i love me some taco bell but last time i came, they gave me literally no beef in one of my tacos. then today 11/11/2025 there’s this plastic wrap in there. they didn’t even have a line for this to happen, idk how they didn’t catch that after prepping the taco. i won’t give it a 1 star because it’s truly not a bad spot but it is a 3.

Food was delicious, service could have been better but over all it was decent. Very clean place by the way

Took them 11 minutes to prepare and bag two items from the value menu. Ordered at the kiosk inside at 3:01pm got the bag handed to me at 3:12pm. There was no one in line ahead of me, and only 1 car in the drive through. The food was standard taco bell food. I got a "spicy potato soft taco" and something with ground beef in it, forgot what they call it. Total was $5, decent value for the money these days.

One of the employees — a tall man with brown skin and a Band-Aid on his face — made fun of her, called her stupid, and made her drive around the drive-through three times for no reason other than to humiliate her. She was alone with my little brother, just trying to get help with an order for work. She speaks perfect English, and it was clear that he understood her — he just chose to be rude, racist, and disrespectful. When I tried to call the manager to report what happened, they hung up on me three times and refused to give me the number to file a complaint.

We placed our order and sat down. Waited about 10 minutes for the food to be prepared. The place has no customers at the moment the drive thru was empty as well. Wonder why the place was running so slow. Did wasn't that great either, everything tastes very saturated. Not a fan of the food and the service.

I order some food and one of the food items I got was 2 piece chicken tenders and OMG those piece of chicken were ROCK SOLID I couldn’t even bite into it

Don’t walk, RUN! But very far away from this Tacobell location. I visited Taco Bell and placed a simple order at the drive-through with no cars ahead or behind. Despite this, I was charged incorrectly, ($17.00) for just two burritos? After starting my drive, I bit into one of the burritos and realized it wasn’t even what I ordered. Frustrated, I returned to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She offered to remake the food, but then *shockingly* asked for the original food back…AFTER I BIT INTO IT. That is incredibly unhygienic and frankly disgusting. I won't be visiting this location again. I’ve reached out to corporate but have yet to receive any response. It’s clear that Taco Bell's hiring standards have dropped significantly. Highly disappointed!!! Do not support!

Food is expensive, no actual registers only kiosks to help yourself, employees are rude, store is dirty and trash on a lot of tables, all bathrooms locked and no baby changing tables. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

I wanted to pay cash for my order but instead of the employees turning around and taking my order she decided to keep flirting with the customer. I stood there for a good 15 min and she looked at us and continued her flirting. Unbelievable that I couldn’t even pay cash and had to use the machine that was so slow I waisted half my lunch trying to order.

However, I am giving a one star because I ordered SIX (6) Regular Crunchy Tacos priced at $1.69 each, which should total $10.14 and with tax is a final out-the-door total price of around $12.68... YET, they charged me $11.94 for the six tacos and they were not able to explain where is the $1.80 hidden charge coming from. Tax was an additional $1.25. Therefore, the 11.94 (which includes a hidden charge) pus the $1.25 tax is an out-the-door final total of $13.19. This is unacceptable. No, I did not consent to donate anything, and that's not the price for the paper bag where they put the food either, and I did not ask for any sause or condiments, etc., just the plain tacos. This is a scam. When you are not upfront with prices, when you hide charges, when they cannot tell you why the "matching" is charting that amount, that's a scam.

looks like my comment got deleted which is strange and the fact yall wanna hide a comment. I’ll keep posting my review till someone from corporate responds. Yesterday I stood at the register for 15 mins being ignored. Watching me stand there. Yall employee yesterday wasn’t working and was talking to some random girl in the lobby for MINUTES!! she eventually came up to the counter acted she was going to take our order and walked away and we had to wait another 5 mins!!!? So again if yall delete my comment on this I will post this Taco Bell on social media and tag ur employee (: also came back this morning at 8:00am and they are still not taking orders drive through is closed and so is the inside.
