Food is always hot and fresh. Great customer service.
Orders on Grubhub and my order came PIPING hot and they included rice and 2 fortune cookies as a little something extra. We’ve ordered their catering before and it was just as delicious. It’s a decent price for that amount of food ($35 for 4 meals worth of sesame chicken and lo mein). They PACKED my lo mein into the container but for $10, I wish there was just a bit more. Never stepped foot in here so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but: 5 stars for food because duh. The food is great. 5 stars for service because my food was HOT.
The food is great and affordable prices, and the workers did not come to play!! Definitely somewhere I’d want to give my money to as opposed to a chain restaurant.
Their hot and sour soup is soooooo good. If you are in need of an energy boost, get this soup. Love the mushrooms in that soup.
My fiance and I have been ordering from Asian Palace for at least 5 years. It's always fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of food including Japanese cuisine. The driver has basically been the same person for just as long, and he's always incredibly friendly. Tonight, for the first time ever, we were missing an appetizer from our order. It was a small thing, just a side order, and it really wasn'ta big deal - 1st time in 5 years that anything like this has ever happened, and we decided to just forget about it, as things do happen. However, not long after the delivery, they actually called us to let us know that they realized the mistake and that the driver was swinging around to drop them off! That was incredibly kind of them for going above and beyond to ensure our order was correct. Asian Palace is an excellent Chinese restaurant and I highly recommend them!
This food is fabulous, do not listen to the terrible reviews!!! Consistently fresh amazing quality better than any suburb , and any Chinese Restaurant in the city!

Ordered off the Uber Eats apps and was in the mood for Lo Mein. Chose this place because of better pricing of items. Wasn't looking for anything fancy. A lot of broccoli in the Vegetable Delight. The Wanton soup was full of flavor. Nicely packed together when arrived and everything was there that I ordered. Beef Lo Mein was recommended on the app and it's really delicious.
The sauce that comes with the Cong you bing, is the sauce the Mongolian sauce? Looks very tasty. Do the catered orders come with delivery right from the Asian Palace, without having to use any third party delivery service?

Used to order from this Korean fast food spot a lot during grad school. They’ve got good options, nice packaging, and decent portions — not the healthiest, but definitely satisfying. It’s a family-run business, and the seller’s great once he warms up to you. Worth checking out!

First time ordering from Asian palace. I ordered bourbon chicken combo with lo mein substitute. Order arrived quickly with no issues, while eating my food I noticed a piece of tin foil stuck to my chicken. Once I encountered that i decided to see if there were any more pieces and sure enough I found some in my lo mein. I will refuse to order from Asian palace again and will not recommend them at all.
We found tin foil in my bfs chicken combo meal. Either tin foil or Brillo pad. It was also in the lo mein that was apart of his dish. Can’t trust that it wasn’t in my meal so we just tossed out the entire order. Disgusting. 5/24 Not to be confused with the other review down below, just saw it after posting my own review.

Placed an order through door dash for Szechuan chicken with shrimp fried rice. The chicken was hard to the point my jaw was tightening literally! The rice was basic and the shrimp tasted like mush! When I called them, the owner told me to report it through door dash rather than fixing the problem. The food was not fresh. And reminded me why I stopped eating Chinese food! Never again will I order here. And won’t be eating Chinese for a long while if ever again!
They have nasty attitudes!!! The lady who answers the phone and the manager. I've always spoken to them with respect. They'll mess your order up and when you call to let them know they'll basically tell you "Deal with it". That's robbery. The first time we had the food delivered. We ordered chicken, they gave us shrimp and told us we had to bring the food back to the store in order for them to fix it. I said "Why when it was delivered to us? The manager said idk what to tell you" and hung up. This time my good came with a little surprise. A piece of plastic and spoiled chicken. I will never order food from there again. Smh
I have ordered from them so many times and it was very fast, but I recently had an order missing and its not the drivers fault. I called the restaurant to see if anything could be done because I spent a lot of money on that order and they just wouldn't listen. they just proceeded to call the driver even after I told them that he dropped it off. Then the lady starts yelling at me then claims she wasn't yelling but rather relaying information when it was clear her tone of voice increased 10 fold. Customer service is very important and can ruin several good experiences. I will never order from here again. I would add a photo but I never received the food.
Stood in the restaurant for over 20 minutes waiting to pick up a delivery order. I was the only customer in the store. She waited 20 minutes to then tell me it would be 15 more minutes... Over 40 minutes late at preparing delivery order on time.
It really is just not good Chinese take out. I’ve ordered from here multiple times in hopes that maybe I’ll find something actually edible, nope! Hasn’t happened yet. Also Do NOT get the hot and sour soup option, it just tastes like corn starch, water and a dash of mushroom powder/black pepper, it’s horrendous.
Both the chicken and beef dishes had the most rubbery meat I've ever chewed. Flavorless, my spicy thai basil beef contained no spice, basil, or thai flavor. Even the fortune cookie was stale. AVOID.
My wife ordered here by mistake and the food was terrible. The chicken broccoli was absolutely turkey, not chicken! The bourbon chicken was dry actually somewhat crunchy and some spots it was so dry with very little flavor, the worst bourbon chicken I've ever had. The lo mein that we ordered was at least edible. I never write a negative review unless something is really terrible
Ordered on DoorDash today and got an upset stomach less than an hour after eating. Please ensure food safety properly!!

I thought we could try a different Chinese takeout place other then our local one for Mother’s Day this year since I didn’t want to cook and we next to never do takeout I read a lot of reviews about how good the food is and it had a 4.6 rating on uber eats so I thought let’s go ahead….it was really bad iv never had Chinese that I just wanted to throw out instead of having some for left overs and it was very expensive for what we received I feel bad making this review but I will never be back there and I honestly wish I could get my $ back.
