This Taco bell at 12910 Foothill Blvd Sylmar, is the best, cleanest, safest, best staff than most taco bells in the area, they give really big portions especially if you take the time to talk to the counter guy/gal (when you walk in) They always welcome you, they thank you, and if you come in at least twice, they call you by your name when you come in. They always clean up before you walk up and between customers ( using clorox) and are covid safe. If you ask for hot and fresh food instead of the already prepared stuff, they will get fresh stuff and give you an estimate ( usually 10 mins) which is worth it. I come here quite a bit because I live alone and can't cook and this my favorite place especially because it's cheaper than a $15 overpriced burger meal from most other fast foods. The bell gives you fulfilling meals and you feel full and satisfied. You can get out of here for under 10$ if you get a meal and 5 dollar menu items. Please consider this restaurant. I have not been paid or compensated for this glowing review, nor asked to write this. I just wanted to share about my slice of heaven.

As always TACO BELL RULEZ, this location is quick, fresh, delicious, and they add extra everything to the order. The 1$ menu items come out like a $5 item. They always have the original $6 boxes. If your not happy, they'll re-do it and give it to you FREE-EEEE😜👍👍Take my word, I eat there a lot on my way home. Just Do it!

I'm giving Taco bell 5 stars because they have phenomenal customer service. We ordered the quesalupa combo and 3 beef burritos. A couple of my tacos that came in my order had ice in the lettuce but when I addressed the issue who I believe to be the manager he was courteous and with out hesitation he replaced my tacos ordered and the quesalupa as it has lettuce too. The Manager was very kind and helpful. I hope this gets to the higher ups because him and his team definitely deserves the recognition for GREAT customer service.

Came in yesterday and got great service from the team members and the cashier that was there. It was a new Cashier but honestly he did amazing, the way he took my order, how friendly he was. Thanks Dajohn for making this experience so wonderful

Always good. Funny tho- I asked for regular iced tea, the lady said "we don't have regular iced tea." I asked what kind they have and she told me "raspberry or unsweetened." I was like "unsweetened is reg... Unsweetened is fine."

The baja blast freeze here is amazing! I came here today to get my drink since I was in the plaza picking my order at Home Depot. There was only 1 car ahead of me so I didn't have to wait long. Place is nice and clean, customer service superb as far as Menu 🤔 supreme crunch my favorite although new item chicken quesadilla bad presentation over priced no veggies 👎is a no no make it better and healthier for the price. Congrats on the crunch wrap yummy 😋

I always come here once a week. Place is clean and the employees are very nice. If I'm waiting they will let me know they will be right with me, except today. I waited for a good 5 min and nothing. The lady that finally helped me out, her mood did not seem pleasant at all.. like I was bugging or interfering. I let it slide.. also, I've never heard an employee get loud with a customer and repeat the total so rudely. Same lady as well. She looked bugged and rushed.

The food is straight forward. My order was taken and I said eat in but was presented a bag and not a tray. No big deal, but the staff seemed too preoccupied even though only 2 or 3 people in there. Not very good time, but the food is standard Taco Bell.

Food is good here, I deducted stars because there has been several times we where given sodas that not only where completely warm because the ice had all melted and watered down they where also flat. Seems like they fill a bunch of drinks and just let them sit there until someone orders them.

Person taking order was not paying attention, had to repeat everything 2-3 times. Order was still wrong.

Added chipotle sauce and charged for it but was never put on my chalupas , restaurant wasn’t busy either .

Got two cheesy burritos potato and the cheesy fiesta potatoes the potatoes on all of them were dry and burnt and lagg it with my order check your stuff my last time coming here.

It takes too long and they forget to put what you order but they get the money and you don't want to drive all the way back there to ask for the rest of your order then you have to get down and explain to them .

VISA # WILL BE STOLEN HERE!!! On March 29, 2019 my husband visited this location for lunch. They were very slow at the drive-thru window and typically my husband always and I mean always pays cash. On this day he used his bank ATM card. It can be used as a debit or Visa. The very next day (3/30/19) we noticed that our bank account had fraudulent activity and over $1,000 was taken "over night"...literally....and all was charged out of the country. Of big importance, my husband NEVER uses this card unless he absolutely has to and in this case he had not used it for over 45 days. Upon contacting the bank and finding out that it was his card that had been used for this activity on March 30th 2019, we were highly suspicious that with the amount of time it took for him to get his food at the drive-thru (approx. 15+ minutes) for 2 burritos ,that his card was being copied or photographed inside the restaurant by an employee. In this particular restaurant the drive-thru window happens to be situated very high and is quite narrow and you are not able to see inside when you are in a normal sized car. The fact that the card had not been used in 45 days or longer and then was used on the 29th then revealing fraudulent activity the very next day makes us highly suspicious that someone had taken a picture of the card and sent it to someone out of the country as all of the charges were clothing related or store related. It makes you wonder if somebody was purchasing items to return to get the cash and perhaps split or share it somehow with the person here in this Taco Bell, Sylmar CA location. Without security cameras and visual identification from the driver's perspective in the Drive-Thru it is very hard to point a finger but it is highly coincidental as per the police and the bank. We have filed complaints and hopefully the perpetrator will be brought forward and prosecuted. If they find out who this is we will prosecute and pursue this to the fullest extent of the law... last but not least the service is especially slow the employees clearly take ZERO Pride or effort into this job... we have a Taco Bell in our hometown approximately 30 miles from this location and have never had one problem ever.

It says it's the drive through is open til 12am and I just went by at 10:50 on a Friday night and it has a cone in the drive through. Even the El Pollo Loco in the same parking lot that closed at 11pm was still open and served me instead.

Place is often filthy. Service is more often slow than fast (especially if dining in). Under staffed and the physical building is rather beat down. This place needs a new franchisee and management. Make a run for the border and away from this store.

I've never been to a slower fast food restaurant. It took 10 minutes to get our rder taken and another 12 minutes to recieve 3 regular crunchy tacos. The manager, who took our order, was rude on top of it all.

If I can give this place a 0 I will. Worst customer service. They didnt have what I wanted, I got stale tortilla, got a hair in my taco and the little chimp titled as manager never gave me a replacement after he said I would. I recommend complete change of staff, someone responsible as manager and a clean hygienic staff. I'm done with taco bell due to this staff.

Taco Bell used to be the best fast food places to eat as a vegetarian... but now that they've gotten rid of both their potato soft taco and their seven layer burrito it's totally not worth going to. And they will offer to recreate the seven-layer burrito for like $7. No more taco bell for me.

Despite this, I was charged incorrectly, ($17.00) for just two burritos? After starting my drive, I bit into one of the burritos and realized it wasn’t even what I ordered. Frustrated, I returned to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She offered to remake the food, but then *shockingly* asked for the original food back…AFTER I BIT INTO IT. That is incredibly unhygienic and frankly disgusting. I won't be visiting this location again. I’ve reached out to corporate but have yet to receive any response. It’s clear that Taco Bell's hiring standards have dropped significantly. Highly disappointed!!! Do not support!

I wanted to pay cash for my order but instead of the employees turning around and taking my order she decided to keep flirting with the customer. I stood there for a good 15 min and she looked at us and continued her flirting. Unbelievable that I couldn’t even pay cash and had to use the machine that was so slow I waisted half my lunch trying to order.

YET, they charged me $11.94 for the six tacos and they were not able to explain where is the $1.80 hidden charge coming from. Tax was an additional $1.25. Therefore, the 11.94 (which includes a hidden charge) pus the $1.25 tax is an out-the-door final total of $13.19. This is unacceptable. No, I did not consent to donate anything, and that's not the price for the paper bag where they put the food either, and I did not ask for any sause or condiments, etc., just the plain tacos. This is a scam. When you are not upfront with prices, when you hide charges, when they cannot tell you why the "matching" is charting that amount, that's a scam.
