It was my husband's birthday so we went to dinner as a family, which included our 1 and 2 year old. Both kids not being happy about it. I'm assuming the manager, helped us tremendously. She gave us crayons and stuff to color. She also brought over some balloons for the kids to play with. After that it was smooth sailing. Food was great and the wait for it wasn't too long. Would definitely recommend.

Everything I needed and more. Elbows deep in the best sauce of my entire life. For a moment the whole world fell away- it was just me and the crawfish. And Joe was an amazing server. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice decor, clean tables and bathrooms. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable. Got the fried flounder basket and the Half pound of Shrimp with one cluster of snow crab and added half a pound of sausage. Seafood boil was seasoned perfectly, and tasted great. The fried fish was perfectly crispy and delicious. Would highly recommend giving this place a visit.

My family always orders the Aloha Combo! Seafood is yummy and fresh. My daughter and I like the lobster a lot. My husband likes the cajun fries, burger and chicken tenders. We always have a good experience. Our server, Miguel, is very friendly and professional. He is very diligent and prompt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The atmosphere of the restaurant was super cool, with unique decorations throughout. Our server Jeanne was wonderful in helping us out in our first seafood boil experience (definitely recommend the Aloha special), the three of us loved it!

This was our first time visiting Aloha Crab, The atmosphere is inviting. The staff are friendly. Or waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu items. I have never been to a restaurant where food was served in a bag, that for me was very unique. The food was of excellent quality & taste. We were not disappointed. We will definitely dine there again when in the Syracuse, NY area. This restaurant is a must try, be sure to dine there if your in the area.

Couldn’t have been happier. Jeanne-Louise was attentive with excellent service. It was a Friday night and very busy and we were so grateful for her kindness. Definitely will be returning.

Celebrated our 11 year wedding anniversary here. And we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The servers were very attentive and the manager as well. They were excited to have us there celebrating such a milestone. They played some music for us and created a nice vibe. I appreciated them helping us make a memorable night. The food was delicious and better than similar restaurants in the area. The bartenders are friendly but may need a little more training on making drinks. That’s the only reason why I didn’t give a five star.

Had a great experience at Aloha Krab Cajun! The food was really good and packed with flavor — definitely satisfied my craving for seafood. The double deals and combos offer good value, and I left feeling full. The coleslaw was a bit strange in taste, but it didn’t ruin the meal. Service was just okay. Also music was good and able to talk on the table - not so loud! Overall, I’ll definitely be returning for the seafood — looking forward to my next visit!

This review is coming from somebody that does not like seafood keep in mind*** Everybody who got Seafood loved it, honestly only reason im doing this review is because of the SERVICE! With that being said; To our waiter Julio, dude impeccable service! From the moment we sat down we felt his energy, immediately acknowledging my 8yr olds football jersey ✌️ even rolling down the seafood bags (6 bags in like less than 60 seconds) man did his thing. Not to mention the bday party treatment we received, after he found out it was our daughter's bday. Made it memorable. THANKS Julio 🙃💯🫡

Service was friendly and attentive the first time my group went, but they aren’t very consistent with their regulation regarding minors. The last time we went (5 months ago), we were not ID-ed nor did they mention or apply the “no minors” rule. ( we are ages 17, 17, 18) We were seated and had a great experience. Yet during our most recent visit, though we set a reservation, we were asked to show ID and then asked to leave once the hostess knew only one of us were of age. When I asked why this rule has come into effect now, and not 5 months ago, the hostess couldn’t give a direct answer and only kept reiterating that the rule has been established for 3 years so she “didn’t know” how our first visit was allowed. Again, the service was great during our first visit. I only wish this rule had been applied more consistently before we set the reservation, and for the staff to have a bit more professionalism.

On Halloween of 2025, myself and my children decided to stop here and eat because we often frequent this establishment at least twice a month and have been since they opened. My daughter left with my grandchildren, I walked her to the door so that way she does not miss her ride and left my wallet and other personal items at the table. Once I knew she was going to make her ride and I got to the door, I bumped into the waiter who had a receipt in his hand, and was hounding me about paying, and assumed that I was trying to dine in a dash. I found that to be extremely rude and disrespectful because at the end of the day, if he would have paid attention or the manager would have paid attention, they would’ve seen I left my wallet and other personal items at the table. I called the restaurant and the manager whose name is Latifah, she could not give me a logical explanation as to why she sent the waiter after me. I told her that she would have checked where I was sitting, she would’ve seen that. I left my wallet on the table along with my other personal items instead of just assuming because I was black that I was trying to dine –. I have spent thousands of dollars in this establishment and this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I am not sure I ever want to go back again. Although the food is great, who wants to be racially profiled or even prejudged? I will take my business to King Seafood.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. we were so excited to try to the king crab but unfortunately ended up still being hungry and disappointed. The quantity of the food was so little then they offered to cut it in four piece...which was ridiculous! don't get me started on the awful discount of 5% which was 3.60. we paid 95$$ for that?? The manger was rude and we over heard her talking negatively when we came up to pay. which so unprofessional and uncomfortable for my younger siblings (they are 12 and 14 years old). terrible experience and I don't recommend any one to go there. The prices are ridiculous for the amount. the service you get from managment is not great either. Edit: I think I also got food poisoning from that crab, my stomach hurts terribly. my mom literally had to call out of work to drive to the ER.
