier to see if we didnt notice. Didn't give us any hot sauces we asked for. And I think it took over 30 minutes to get our food... Not fast, barely food. 👎
It was the absolute worst experience ever at a taco bell. Rude employees wrong food no toilet paper no napkins and very slow service.
Came in with 6 people this evening. We were forced to use a kiosk, we were told by an employee that they will not take our order at the register. It took us a good 15 minutes just to order the food! I had to ask an employee to wipe a table clean for us. We did not receive cups for our drinks while we waited for our food. Some guests got frustrated and left. At that point an employee went outside and got the manager to come in that was sitting outside in a car. Many items missing from our order. Not a good experience!!
How the hell does Taco Bell run out of beans? We were told we could wait 30 minutes for beans to be done. No thanks. We drove off. This place should just close back down.
Shorted the order after I asked specifically if my promo item was in the bag. Packaged horribly, burritos on top of tacos in a small bag, packed way to tight. Tacos were taco salad. Nothing with correct label, had to open and unwrap all burritos. And screwed up the sauces to boot.
Placed an order through the app while passing through Sweetwater. Had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get the food. Since the order was placed online and paid for there was not an option to cancel.
Probably the worst taco bell I've gotten food from. Ordered a veggie Mexican pizza and they put all the beans on one side and the other side is empty. Ordered a chalupa with specific sauce, they not only forget the sauce but other also half the other things, and they had the audacity to ask to round up to donate (which I did) but seriously? I'm not sure how you can mess up this badly with step my step instructions for making food.
Fourth car in line at 7:40 in the evening and it took 16 minutes to get my food. Ridiculous. Been traveling all day, tired and hungry. Glad I won't be coming back to this Taco Bell. It's not like it's a difficult menu to make. Ever heard of Rosa's? Never wait 16 minutes for food. Even on Taco Tuesday. Oh, and the AI order board sucks.
This was hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. They took over 30 minutes, only for me to get home and realize they forgot half my order. What I did get looked like it had been scraped off the floor and microwaved back to life. The tacos were soggy, the nachos were a cold, congealed mess, and the “meat” tasted like it lost a bet. I’ve had gas station food that was better than this. If disappointment had a flavor, it would be Taco Bell.

I have officially been to the slowest taco on this earth!!!!!! Waiting over 30min. And then the order is wrong so had to wait even longer! This is probably the worst Taco Bell we had been to. We are vegans and always tell them not to add cheese or sour cream in our food, I always go to the counter and tell them specifically even after not selecting those things in the order. I don’t really give people bad reviews unless it is worst. They screwed up our order 6 months ago when we were visiting Sweetwater and they did it this time as well. And the others waiting for their food also said that these people always mess up the order and only provide the partial order. Last time a lady had a melt down and shouting at these people and I didn’t want to do the same. On top of that, the woman who was making the food telling me that I selected avocado ranch and I had to show the order to her face from my mobile. Don’t go to this place even if you are not a vegan, it’s not worth it.
all ordering inside the restaurant is through touch screen machines, no employees involved. even at the drive through line there is only an AI voice that constantly tries to offer you add on charges, you dont get to talk to a person. the food was absolutely terrible. tasted like it was made an hour ago and left out on a counter, there was half the amount of nacho sauce served with the nacho fries than i would usually receive at any other location and my quesadilla had no sauce (which is usually on the quesadilla anyways, AND i made sure to select extra sauce too when ordering). There was two people working behind the counter, and both of them couldnt have cared less about how terrible the service and the food served was despite more than one customer trying to get their attention to complain during the 5-10 minutes i sat to eat in the restaurant. do not go to this taco bell, just drive further to a better one instead of wasting your time and money here
Missing half the items we ordered. Had to turn around and delay seeing my mother in the hospital. We traveled all the way back and basically had to yell for someone to even acknowledge us after waiting inside 15mins to actually get the order that we had originally paid for. Baja blast?!? More like Baja bust.

They force you to use the machines to order your own food. Doesn't matter how many employees there are behind the counter, they refuse to take an order for you. It gets worse... The gentleman who ordered before us wasn't happy with his order and ended up getting his money back before throwing his food in the trash. We thought he was just being difficult until we got our order. Almost nothing was right. It took them three tries to ALMOST get our order right. There were two items completely missing and half of the others were not prepared the way that we ordered them. So they remade some of them, added the missing items, and still didn't prepare them properly. After getting them to remake a couple of the items for the second time we just gave up and left. Never again will we come to this location. Definitely makes the top 3 worst Taco Bell list for us.
The wait was absolutely ridiculous. We went inside and have waited over 30 minutes for far for 5 soft tacos and 3 bean burritos. The people before us stated they have waited 40 minutes so far. Atmosphere was fair for a fast food location on the side of the interstate and the restrooms were questionable at best.
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen. we waited over 35 minutes for 2 quesadillas and a chicken chulpa. my quesadillas were in balls in the bottom Of the bags. absolutely pathetic.
Forced to order at the kiosk. Lame. Food took forever to come out. I thought this was fast food. Kiosk made me enter sauce and quantity but employee didn't give us what we requested. Stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed anything. They tell me they are out of the sauces i requested. How does Taco Bell run out of fire and diablo? They also hide it behind the counter. Why can't they just put it out for people to grab? Trash was overflowing and no one bothered to take it out. Hire more employees you stingy owner.
Very very slow. 31 minutes and still waiting. 5 folks ahead with normal orders. Friendly with 2 making the orders and 1 taking them. Currently its1 pm. For service i rate the service a 1 but the staff is a 4. This is a take out order and I’ve counted 5 drive thru come and go. Update, I waited 2 hrs and 15 minutes for an order. At 1 hr and 45 mins waiting, I asked for a refund. It took 25 more minutes to get it along with a loud voice asking AM I GOING TO GET A REFUND OR NOT. Many folks commended me for my patience, Unfortunately my wife and I missed an eye appt and cost me $95 dollars each. Before We stopped our appt was in 2&1/2 hours and 40 miles away. after waiting almost 1/2 hour for the order or a refund I rated the staff as a 4 , but I meant all but the young lady manager. I watched awhile and she was on the line making and wrapping the items. She then gave it to a young man to bag. Anyway, beware of this store. Oh yea, she claimed she called me 3 times. I was within 4 feet of the counter the whole time. I watched what I found out, was my order given to the drive thru, unknown what vehicular it belonged to , then threw the order in the trash. Remember, over 2 + hours for 2 burritos and 3 tacos.

10pm Friday night, lobby was absolutely trashed. Men's bathroom had no soap. Women's bathroom had poop on the toilet and wall. Manager was walking around with hair going everywhere, repeatedly scratching her head. Telling the employees "speed it up children" & "I'm gonna punch you hahaha" & "I'm clocking out and going home" Food took 40 minutes, was cold and incorrect. It's like a situation where there needed to be an adult present. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any taco bell and definitely the longest i've ever waited. Spent $40 and hope my family doesn't get sick.
Drive through was terribly slow, customers in front of us were handed a child size lunch bag that took 20 minutes to produce. Only 2 cars in parking lot and cars in line. Multiple staff members doing nothing while man child cook fumbles the quesadilla. 30 plus minutes in the drive through, 3.4 stars no wonder.
Taco Bell is a shell of its former self. Food is over priced. They prioritize drive through over dine in customers. They have those ridiculous kiosks like its gonna save so much time!! Yeah right what a joke. The store is a mess, stupid rap music is playing in the store, 10 people in here waiting like 25 for taco bell?? What a disgrace. Go to whataburger or somewhere where they still value your business. Dont waste your time here. Get rid of the dumb kiosks and go back to having people. Its a total failure folks
The staff was extremely rude to us, sent out four orders that came after us before even starting our order, tried to give us a small cup when we ordered a medium and said "that's not our problem, I won't argue with you", made us wait a total of 21 minutes for our food, and when they finally got it out they dropped it on the counter and walked away without calling our name or even acknowledging us in any way. I have never experienced a ruder group of people at any restaurant.
Stop in the drive thru on our way through town. Ordered 4 tacos, 2 hard, 2 soft. It took 21 minutes to get our food. The food was cold and not good. The meat was dry and had no flavor.
The person at the drive thru window tried to round my total of $7.13 to $8.00. When ordering I clearly stated “No” on rounding up to the next dollar amount. I told the person working the window that I did not round up. I was giving a “go to Hell look” and she changed it back to $7.13. I asked for hot sauce with my order and was told the hot sauce was in the bag. When I checked there was one hot sauce packet. I asked the employee for more and she told me it was one hot sauce packet per item. I told her that was ridiculous and she said have a nice day. Poor and rude service. I will not be back.
SLOWEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. They have no sense of urgency even when location is full inside and in drive through. Went through drive through first, sat behind a car for a long time without moving. Parked and went inside and no one in the lobby. It was also full. No one had food either. Everyone was waiting. I waited in lobby for a bit before I canceled and left. Ridiculous
Staff was terrible! There were THREE ladies working here that ALL avoided eye contact. They acted inconvenienced to have to give us the time of day. Made us wait so long to order we eventually caved and used the kiosk to order food… (which I’m sure they were hoping we would do) Every surface of this restaurant was sticky/dirty. Trashcans were overflowing. I don’t have high expectations of Taco Bell but come on… this store needs a staff overhaul
On Sunday at 10:03pm I arrived at Taco Bell to drive thru for supper. Unfortunately the store was completely shut down with a staff member communicating through the door that they were closed. If I'm correct they should have been open until midnight. I was very disappointed. Closing two hours early definitely can't be good for business.
